This peaceful, private space was a perfect getaway to explore the surrounding area. Teri provides excellent communication before and during your stay with clear, helpful instructions and friendly recommendations. The space was very well stocked with basics / amenities. We especially enjoyed watching hummingbirds in the garden, maybe the best shower ever, and the beautiful ocean view! We would absolutely say here again.

Jennifer & Robin's place was completely delightful. It was cozy and comfortable and absolutely perfect for a nature getaway. It feels very private, the view of the surrounding woods and mountains was gorgeous, it was so peacefully quiet and yet only a few minutes from the little community of shops & cafes. They provided everything that was expected but were also so generous and thoughtful in providing so many extras! The little things that make a visit easier and more special - different types of tea, lots of warm blankets, kitchen supplies, moisturizer - all small touches that make a big difference.

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up, making it an easy and comfortable experience from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the whole vibe of the space and surroundings was just perfect. Can’t recommend it enough, would definitely stay here again!

Christina's apartment was just what we expected: A peaceful, well appointed space attached to a beautiful Spanish style home, where we could relax, rest, and just be. It is in a quiet neighborhood just down the street from an open space preserve, and within a 12 minute drive of downtown Santa Barbara/ State Street area and beach. Christina was friendly, easy-going and accommodating, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Couldn't have been better. Thank you!

Moorpark CC was the venue for a family wedding. In searching for a place to stay, we found Christine and Dennis's lovely place, such gracious and friendly hosts. The guest home is extremely clean and comfortable, Moorpark is too with many restaurants and available amenities.

The stay was great, it was private with its on entry and cozy. Jon was welcoming and responsive. Parking was always available!

The studio was so cozy and so thoughtfully put together. I was really happy with how roomy it was since my partner and I were traveling with our dog. After exploring all day, we were always excited to head back to the studio to relax. The outdoor area also has a little table with barstools which we loved sitting at for breakfast. This is also so close to downtown Carpinteria and the beach. I highly recommend this spot!!

Great little spot in Montecito! We loved walking through the cute neighborhood to Coast Village for shopping & food. Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The hosts were super friendly & responsive as well!

This was a great stay for 1-2 people. The location was super close to downtown Thousand Oaks where you can find all the restaurants and stores you need, the place was super cozy and clean and they even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine (unfortunately we aren’t wine drinkers lol). Highly recommend their place!

Nice place. Small but very clean and comfortable. Dog-friendly. Nice little private yard. Although the immediate neighborhood is fine for dog walks, it's not really walkable to anywhere else. There's a very nice beach about a 3 min drive away, and Ventura and Santa Barbara are very accessible by car. I'd stay again.

Easy check in, accommodating hosts, clean and cute place. We got in late and left early so we weren’t there long, but we could not have asked for anything more.

We had a wonderful stay at Heather and Nick’s cozy and clean little studio. Everything we needed, laid out simply and spaciously, especially in the small footprint of the space. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

First off, this listing is conveniently situated within a pretty quiet, private, neighborhood. There's a bit of street noise but nothing that would keep anyone up from rest. The yard is a beautiful extension of what you'd see around the foothills and was a great pleasure to indulge in when outside or looking out from the window. The place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and extra pillows were also available. The shower head had great water pressure. It did get a little cold at night and at mornings but the space heaters made good use. There was plenty of amenities that made it feel right at home. Being able to use the private driveway was a very nice gesture. I would highly recommend this place for a quiet, peaceful stay.

Overall, great stay if you’re planning a trip to Santa Barbara. Very close to all the local restaurants and fun activities. The place was nice and cozy. Felt like a small home away from home. Our host was very helpful and very concise with details of the stay. I recommend this place if you’re going to be in the beautiful city of Santa Barbara.

We loved our stay here! My husband and I stayed for the weekend and enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and beautiful scenery. We would definitely stay here again!

Jeff’s guest suite was lovely. It was extremely roomy, clean, and relaxing. There was a trail entrance nearby that was perfect for us and the dog to go for a stroll, and we loved the neighborhood privacy. Big thanks to Jeff for being a kind and generous host.

Great place to stay!

Fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Quick walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. I was in town on a work trip, so it was nice to head out in the evening for a run or a stroll. Host super responsive.

This private room was such a a gem. Walked straight out on to a beautiful garden with tons of wild birds and lizards. Our toddler absolutely loved exploring the plants and animals. Had a beautiful view of the stars at night from the Adirondack chairs right outside. The room itself felt very quiet and was beautifully decorated. Was really easy to pick up and baby proof for our kiddo. Kitchen was modest, but got the job done with fresh tea and coffee. Tom and Gretchen shared some amazing scones with us every morning which was such a treat. Soaking tub was amazing. Had such a relaxing stay.

Jane's place was perfect for us. It was well located, easy to access. Jane was extremely responsive when we asked to come one night early and she was able to accommodate us. The apartment was perfect with 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the second bath located in the hall. The large living area was a comfortable space to relax. The pictures reflect the space nicely. We really enjoyed it and found the hosts very friendly in person when we met them quickly. Definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in the area.

Sparkling clean, peaceful, with warm light bathing the space when we came in -- this is an unbelievable beach oasis. We've always stayed in hotels in Santa Barbara but Liv's place has changed our mind. We came in on the train and easily walked to the house -- despite the proximity to the Amtrak we were never bothered by the sound of the train. Walkable to everything we needed from the super quiet neighborhood which felt a million miles away from the louder main streets. We'll be back.

Absolutely beautiful! Felt like we were in the European countryside with a beautiful view of formal and informal gradens. Cottage was very lovely inside too, with beautiful bathroom tile and fancy toilet with built in bidet. Limited ability to cook with hotplate and kitchen goods supplied, but met our needs perfectly.
