This location is very close to the beach. My husband walked to the beach with our toddler and our baby no problem, there and back. It is close to a lot of eateries, and Vons grocery store. There's a lovely backyard for you and your family to relax. It's a great location. 2 story, with bedrooms upstairs.

Absolutely stunning unit and very private! It’s in a quiet area with a gated entrance. It was very comfortable and I only wish we had more time to enjoy!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We stayed here for two nights with our toddler and it was really comfortable and well located. The street was quiet and the street parking was ample. It was one block from the beach and easily walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Very centrally located. I appreciated that it had two bedrooms and a nice size kitchen and bathroom. Just one thing to note: the bedrooms have skylights that let a lot of light into the bedrooms so if that is a concern for you just take note. Otherwise it was a wonderful place and we would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 1 bedroom suite has so much vintage charm but kept in top condition with all the luxuries one could want for. Great water pressure, instant hot water, uninterrupted wifi, luxury bedding and furniture - we were super comfortable, the location was excellent - very walkable to shops/restaurants/beach. We drove up from Los Altos, parking was easily available. My family reports that they would happily stay here again when we visit next.

Great service beautifu house And neighborhood

This place was perfect for us! We loved the Pierpont community vibe. The beach was a 5 min walk away and there was a wagon for us to use which was wonderful. Instead of bunk beds like the listing photos, there were twin beds, which also worked great for us. We felt super at home and the host was extremely helpful when we had any troubleshooting to do. We would love to stay again!

Great stay. Jack was always very prompt on anything I had asked. Great location for Jockos and proximity to many golf courses, which was why I was there. Would recommend.

We had a sweet time in Ojai over spring break at Jennifer’s house. It was plenty spacious enough for our family of five and I appreciate that she has put thought into the simple design of the space. It was a quick drive to town, which was very convenient. And there was a great pottery sale just down the street which was a fun surprise. The house sits on a pretty busy road (by Ojai standards), so it wasn’t really feasible to walk or bike with kids from the house. Other than that we had a great visit!

Extremely clean, comfortable and relaxing home. Nice backyard and very well located for local attractions and restaurants. I would definitely recommend the place and hope to book it again!

Cooper and family are great hosts. We communicated through our stay and always got a quick response. Terrific hosts for our first Airbnb stay. We will be using Airbnb again thanks to our positive experience cultivated by Cooper and his family. Very easy to find and access the house. It's a front house on a two house property so we were able to come and go without disturbing the second house. The house was very clean and minimal but plenty furnishings. It had the appeal and cleanliness of a hotel suite with the warmth and space, both inside and out, of a private house. Beautiful property with a fresh garden. Thank you for the stay!

We loved the location as we had a concert at the SB Bowl and it was walkable. The interior is very homey and comfortable. Would love to stay here again. So close to everything great Santa Barbara has to offer.

This place is absolutely beautiful and perfect for me my husband and my two young children. It was a close walk to the beach! They also had great amenities such as stuff for the baby and lots of games and toys for the kids. The bed was super comfortable as well. We will definitely be staying here again. Maybe next time without the kids.😁

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Amanda’s listing is wonderful. Easy to find, super clean, amazing location. Lots of extras like well stocked kitchen and bath necessities and lots of beach items included great beach chairs. I highly recommend this Airbnb in the special town of Carpinteria !

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

I was on the hunt for a cozy, cool place for our family of 5 with 2 grown children and 1 teen to enjoy family time together. We initially chose Oxnard b/c of its proximity to Sunburst Railbikes which we were eager to experience. However, narrowing down our exact accommodation, I was intrigued to read not one but three reviews that stated this was the best Air B ‘n B ever stayed. I am now the 4th to say that. Loved how central the townhome was to shops, eateries, hikes and adventures yet how delightful it was to stay in and watch movies on the 3rd floor. The decor and color palette of each room was just right, evoking a warm, peaceful feeling. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything needed to prepare meals, the beds were comfy and the attention to detail was remarkable. All 5 of us were thrilled to enjoy such a memorable vacay in this lovely home away from home!
