El apartamento de Beatriz está así cómo se ve en las fotos, recientemente renovado y muy acogedor. Con una excelente vista desde el balcón. A pesar de que el apartamento está muy bien, el edificio está bastante viejo y necesita un Mejor mantenimiento, principalmente en áreas comunes y accesos en el área de la piscina. El lugar está muy bien ubicado ya que tiene muchas opciones en el área tanto de restaurantes cómo de supermercados de conveniencia y a unos 15 minutos en auto de viejo San Juan. Beatriz fue una excelente host, siempre atenta a nuestras inquietudes. La opción de dejarnos dos sillas de playa y un cooler fue un detalle perfecto. Muchas gracias.

This is the second time my family and I stay and this place. It’s a great location with a few pools to choose from whenever you want to go for a swim. Specially if you have little ones, this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.

Great value for money. Cesar is a responsive host with the place having the basic amenities needed for a place to stay when you're spending all your time exploring outside, not for lounging. The space can hold 2 people and the neighborhood was in a convenient location, was quiet and felt safe.

Beautiful place with all the amenities a person could need. Above and beyond even what was listed. Beautiful paintings throughout the air b&b. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Super clean and comfortable Airbnb. Located right on the water with beautiful views. Felt very safe with the exterior gate and security features. Kind host.

It was as per description, I had a family of 5 and it was very comfortable. Parking is a little tight if you have a “big” car ( we rent a minivan) but he gives you options to park in another place. Clear instructions about hot water, as I have small kids and I was pending for them not to get burn.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

Juan's place was perfect for a weekend getaway to San Juan. It is located just steps away from the beach and some great resturants. The pool is perfect for a wind down after the beach, or a morning dip. Hosts were very responsive and addressed all our questions promptly. Had a wonderful stay there, we will definitely be back.

There's a reason Mariano's place has so many wonderful reviews. It was exactly as described! While we loved that the beach was so close, it was really priceless to have our own private pool. We also loved being able to walk to get coffee in the morning, and to dinner at night. There are so many delicious restaurants nearby. Mariano made sure we had everything we needed when we arrived and even reached out in the middle of our stay to make sure we were doing okay and enjoying our time. I really appreciated his attention to detail. My husband and I were already making plans to return later this year before we even checked out for this trip, we loved it so much!
