The apartment layout is reasonable, the decoration is comfortable, and it is very convenient to move in and park. The kitchenware is very complete. The apartment is on the second floor and you need to carry your luggage upstairs by yourself. Staying here gives a very homey feeling.

A gem! I stayed here for a little "me getaway" for my birthday. There are just 4 houses between this airbnb and the beach, it took me 52 seconds to walk from the gate to the sand. Well appointed kitchen, everything was clean and smelled great. Windows in very room w/particularly great natural light in the bedroom... lovely to feel the warm sun in the comfy bed in the mornings. Good window shades to block out light if you prefer. The bathroom is super cute w/little hotel style toiletry bottles provided. There's good temperature control with a heater, A/C and easy to open windows for a cool ocean breeze. Great beaches, parks, restaurants, coffee shops in the area; I found it to be very quiet and serene - you're ensconced behind a gate and walking path so it feels very private and safe. Free street parking. I was not missing a single thing and host was communicative, gave clear and helpful instructions, and had some thoughtful personal touches in the airbnb. Would return in a heartbeat!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

We had a great stay at Blake and Brenda’s place. Very comfortable and sparkly clean. The apartment is in a very walkable area to all restaurants, shops and beautiful Corona Del Mar beach. We will definitely come back and would love to stay at Blake and Brenda’s place!! Thank you again Blake and Brenda! We felt right at home!!🥰

We very much enjoyed the clean house and quiet neighborhood at Greg’s. It was located near our conference and close to restaurants and shops so we could walk everywhere. Thank you!

Very clean, great location, perfect getaway for one to two people. Right on Boardwalk, near restaurants. Will rent this apartment again in the future.

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

We absolutely loved this beach house! It’s away from the hustle and bustle but close to some really great restaurants and the coolest little liquor store. My kids (12 and 14) loved riding the bike’s provided by the host all over town, riding to shops and the fun zone on Balboa Peninsula! The home location is literally one house away from the sand with a beautiful ocean view. It was so easy to park and there is a grass area for our two dogs. The home itself was so cute, beds were comfortable, everything worked, plenty of towels and supplies, open floor plan, and tons of natural light. The host was super responsive before and during our stay and we loved all of the beach stuff in the garage (surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas). We stayed a week and had a great time - can’t wait to go back! Thank you Sean!

We had a delightful stay at Sue’s place. Right in the heart of town, with easy access to beaches, Main Street, and all the highlights of Seal Beach. Bedrooms were as-described and comfortable. The great room on the second floor is large, light and bright, with a nice “living room” sitting area with two facing couches adjacent to a “dining room” with a full-sized dining table. The kitchen is beautiful, large and very well-equipped — we hosted guests on several occasions and loved the setup for cooking and serving. Yes, the beach is a 3 minute walk, but having your own pool and small yard for sunbathing is the best of both worlds. Highly recommended.

Chris and Michelle were very responsive hosts. We loved the location and were thrilled with the little toys, books, and beach items provided for our use.

Wonderful stay and just steps from the beach. Mark was super super responsive and helpful. Perfect for our family of 6. Can’t wait to return and stay here again!

What a LOVELY place to stay, just 6-7 houses away from the sand. Perfect location. Very useful shopping center across the street (Pavillions grocery store, banks, restaurants, etc). The house is very spacious, stocked with everything you'd need. Will definitely be back soon!

Beautiful place to relax and have fun. Look forward to the visit every year. Best way to do Catalina is at Blake’s. I’ve stayed at many properties all over Catalina and this property is definitely me and my family’s favorite. Blake is always a great host and I look forward to spending time at his property every year.

Overall stay was amazing, with beautiful views. Check in went smooth thanks to the host explaining everything beforehand. I would recommend downloading the Circuit app for transportation from the check-in location to Hamilton Cove. Circuit transportation is a lot cheaper than catching a taxi. The Hamilton Cove unit is a well-maintained updated condo. The unit does come with a golf cart which is a bit worn, however it got us around the island during our stay. The views from the unit are spectacular and it’s a quiet community. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful complex with gorgeous views and lots of nice amenities. Loved staying at Hamilton Cove in Catalina Island. Looks like a village on a Greek island, quaint, charming and peaceful.

Messa and Rosey were wonderful hosts! We loved our stay, everything we needed was walking distance. Our stay was pleasant, great views, comfortable beds. We will definitely come back and hopefully it’s available.

Had our first visit to Catalina, and I'm so glad we found this gem. The condo was beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. If you didn't know better, it looks like you are in Greece! You can see down to the private beach (Note:pebbles, not sand) and hear the waves crashing easily from the balconies. Everything is as described, the home was impeccably cleaned, and EVERY, SINGLE, THING throughout the entire condo was nautically themed. Dishes, towels, bedding, decor; It was absolute delight! Plenty of extra blankets & towels, and space heaters should you need them. Also major bonus - you get your own golf cart included. This is a secluded community, so not within walking distance of downtown Avalon, but if you prefer the serenity of hearing the waves and having a perfect view of the sunrise, this is a perfect spot. Oh, and Amber was incredibly prompt and courteous with responding. Should we go to Avalon again, I'm sure we will try to book here first.

Blake’s place was absolutely amazing! We were a group of four celebrating a birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. Check-in was a breeze, and the place was spotless upon arrival. The views were stunning, and having the golf cart was such a fun and convenient bonus during our stay. We had an unforgettable weekend and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Jeremy’s place was even more beautiful than pictured. Hamilton Cove is situated on a steep hillside and provides beautiful views of the ocean. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The floors in the master bath were even heated. We enjoyed the fireplace in cooler weather. It’s a short 10 min drive to downtown Avalon on the 6 seater golf cart that comes with the condo. It was the perfect place for our girls trip.
