We loved the area and its surroundings, very private and very fancy. The house was very pretty and super clean, super spacious and presentable. Ruth was very nice to deal with. The only one thing that bothered was a noisy barking dog in the neighborhood, other than that, everything was super!

We had a great stay at this location. It is private and provides a secure entry and exit way. It was clean, orderly and has a functional layout plus an attached private garage enclosure for 2 vehicles. If we were to offer a recommendation to the host it would to provide additional towels. We do, however, recommend eating at San Martin’s located right next door, within walking distance in the sought out Plaza Madero. Also, grateful to the hosts for their quick and professional replies. If we visit again in the near future, we plan to stay here again!

Perfect house with everything you need, clean and in calm residency. Comfortable beds. The host is very friendly and responds quickly. Will definitely return.

Todo estuvo grandioso! Sin duda un muy bonito lugar para poder hospedarse ya que se siente como si estuviera en casa, y sin duda recomiendo muchísimo el lugar ya que además de la casa tiene amenidades en el complejo.

Disfrutamos la estadía, muy acogedora, la casa es linda tal como se muestran en las fotos, la piscina con agua caliente y una vista al lago espectacular. Roderico, el guardián, fue muy amable y atento con nosotros. Volveríamos a regresar.

I had a great stay at VH Loft #4! The apartment was clean, stylish, and very comfortable — exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to Cayalá or Videre Mall and Zona 15. It felt very safe and quiet, perfect for resting after a day out. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in was straightforward. The only small suggestion would be to ventilate the room a bit more, maybe by opening the large windows when preparing for guests — there was a slight humidity in the room when I arrived. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Guatemala City. Highly recommend!
