This home is beautiful and very clean. the location was great, including ocean views from multiple locations on the property and in the house. The location of the hot tub was a bit precancerous next to the a light post and power lines but it was safe.

Stefan's place is right on the ocean. The views from the rooms are breathtaking and the and there is nothing like waking up to the sound of waves. The house is very private and well furnished. A short walk will take you to your own private beach. Lastly, the checking in and checking out was very smooth. We cannot stop thinking about our relaxing stay and would definitely recommend it and be back.

Easy communication with host, very responsive. Location was amazing! Beautiful view of the bay, literally across the street. Easy walk to the aquarium and cannery row. Walked to restaurants. Home clean, nice bedrooms. Kitchen all utensils needed. Would visit again!

Very beautiful spotless place. Very responsive host and easy to communicate with. Have everything that you need to cook if you want to. 5 minutes walking to the beach but peaceful neighborhood. We are definitely come back and stay here if we ever come back to Santa Cruz

This was our second time staying at Carol's place, and once again, it did not disappoint! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, wharf, and some fantastic restaurants. The house itself is not only in a prime spot but is also spotless, modern, and thoughtfully decorated. It was cozy, and every member of our group felt comfortable throughout our stay. The furnishings are lovely, adding a nice touch of style to the space. We’ll definitely be booking here again next time we're in town! Highly recommend!

Great place, super homey, right across the street from the bay. Best part is opening the garage door and enjoying views of the bay from the hot tub! Know that there are three queen beds so with 8 guests 2 will have to sleep on the fold out couch or air mattress.

We loved our stay! The cottage is adorable and cozy. Close to a cute coffee shop and walkable to the beach. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Danka’s home in Moss Landing is beautiful! This home was able to accommodate 9 people well, with some even opting to sleep on the comfy couch. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels, and the shower pressure was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and utensils, and the dishwasher was l effective. The instructions to check-in and check-out were clear, and the security guard at the community’s gate was welcoming and accommodating. The internet speed is slower relative to bigger cities, but we were able to stream football games on the TV and use our phone data to keep in touch with loved ones. The home had private access to the beach that was quiet and peaceful for New Year’s Eve. We were able to spend the last day of 2024 on the beach under the stars!

Beautiful place in a very scenic area near Santa Cruz. Bjorn was a wonderful host with quick response to all our questions. Totally enjoyed our stay at this great resort right on the cliffs with easy access to the beach. Thank you Bjorn

We have been coming to Pajaro Dunes for 37 years. Our family loves it. This house needs some attending to. In one of the downstairs showers, the soap dish on the wall was broken. You need to be VERY VERY careful. My nephew cut his thumb and needed to get stitches. I was told I could check in before the rain started, but the office hadn't unlocked the house on their end. I had to drive back to the check in office and ended up getting wet while unpacking the car. Not the end of the world, but a little irritating. It took quite awhile to figure out the space heaters, some did not work. Kitchen pots and pans need updating - bring your own!! We had a great time and lots of great memories continue for our family.

The heated pool and hot tub were the focus of this very successful vacation. There were 8 of us: a family of 4 from Oakland, (Mama, Papa, girl 7, girl 3), from Chicago - a couple 37 & 40, and from Martha's Vineyard, us, 75 & 79. The 3 bathrooms were great, and the kitchen was well equipped. We ordered out mostly, from Hawaiian and Mexican restaurants. We spent a day on the boardwalk, and another on the trail at Wilder Ranch, where cliffs overlook ledges with MANY sunning sea lions, The house is easy walking distance from a couple of beaches. During our winter stay, there were high tides, wind and surf warnings. The views were spectacular. Also instructive. The father took his daughters an early morning walk; they saw a woman swept from the beach across the pavement. She had bloody knees, but was otherwise fine, but she and her two equally insane friends came off the beach. I hope the girls will remember this vivid lesson when they grow up to be invulnerable teenagers. Doubt it.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this place! We used to live in the area and wanted a quick getaway — Crystal made the whole process simple. She was very responsive and provided clear instructions, making everything smooth from start to finish. The place looked exactly like the photos in the listing, and we loved being able to walk down to the beach to play all day, then wind down at night listening to the sound of the ocean. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

This was our third stay at Monterey Dunes and our first during winter. The home was very cozy and perfect for our family on four adults and two grandkids. Kitchen was well supplied and updated quality appliances. Beds were comfortable with great mattresses. Beach was just steps away although we we there during tide warnings so stayed close to the dunes. Great spot for relaxation, a very private beach, and home cooking. Not the best spot if you’re looking for fancy restaurants.

Outstanding location and great condo. Condo was just as advertised. It was clean and very comfortable. Cheshire Realty was easy to deal with.

We absolutely loved this home and will definitely be back! I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. The home itself is beautiful, well stocked with everything you might need, and very clean with the most beautiful view! Mel was so helpful and friendly, she made us feel very welcome and comfortable. My daughters loved the bunk beds and we were so impressed with how well everything was arranged to make use of the space. We never once felt cramped despite being a family of four. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer available and the decks were beautiful. The location is amazing! There is so much to see and so many great restaurants to eat at. The Beach House was exactly as described - tastefully remodeled while retaining the classic Aptos Beach bungalow vibe. Very thoughtfully prepared with outdoor games and items you would need for a beach getaway. The outdoor area and backyard are cleverly organized for everything you would want. I just wish we could have stayed longer (and had warmer weather!). Lots of great information in the folder for things to do and places to eat. Kudos!!

The home looks just like the pics and is very well stocked with nearly everything you need (or forgot). The view from the deck is amazing on clear days. Overall, highly recommend. Wow! What a gorgeous beach house. We LOVED Heather's place; it was a (very) short walk to the beach and coffee shops like Cat and Cloud (my favorite). The house itself was spotless and welcoming. Bed was super comfy too. Heather was a tremendous host - friendly and helpful. We will be returning over and again. Thank you for making our stay awesome!

Lovely spot! So easy to access and felt very private and matched the photos perfectly. The check-in process was seamless and made for an easy arrival after our long journey. Kitchen is well appointed and has everything you might want for an easy breakfast or something more elaborate. Access to the beach was even easier than we envisioned - it was so close. Loved having morning coffee on the deck, overlooking the ocean and listening to the waves crash against the shore. Also loved the heated floors in the primary bathroom upstairs - nice touch!

What a gem! The White House is located in the perfect spot. It's right on the walking path with the most exquisite view of Lovers Point. The deck/fire pit table is such a great amenity that you could sit for hours if you are so inclined. After walking the area for miles, I really don't think there is a space more perfect than this. When you add in how responsive and nice the host (Kyle) is, you have perfection. I would consider this one of those Airbnb rentals that would call me back year after year. Until then, we have some lifetime memories from this stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Jon's. The location is great, quiet, easy walk to Capitola Beach. A classic beach place with comfortable beds and a nice patio out back for relaxing. We would stay again on our next trip to Capitola.

The house was well stocked with everything we would possibly need. Looked just as was presented in photo’s-very kid friendly, nice neighbors. And well Santa Cruz is the best, this location was perfect! We had walking distance access several beach’s and e-bikes stations were super reasonably priced and very conveniently placed. The hot tub was why we chose the home and after long days of biking-it did not disappoint!
