Yuhui was an amazing host. Direction to the place and into the apartment were very clear. The main room and bathroom were spotless. Most important for me is how quiet the room was. I am a light sleeper and it was perfect. The only draw back for me was not having many options for food with in walking distance. I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable, cozy, clean place to stay.

This is our second stay at this property. We occupied two units. There is always plenty of space, and it was clean and ready to go. We enjoyed the little details: plush towels, the “nice” TP, etc :) Thanks for hosting us - we’d come back if you’ll have us.

We enjoyed our stay at Its a Shore Thing!! The home has been updated so nicely! We all felt right at home as we enjoyed fun evenings and a great launching pad for our day excursions!! Being a quick walk from the beach was fabulous!!

We stayed here for my dad’s 60th birthday and it was the best time!! It was the perfect location, beautiful, clean, and had great amenities! We are already planning another trip to go back!

Very lovely property in the perfect location near SFO and easy access to the City. Excellent space to work and great kitchen for cooking or chilling out. Lots of space to spread out and perfect for either a business trip or a personal trip and ideal for a combo trip.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at Bob's place. The well-supplied kitchen allowed us to cook our Thanksgiving meal without problems. We enjoyed the deck for the ocean view, comfy chairs, and stargazing at night. The beds are very comfy and well-supplied with blankets and comforters for the cool nights. The laundry room had no detergent, so be sure to take some with you. Otherwise, we had all the supplies we needed for our stay. Would love to return.

Emey was very accommodating and nice to work with during a challenging time in our lives. She went above and beyond a good host. The Townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable in a great location. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Debbie and Mitch's spacious condo is a comfy and convenient place to stay when in Capitola. My family of 5 (three little kids) felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the hosts was equally easy. Our kids loved the assortment of board games, and the variety of sand toys for the beach. The hosts truly thought of everything a family might need for their stay, including a kitchen well-stocked with all the tools for cooking our own meals. But if we wanted to eat out, we could walk to many great restaurants and shops, or take a 3-5 minute drive to even more great locations. We'd definitely stay here again- thanks so much, Debbie and Mitch!

Had a great time staying at Lisa's place. Room is exactly as shown, clean, has plenty of natural light. There's a few grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance as well, and overall the neighborhood feels very safe.

We had a great experience with Jessica and the property. The space was setup to be very comfortable right from the beginning. The amenities and layout were similar to hotel stays, with towels, soaps, body washes, toothbrushes, etc. all laid in each bathroom. The space itself provides plenty of space with three levels, so even with a few people in the home there's more than enough room to work and relax. Jessica was very prompt in communication and was able to assist with all our requests and changes. Thank you very much.

This is an awesome place to stay!! Literally less than 5 mins to walk to heart of Capitola wharf, surfing & restaurants, yet quietly tucked away on the river. They had a canoe and launch site right there at the house, plus we brought kayaks & surf boards. Beautiful, shady, quiet area to canoe/kayak that feels very private, as no public access on river. House fit the 6 of us well. All beds and furniture a bit worn, but super comfortable!! Kitchen has what you need to cook and eat with, but no supplies of spices, etc…You have to provide all, but if you forget, like us, Safeway, Nob Hill, even local liquor store had milk/creamer, condiments, etc…had it all & very close. Car port only fit a smaller car & rest of us used the local lot that was a 5 min walk away if you take the back streets, but you do have to pay daily for that lot. Overall, great trip and great house, the privacy feel yet literally just around the corner from the heart of town was such a blessing for our family get away!

Sweetest person ever! Was very welcoming and even gave little treats for my partner and I knowing it was our anniversary getaway. Communication was also great, the house was beautifully done and spotless. Definitely was obsessed with their candle, I went and bought the same one. Overall, 5/5!!

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at! I stayed a total of 2 months and loved it. It’s really close to the train station around 7-8 min walk and also close enough to walk to downtown San Mateo without worrying about parking. The space is clean and quiet. Brennan is super helpful and available for anything!

Where do I begin? First, Pramod was super nice a very friendly! He called to make sure we knew all the little ins and outs of his lovely home. He was also very accommodating letting me know where shops and public transportation was as well. I gave 4 starts for cleanliness only due to a little dust (I have bad allergies) but nothing a little allergy meds didn't fix. Second, we had three people in our group and the house was big enough to where we were not on top of each other and all the beds were amazing. Got some of the best sleep I have had in this place to say the least. Lastly, is location like I said Pramod told us where everything was but when we got there we realized just how great the location was. Place was 5 mins from pretty much everything and only 12 from Santana Row! I could not have gotten a better place. Pramod keep up the good work and thank you for letting us stay in such a great place!

Lovely spot right on the beach. Perfect location to explore Monterey, Carmel and Big Sur. The place has a nice layout and was great for our group (4 adults one child). The community is great, very quiet and private. The reclining chairs and couch were super comfy, as well as the memory foam mattresses. Erin was very proactive and helpful with our questions. Great find and enjoyable stay.

Great spot! Easy to feel safe and right at home. There was easy street parking and a garage to use if you wanted. Easy Uber ride to downtown Palo Alto for dinner

Overall great place! The host was very helpful when getting us an early check in and the house was great. Everything was clean and new and matched the photos.

Convenient place to stay for a short trip to Los Gatos with friends. The location was a quick drive to downtown, easy access from 17. The unit was clean and well appointed, nice-sized master bedroom, nice seating area in the living room, and access to a backyard patio. Good value for the money. Would stay there again.

Cecilia provided very clear instruction for self checkin. The place is beautifully furnished. Knowing the asian culture, Cecilia went above and beyond to provide us an electric rice cooker. Overall, it's a great stay. Will definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed a nice weekend at Aman’s condo and look forward staying again. The place was clean, well stocked, and fit our families needs perfectly. The location was great! We rode our bikes down to Dennis the Menace park in the Monterey Bay Coastal Recreation Trail that runs right by the condo (it’s 18 miles round trip, for reference). Thank you Aman for sharing your home.

Arlene was such an accommodating, kind host. This was our first time in San Francisco and staying at this Airbnb was perfect. We were able to explore the city and drive back to spend the night in a more peaceful area. The Airbnb was so cute and spacious, our group of four felt very comfortable and at home here. Also the tv on the fridge is so cool. Arlene allowed us to store our bags so we could explore without risking our belongings and was always responsive whenever we needed to ask her something. 10/10 would stay here again, we can’t wait to come back!

Stayed with Marya for about 3 months and enjoyed every second of! Everything that I needed, Marya had. Host was communicative and the place was picture perfect☺️ Great location + great amenities!
