Thank you Shyamal! Place was exactly what I needed to take a break from everything! The place was VERY dog friendly -- I normally don't allow my dog on furniture, but the host does supply small blankets next to the furniture, to protect the furniture from any fur your pet might have. Kudos! House is very comfy, and has a VERY distinct Santa Cruz vibe which made me happy. You have an option to chill out on roof deck, or back deck. Neighborhood was friendly, and beach access was only a block away. Shyamal was very quick to respond, and was great to work with before, during and after my stay was complete. I will definitely recommend to friends and family -- and will definitely return in the summer! Thanks again!

Two families with 2 littles kids each (3-8yo) stayed there and it was perfect for us. The house is very spacious, perfect for the 8 of us. Nearby Boardwalk and other fun locations to enjoy with the kids. We picked some tomatoes and a couple of asian pears for breakfast and they were delicious. The kitchen is very well provisioned with lots of utensils and condiments that made our meals much better. Thank you Sun and family! I was a little bit scared with the almost 3 years old when I read some reviews, but he did great. He was interested in some National Geographic books in the living room and I hope we put them back in the right place :) looking forward to come back in the future.

The house is someone’s home that happens to be an Airbnb. Many details and carefully curated. The fun surprise is despite the great pictures when you see it - it blows you away.

Erin’s place was perfect for our family. It is very comfortable, had amazing amenities (bikes, games, hot tub, nice backyard for the kids, tv, etc), easy parking, and the location is right where we love to be. I would move in if I could 😁

Awesome place in Santa Cruz! We stayed with our family and extended family. The backyard was so great for our kids, cook outs, and hanging in our downtime. The host was easy to communicate with and answered our questions quickly. Location was great and easy to walk around Capitola wharf and shops. Highly recommend when staying with families with kids young and old.

Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and well-maintained, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the experience. On top of that, the host was outstanding—extremely responsive and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate any needs, which made everything seamless. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We frequently visit Monterey and Santa Cruz County; this was our first stay at a Power West rental and it exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware and essential appliances, we were able to prepare and enjoy a complete Thanksgiving dinner. The bathrooms were well stocked with basics so if we did forget anything, we would be fine without having to go out to the store. The view is breathtaking, experienced from both the master bedroom and the living room, as well as on the balcony. Every evening we had a spectacular sunset over the bay, and enjoyed the sound of the ocean waves. The hosts were very proactive, available immediately for questions, and I felt like their service was first class. We will definitely book with Power West for our future visits.

The home was clean and very spacious. I was concerned about the cold weather but the house was so cozy. The pool was so close to us and very clean. The hot tub was wonderful. I loved that the home was so close to the water and we could hear the waves crashing. Everything about the home was amazing.

A minor issue with our original reservation was quickly resolved by the PowerWest Team. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had a perfect trip. The unit is a beautiful, well equipped condo with spectacular ocean front views. We will definitely visit again and stay with PowerWest.

We've been coming to Seascape for over 20 years now and this was one of the better locations for our family. It had grass access and beautiful ocean views. The kids loved the little seating area. Overall the location and space was everything we needed and more.

What a gem! We had a wonderful time at Steve’s house. The house is beautiful, functional and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The property itself was incredible - private and peaceful with many activities for kids (and adults). The house is also ideally located close to downtown Los Gatos. Quick and kind responses from our host. We will definitely try and stay here again.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay. Full of beautiful views, great amenities. We loved the full kitchen and fireplace! The balcony/patio was my personal favorite! Great spot to enjoy the sunrise and a cup of coffee. The host was equally just as wonderful! Thank you for the experience!

This Hacienda was located on top of the Santa Cruz Mountains and was so majestic, peaceful and breathtaking. The house is welcoming and beautifully decorated. The view was incredible, watching the clouds and marine layer blanket over the trees. Each bedroom had comfy beds. Kitchen stock well with everything you need. Bathrooms clean. Heated floors were a nice touch. Sitting outside on various patio levels was magical. Felt like I was at retreat. Lisa was quick to respond. Our family loved staying here and getting away from city noise and hustle bustle. Thank you Lisa and Chris for sharing your home. This place is a real gem.

We had a fantastic family getaway and did not want to leave; we will definitely book again. The location is absolutely perfect, the house is exactly as described, super clean, fully stocked, and very comfortable. Ann was great and super responsive....5 stars all the way around.

absolutely gorgeous location, with so much space!!! we had an absolute blast, and we are from the mountains so the roads albeit a little crazy weren't bad for us. the place is super easy to find we got there at night but it is marked just as Chris let us know and we had no trouble finding it. it was about a 35 minute drive to santa cruz, and feels so removed from the hustle and bustle of the city it was fantastic!!! the kids (2, 5, 11 and 14) all loved it as well and had so much fun!!! It was so peaceful and gorgeous, we would definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

I had a great time staying here while visiting Monterey, Carmel by the Sea, the Big Sur, and Napa. The location was a great in the middle spot that also gave me the opportunity to explore Soquel and Capitola. Very charming small towns that I would have never known about if I didn’t stay here. The property was gorgeous! My pup loved it too! Sarah was very attentive and I would highly recommend her property.

Just an amazing vacation! This place is just breathtaking. The house is creatively decorated, very clean and full of fun amenities. The beds were comfy and large, with warm bedding and lots of pillows. Please take heed on how the host describes the road up to the house, it is a bit treacherous, but well worth it. The kiddos loved watering the plants to invite the banana slugs. Great place to stay.

I really loved my stay here! The cabins are nestled right in with the redwoods and alongside a river. The hot tub was a really nice touch as well. The host kindly gave us a complimentary bottle of wine which really was above and beyond. It was such a kind gesture and shows how much the hosts care about their guests, which is rare nowadays! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a nature getaway.

Our stay in Soquel was perfect! We enjoyed our small cozy cabin, as well as soaking in the hot tub during the night and looking up at the stars. The property is private and beautiful. Emkay was a terrific host, and was always easy to contact with any questions we had. We were even surprised with a bottle of rosé, which was so sweet. I would definitely come back and stay here again!
