Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Santa Cruz de Tenerife

El apartamento espectacular y limpio, con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días. Cocina y baño totalmente equipados. Tanto la piscina comunitaria como el gimnasio están en perfecto estado. Fácil accesibilidad a la autovía. Dispone de garaje, aunque es fácil encontrar aparcamiento en la misma calle. Un aspecto a mejorar sería el colchón de la cama. Enrique nos sugirió varios restaurantes locales para comer muy acertados.

Sergei and Viktorija were fabulous hosts. Their apartment was everything we wanted in a great location with excellent views from the balcony. We will definitely return.

Tolle Wohnung, die genauso wie auf den Bildern aussieht. Der Balkon ist grandios! Das Schlafsofa ist auch sehr bequem und schnelles Internet ist vorhanden, sodass man bequem vor Ort arbeiten kann. Außerdem gab es einen Riesenfernseher. Es sind genügen Parkplätze vor und unterhalb des Edificio Lourdes vorhanden. Toll war auch die Waschmaschine und Waschmittel mit genug Platz zum Trocknen auf dem Balkon. Einzig der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist zu bemängeln, da dauert das Haarewaschen etwas länger - ist aber auch nicht weiter tragisch. Und der Check-in war ein bisschen tricky, weil in den Beschreibungen verschiedene Schlüsselboxen und Codes angegeben waren. Haben es dann aber hinbekommen :)

Lovely apartment in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the sea front, ample free parking just outside the gate of the complex and within 3 mins walk of the bus stop to Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. Had a most enjoyable 10 days. Thank you Boris.

This is a perfect apartment if you want to stay long term or just a short break We stayed for three weeks and it was perfect The apartment was pristine with every appliance you would need it is at the end of a cul de sac so it’s very quite It is within walking distance to the waterfront and there are two supermarkets within 250 metres and numerous restraints close by We would definitely stay here again Paul and Ingrid were perfect hosts

The accommodation was perfect, and I highly recommend it for families with children. Inside the apartment, there was a high chair, a crib, and even some toys. The bedroom has a great wardrobe that can be used as a changing table for babies, making it ideal for smaller children. Outside, there is a pool, but it is not heated, so it's more suitable for adults. Otherwise, the accommodation was very clean, and Andrea was very responsive she always replied almost immediately, even in the evening. I also highly recommend this place for people working remotely. The internet connection was excellent, even for video calls (developers, etc.). There is a monitor available, but be aware—you need to bring your own HDMI cable, as it is not provided. We stayed here for two months, and I would have gladly stayed even longer. The complex is mostly occupied by older people, so it is very peaceful.

Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung und dafür ist sie perfekt. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit seinem Blick Richtung Gomera und auf die Stadt Costa ADEJE. Wenn es etwas zu verbessern gäbe, so wären das 2 große Handtücher mehr.

le logement de kerli était très bien agencé et propre il y avait juste un petit inconvénient le parking difficile quand vous arrivez tard le soir de vous garer. si je dois revenir à Ténérife je reviendrai dans ce logement

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Straße zum Teide Nationalpark und eignet sich daher super wenn man viel wandern möchte. Auch in die Innenstadt (z.B. Costa Adeje) ist es mit dem Auto nicht sehr weit, ein Mietwagen ist allerdings sehr zu empfehlen! Das Grundstück ist sehr groß & ruhig. Morgens kann man Draußen auf der sonnigen Terrasse frühstücken und sogar Orangen und Zitronen aus dem Garten ernten! Der Gärtner wohnt auf dem selben Grundstück, ist aber sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Es kann abends relativ kalt werden. Als Heizung gibt es zwei elekt. Heizlüfter und den Kamin. Leider ist nur die erste Feuerholz-Box (reichte für ca. 1-2 Tage) kostenlos, danach muss man für zusätzliches Holz zahlen. Die Gastgeberin Kira ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit, aber selbst nicht vor Ort und manchmal dauert es ein wenig bis sie antwortet. Die positiven Seiten der Unterkunft überwiegen für mich trotzdem & ich würde sie erneut buchen :)

We spent a week in this beautiful house, where each day greets you and ends with a stunning view from the terrace. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, two garages, three bathrooms, plenty of space, and a wonderful vibe of a home located on the most beautiful street in the area.

We had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful location with three gorgeous terraces to enjoy the sunshine and the sounds of the ocean. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a quiet and peaceful vacation in Tenerife.

We really loved staying at Darius's place! It was perfect for our family of four. There was sunshine on either side of the house: morning coffee at the front garden and afternoon relaxation at the balcony. The area is super quiet, I just loved the birds singing. The pool was just few steps from the apartment. The apartment was cozy and clean and Darius was really friendly and responsive host. I hope we are able to come back soon!

We had a great time here - 6 adults and a 2 year old. The flat was spacious and well appointed and we didn't feel crowded at all. We ate in around half the time and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery so you weren't waiting for the dishwasher to finish which can be a problem with a larger group. The area is lovely. 10-15 mins to the sea and great for a seaside walk and then back to the apartment for a swim in the pool. Plenty of towels and some pool toys. We ate out on the front patio with lovely views across the park to the base of Teide. Restaurants and reasonably good supermarkets close by. Communication was good and a generous check out time extended on request to 13.30 Would certainly recommend

The apartament is super comfortable and we enjoyed our 3 week stay with our small baby a lot. The terraces are lovely and offer privacy, and the pool is enjoyable even when the weather is not great as it is heated. The pool is shared with some other guests but that never posed issues. And yes, some of the roads close to the villa are narrow but we found they are easily avoided when ignoring the navigation and getting straight to the mainroad, so no issues there. Even though puerto is a bit colder that the south side of the island, we found the north to be more authentic. Do not miss out on Guanchinches for local food!

Bei Familie Ossorio in dem kleinen Dorf Alojera auf La Gomera zu urlauben, ist etwas ganz besonderes. Dieser Urlaub ist sehr zu empfehlen für Menschen die ländlichen Tourismus lieben. Entweder Sie wohnen gerne mal "am Ende der Welt" oder/und sie lieben es, großartige Touren in der Natur zu unternehmen. Das Haus "Galeon Ossorio" liegt am Rand des kleinen Dorfes Alojera. Es ist umgeben von paradisischen Gärten in denen Orangen, Avocados, Kartoffeln, Papayas und vieles mehr wachsen... und das fast das ganze Jahr. Die kleine Wege in Alojera sind von Dattelpalmen umstanden. Die natürliche Umgebung des Hauses ist grandios. Hohe Felswände und Gebirgsspitzen, eine "Seeräuberbucht" in der man bei gutem Wetter baden kann. Fast immer kann man in der Bucht lecker Fisch essen. Im Haus gibt es Tipps für weitere typische Restaurants. Was man bedenken muss: Zum Haus muss man ca. 400 Meter einen Hügel hinauf laufen. Etwas körperliche Kondition ist notwendig.

sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung. Viele kleine Details machen die Wohnung super wie z.B. ein Bodyboard,Strandtücher, Frischhaltefolie und Mario, der super auf alle Wünsche eingegangen ist.

If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. Flo was so helpful from the 1st day we booked to the day we checked out. She sent us a 15 page document which told us everything we needed to know about the property as well as all the information we needed to get around the island, buying groceries and restaurant tips. She clearly goes above and beyond for her guests. The property is in wonderful condition and has been well taken care of. We were surprised to find such high quality appliances and pots and pans. There was an abundance of everything. It is a very nice area and a beautiful 10 minute walk to the heart of El Medano. There you will find many restaurants, cafes and bars right on the water. It is much quieter area than others which suited us fine. We cannot recommend her apartment enough. You will not be disappointed!

We hebben een leuk verblijf gehad. Rustige omgeving, alles zoals beschreven, Migle reageerde altijd onmiddellijk op onze vragen. Het uitzicht vanop het terras is echt prachtig 😍

We stayed in Miguels place for 10 nights, and it was beautiful, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed including BBQ!!Pool area was lovely, and bar was nice. Miguel is very helpful and responds quickly. Thumbs up, thank you😊

First time I’ve stayed in Amarillo Golf , it’s very quiet and peaceful, loved the apartment and the host Simone was always there on hand and very helpful, the Apartment has two balconies which are a very good size , you get the sun all day which is lovely, I will definitely be booking this place again. Amazing hosts! Very helpful with everything and advice about the area. Very accommodating with check in and check out. Apartment was well equipped, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Shops near by and a lovely open water swimming area near by. Plenty of games for the pool area available in the apartment. Had a lovely time!

Le séjour dans cet appartement était parfait ! La vue est magnifique, très beau coucher de soleil ! Il est très facile de se garer dans la rue ou dans le parking de la résidence. Le logement est à proximité d'un supermarché et également de nombreux restaurants, pharmacie etc. L'hôte a été très réactive afin de nous fournir l'emplacement exact de l'appartement. Vous pouvez y séjourner les yeux fermés !

Alessia was great during our stay. She met us on arrival even though we were delayed and showed us to the apartment, she did the same on our departure even though it was early on a Saturday morning. The apartment has everything you could need and is well equipped, it's a stones throw away from the pool and has a small children's play park directly outside. The area is quiet but has supermarkets, bars and restaurants readily available. There's also a local bus that drops in Playa de Las Americas. We had a great stay for the week and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet getaway! Thanks Alessia!
