Great location close to pier, very walkable. Easy check-in. Cold A/C! We didn’t use the common areas but they looked very welcoming and accommodating.

I had a wonderful trip with this house. The host was really kind and tried her best to help us. The location was really convenient to get anywhere in Island.

This home was a dream, plenty of space for our family. We appreciate Sra. Olga's help with check in and making us feel right at home. The amazing outdoor spaces gave us opportunities to see the abundant wildlife the island has to offer right from the patio area. The rooftop is amazing and perfect to enjoy a cold drink. The location of this home is also perfect, a quick walk to the ferry and water taxi arrival/departure area. We will definitely stay in our next visit to Santa Cruz.

salí de mi hogar en Chile para encontrar otro, nos sentimos muy bien en la casa Villa Bonita, la descripción de la casa es correcta y lo principal, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones incluyendo living comedor, sin ellos no hubiésemos sobrevivido. Santa Cruz es caminable de extremo a extremo, la ubicación de la casa es muy buena. Mónica siempre atenta a todas las consultas, nos apoyo en muchas instancias, muy buena anfitriona. Galapagos fue la mejor aventura que hemos vivido como familia (4 integrantes). si o di hay que bucear o con snorkel para entender la magia de este paraíso.

Ximena and Charles were really great hosts. It was our first time visiting the Galapagos and they really made us feel welcomed. They organized everything we needed from the moment we arrived at the airport, helped us book tours, find restaurants, etc. The cottages are well stocked with breakfast, drinks and fresh fruit. It was really an excellent stay. We would happily stay here again.

I've never been to the Galapagos before and feel so lucky to have had Roberta as my host. She was super knowledgeable about the islands, answered all my questions about getting there and check-in. When we arrived, it was easy, the house was clean, we felt really comfortable. Plus, her local recommendations helped steer us to a great coffee spot, and one of the best dinners I've had in a long time with a sunset of a lifetime. Highly recommend - if you're planning a trip to the Galapagos, fingers crossed the Villa Nautica is available!

El departamento es muy cómodo, limpio y moderno, igual a la fotografías, los lugares quedan cerca en taxi cuesta $1,50... Hay tiendas panadería en la misma calle del departamento.. Recomiendo mucho el lugar...

Recomendado al 💯 El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en lugar céntrico de la isla Santa Cruz, tan solo nos tomó 10 minutos llegar caminando desde la parada del bus que venía del aeropuerto. La zona es segura, comercial en la que encuentras de todo, supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, el muelle a 15 minutos y agencias de tours. En cuanto al apartamento, muy limpio, como nuevo, también encuentras todo lo necesario para la estadía; pasas tranquilo en este lugar, vale la pena seguir conservandolo, sin duda volvería a reservar.

El alojamiento está súper bien ubicado y Óscar fue muy amable. Lamentablemente, la señal del wifi al interior de la casa no funcionaba muy bien.

Una linda experiencia en nuestra visita a Galápagos. Jhonatan y su madre fueron muy atentos con todos y esperamos volver pronto porque nos sentimos como en casa. Recomendable 100%

A great place to stay! The view is amazing, Lucia and Henry responded very quickly and helpfully. Very clean and super nice place. Got to watch birds off the balcony diving into the water for fish. Overall a very good experience, would recommend to anyone.

The best place to stay in Santa Cruz on our Galapagos tour. We were in an apartment with all the amenities, just as it is in the information they provide, with all areas very clean and impeccable, excellent and comfortable beds, common areas with a beautiful Jacuzzi pool and spa and very nutritious and tasty breakfasts, bicycles included in the package. They helped us a lot by contacting us with excellent transportation to travel to tourist places and activities such as visits to beaches, snorkeling, turtle ranches, etc., as well as contacting us with the best tourist options at reasonable prices. To finish, an incredible and friendly staff (Veronica and Xavier), the best of the best

Enrique Veronica and Javier were excellent host during our stay for the week. Not only did we have breakfast every morning exactly when we asked there was a variety of different items that were served. Additionally, Veronica helped out immensely with tours and even getting our laundry done. We would highly recommend this location and in future trips we will stay again.
