Wonderful place, highly recommend! Quiet and peaceful right next to a new public dock (ie easy access), and just a short walk away from the main parts of San Marcos. Sevonne was super responsive and helpful. STUNNING volcano views and a beautifully maintained lawn and garden. Thank you!

if your looking for a secluded functional eco cabin Luzmis property is for you. Very clean and well stocked with the necessary bits and bobs. Hummingbirds aplenty feeding at eye level, beautiful swimming location and very accessible to San Marcos. An all round gem. Thank you Luzmi your attention to detail and hard work to provide a comfortable private retreat was very much appreciated. I hope to return to San Marcos this year and will definitely spend my time at Luzmis property.

I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!

We had a lovely stay here on Lake Aitlan. It was so homely, Nico was very welcoming when we first arrived and throughout the trip, along with Venus and Mary - they were all so helpful. The views were incredible for the platform and so relaxing! All the villages were in easy reach via boat or tuk tuk. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to be surrounded by a lovely community in a peaceful location.

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Diamante. Sevonne and Tom made our check in super easy and were great at communicating with us. The location was absolutely perfect, close enough to walk into San Marcos and see what was going on, and a little out of the buzz so we could properly relax. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Definitely would stay again and would recommend

Hermosa casa en Santiago Atitlán con vista de la terraza al volcán San Pedro. Cada detalle de la casa está cuidado , es funcional , acogedora , amplia , impecable. Tienes muchas cosas para hacer : sauna , tomar sol y nadar en el lago, tomar una lancha para ir a alguno de los pueblitos . Susan es muy amable , precisa con las introducciones , José , que cuida la casa es muy agradable y comprometido con su trabajo. Es una casa para quedarse en una larga estancia , porque puedes relajarte realmente . Gracias Susan por compartir tu casa ! Mil por ciento recomendable .

Un espacio espectacular, con mi familia hablamos que es aún más linda que en las fotos. Lindos detalles, Fabi facilitó la estancia. Definitivamente vamos a volver. Que lindo finde de desconectarse en este maravilloso lugar.

Amazing views, GREAT little sunbathing patch of grass (a rarity!), Maria was friendly and even started our stay off with a basket of local fruits we hadn't tried yet. We sleep a little hot, so her and her husband brought us an extra fan without us even asking when they heard this to be hospitable. We loved started each morning on her kayak to receive the sunrise (two strong people can get the kayak up and down the stairs from where they left it out for us). The kitchen is small but very functional with a cozy eating area and a small comfortable couch. Even though the whole lake (Tzununa included) has frequent power outages that last 4-8 hours, none of our frozen meets unthawed so the newer freezer/fridge combo worked great for the large amount of food we stored. Beds are comfy and clean as are the showers and bathrooms. They care about their guests!

This is a beautiful and enchanted oasis, tucked away in the mountains. It’s accessible by a 6 minute walk up a dirt path. Therefore, packing lightly with no roller suitcases is advised. The house is beyond beautiful and super clean! It’s in a fully gated location and super safe, with a friendly guard cat. Truly, this place is humming with good energy, a must stay if you're looking for a magical place in nature! Also, luz is very responsive and truly cares about her guests experience. 10/10 recommend!💕

Pasamos una semana brutal en esta casa. El diseño es espectacular, todo en la propiedad está muy bien pensado y con un gusto genial. Cada detalle hacen de la estadía algo sabroso y placentero, quedamos fascinados con mi esposo. El espacio es súper funcional, lindo y privado. La casa es tan práctica, la vegetación hermosa y toda la decoración hermosa. La cama también garantiza un buen descanso. Es fácil llegar desde la ciudad y Julio nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estadía, sin importar la hora. Es importante tomar en cuenta que la casa no tiene wi-fi y la señal es poca, pero es la excusa perfecta para desconectarse de verdad. ¡Gracias Victoria! Por abrir las puertas de este lugar hermoso y en especial por acoplarte a nuestras necesidades. Seguro volvemos.

This is a gorgeous air bnb. The host has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The caretakers are kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hot tub and all the outdoor spaces. Beautiful landscaping and the lake is breathtaking. I loved the open-air feel. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much, Ana!
