Absolute gem of a place. Everyone in our group immediately fell in love with the place - there is so much history and Will did a fantastic job with brief write ups in each room explaining the history and sharing some great stories about the house. We can't wait to return on our next Santa Fe trip!

Scotts place is like your own private spa/oasis. The outdoor grounds are beautiful and if it had been warmer, we would have been out there the majority of the time. The house is stocked with copious amounts of dishes, coffee and creamer. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. The location is great. It feels very private and secluded, yet the square is an easy mile walk. The upstairs master has a lovely en suite. It does not have a door and is open to the downstairs living room, allowing all the downstairs noise in. Overall, I’d recommend this place and hope to stay myself again in the future.

We absolutely loved staying at Erika and Rudy’s house. The views were breathtaking and the house was so clean, cozy, and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the hot tub under the stars. You can feel the effort and love that Erika and Rudy put into their place. Thanks for a great stay!

This home is beautiful and comfortable, and you get the benefits of being out in a secluded peaceful area while still being very close to town. Scott was very communicative so we always knew what our next step was with checking in or out.

The check-in to this property was effortless through Casas de Santa Fe. All communication and directions were succinct. The property was clean, professionally decorated and well-maintained. There were three private patios. Being in a gated community, we felt safe and secure. The property was very close to amazing hiking trails and the hotel restaurant and spa nearby. This property has its own community swimming pool, which we used daily. Parking was fantastic and spacious. The kitchen was fully operational and well-stocked with utensils, plates, glassware, etc. The only less-than-positive feedback was the hvac unit being a bit anemic for the square-footage of the home. The unit was equipped with box fans, which needed to be utilized to cool down the bedrooms. Would lease this property again.

I've stayed in many vacation rentals and Steven's home in Santa Fe was by far the best! Steven was always so responsive, especially when answering all the questions I sent! The home is gorgeous! The setting is gorgeous! I so enjoyed watching 5 deer just outside the front door! The home was so well prepared and had everything I could use throughout my 10-day stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, utensils and serving pieces I would need to make a gourmet dinner. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and also had anything I needed. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were super soft! And the local grocery store even delivered to the property!! Steven's restaurant recommendations were perfect! My family had a great time in Santa Fe and it was made even better by Steven's home. I would suggest this vacation home to everyone looking to visit Santa Fe!!

Great location near all the best sites and restaurants!

We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and great location of this property. Very easy to get around to do all of our favorite sightseeing AND eating.

My husband and I wanted an affordable place close to downtown Sante Fe. We walked so many places: great restaurants, coffee shops, art museums, etc. The place was cozy and quiet. We appreciated the amenities, like the exercise room. Great place to stay!

Great location for easy access to pretty much anywhere in Santa Fe plus the sunset view from the Cross across the road was spectacular.

We stayed here because it was close to Ski Santa Fe and a good price. It was a good fit for us. Unfortunately, the fireplace doesn't work but we enjoyed the hot tub one night!

We've stayed at the Fort Marcy complex multiple times over the last few years. This unit is one of the largest and higher end available, and it is the most accessible. The front door opens directly to the street, that you can park on, but it is especially helpful to load/unload luggage. The other units in the complex can have quite a distance and elevation change to the parking lots. This particular unit has individual heat/AC in each of the bedrooms and living area, so that each can be set separately. The kitchen was nicely stocked with glasses, cookware, etc, but there was no "left over" spices or condiments, so make sure you bring your own. Overall, a very nice place to stay and a good value in Santa Fe.

Great location, clean space. They tell you there is no code required for the pool but you do need a code.. The bed is super soft and you'll sink in. Both my friend and I woke up with stiff necks but we were so tired we slept well. Overall check in was easy, decor was nice and the kitchen is well stocked. apartment complex’s never make sense, maybe uploading or sending a photo to guests would save them time looking for their room

The space is beautiful! The decor was stunning. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need, including coffee/tea and sugar/sweetner packets. The outdoor space was nice. Loved the big kitchen table and the chair with the ottoman. Perfect space for a couple/2 couples or a couple with older children. The toiletries were a nice touch--especially the make-up removers. Management was responsive to any questions. Parking is available but the lot is a little snug--perfect for passenger cars but large trucks/SUVs are a tight fit. The location is perfect--close to downtown and the views of the mountains are gorgeous! Even though the units are close to each other, I couldn't hear anyone when I was inside. I had a really great stay here; it truly was a peaceful oasis!
