I have stayed in this home for 2 weeks and it was definitely worth it! From the housekeeper Lucy to our responsive host Ignacio, I was very happy with how my guests and I were treated throughout our stay. The bedrooms were clean and jacuzzi was fun to use. Thank you for everything!!

Juan Carlos is a great host, very helpful and responsive. it was very easy to access the apartment. everything matched the pictures and plenty of the necessary materials- towels, bedding/ pillows, toiletries, kitchen accessories. highly recommend for your next stay in Poblado!!

Amazing loft in the best building in Medellin!

I have been to Medellin several times. This is by far best space for one person. You have a full kitchen, a whole office with printer, washer and dryer, king size bed, great bathroom and a walk in closet. Location is very nice. 2 dollar uber to provenza and Parques Lleras. Amenities are nice as well. Rooftop pool and gym

This place is 100% as advertised. Excellent views, great restaurants and shopping in walking distance, and generally pretty easy to get a ride share outside of rush hour. Short ride to Provenza/Lleras/Poblado/Manila. These areas are potentially walkable, if you are comfortable with Colombian sidewalks. (I…am…not.) Rappi is an excellent and loyal friend to have. Be aware there there is no working pool, turbo, or jacuzzi, but the rooftop space is peaceful and provides excellent views of the valley. Any issues experienced were minor and for the most part addressed. The shower is a bit tricky and most often will provide you the hot water you need with a little finagling. WiFi is pretty fast and generally stable, although it does need an occasional reboot. There’s also one particular yellow-bellied bird neighbor who likes to pop in regularly for morning coffee or afternoon tea on the balcony (whichever one you happen to be on). I stayed a couple of months and would stay here again.

The highlight of the stay was definitely the rooftop jacuzzi—with breathtaking views of Medellín, it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Watching the sunset from up there was an experience I won’t forget! The location was also unbeatable—right in the heart of the city’s best nightlife and food scene. Amazing restaurants, cafes, and bars were just steps away, making it super convenient to enjoy everything Medellín has to offer. The space itself was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a perfect stay. If you’re looking for an unforgettable getaway with luxury, convenience, and top-notch hospitality, this is the place to book.

The property was ideal for our group of 10. Each of us had our own room, though not all had private bathrooms, which wasn’t an issue for us. Ana and her team were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations, arranging private transportation wherever we needed, and providing fresh towels daily. They were attentive to all of our requests, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only slight drawbacks were some mold in the showers and the need for newer bed linens, but overall, it didn’t detract from a great experience. Location 10/10.

Foi uma experiência fantástica! O apartamento em si é uma verdadeira obra de arte, com vários detalhes únicos que tornam a estadia muito, mas muito especial mesmo! Fiquei duas semanas e não senti falta de nada. O espaço em si é bastante aconchegante, e poder trabalhar em home office em meio a tanta natureza, com passarinhos chegando perto o tempo todo, foi algo incrível. Sem contar que estar em um bairro com fácil acesso a vários lugares de Medellín é algo bastante positivo para aproveitar tudo que a cidade tem a oferecer. Sem dúvida alguma, recomendo demais!

Incredible location surrounded by restaurants and nightlife, and LESS than a minute walk from Park Poblado! Music can play till the sunrise from the surrounding bars, but it didn't disturb us since we wanted to be in a lively location! Sparkling clean and elegant feel. The apartment smelled like a luxury hotel; the bathroom amenities provided were very high quality; plenty of dishes, mugs, coffee, utensils, and cookware; and a free washer/dryer and laundry detergent! Very safe and secure with a keypad at the front gate of the building and another keypad to enter the apartment. We were also pleasantly surprised to find 2 full bathrooms (we thought it was only 1!). The only downside is I find it a little pricy for Colombia, especially with no pool/gym, etc. But I think the price is justified by the location. Luckily I was with 2 other people to split the cost 3 ways! Checkin/checkout times were not flexible, but thankfully we could leave our luggage inside while they were cleaning!

Tuvimos una estadía agradable, un lugar central y tranquilo, Sebas siempre estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades, el apto cumplía con todo lo ofrecido y es bastante amplio.

Alejandro greeted me upon my arrival, showed me around the apartment, and gave me clear instructions. He was polite and friendly. The apartment smelled great upon arrival and was well-cleaned. The photos are accurate and overall a great value for your buck, keeping in mind that can accommodate several people. Alejandro was very responsive at all my questions and also, was flexible at my departure. The location is probably the only downside in the sense that is far from the closest metro station. It has everything you need for daily living.

Great spot. Great neighborhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. Nelson arranged transportation to and from the airport with a friendly driver so you don’t have to deal with the cab drivers trying to rip you off. He met us at the door and gave us the lay of the land. Where to eat, where to shop, where to go, and where to not go. I will definitely be back and plan on staying here when I do.

I had an amazing stay at Daniel’s property! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. We took full advantage of the rooftop jacuzzi, sauna, and gym which made for a very relaxing stay! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place for your trip! I also cannot say enough about the location! The view from the balcony is worth the 5 stars alone. And the neighbor is full of amazing restaurants and fun nightlife! I would give Daniel 6 stars if I could!

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos, la casa no estaba del todo aseada, habia mucho polvo en general. No se brindan toallas ni implementos de aseo aunque en la publicación dice que si se encontrarán. La ubicación y zonas comunes es genial, mucho que hacer durante la estadía, cerca al supermercado, parque principal, cajeros, lo cual facilita que puedas comprar lo que requieras para tu estadia.

Es tal cual las fotos, muy cerca a todo. La unidad es maravillosa, piscinas muy grandes y espacios agradables

Nos gusto mucho la finca. Alejandro y Doris fueron excelentes hosts, estuvieron muy atentos en todo. El único inconveniente fue que la cocina es un poco pequeña.
