We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Was a lovely place to call home for the week. Beautiful views on the sun terrace and very spacious, clean rooms. My daughter, her little dog Obi and I spent a wonderful month at Giaia's house. She is a wonderful hostess, always attentive and gave us some delicious lemons from her house. As we went with Obi, she had food and dishes for him, plus a little gift. The apartment is very well located, you can walk to the main places of interest in the city of Palermo. There is a supermarket nearby and restaurants. When we return to Palermo we hope to stay in this beautiful apartment. Thank you very much Giaia!!!!

Super Unterkunft, um Palermo zu erkunden - wirklich perfekter Standort! Alles sauber sowie schön eingerichtet. Francesca ist mega nett und hilfsbereit :) Es gibt eine klare Empfehlung! Kurze Bezugnahme zu den vorherigen Kommentaren bzgl der Lautstärke: Totaler Schwachsinn...1) Bucht nicht in einer solchen Umgebung, wenn ihr es komplett ruhig haben möchtet (vorherige Recherche hilft). 2) "Streit" (wenn es überhaupt einer war) kann es auch auf dem Dorf geben (finde ich ziemlich frech & dumm, deswegen die Unterkunft schlechter zu bewerten)

Giulia est un hôte accueillant et très serviable. Son appartement est irréprochable et correspond pleinement à la description publiée sur le site. C’est un emplacement stratégique pour visiter la ville de Palerme en commençant par le Palais Royal.

Federico is really a wonderful host. He made everything comfortable for us,gave us clear instructions and recommendations. He is always super responsive and kind. He even took the trouble to drive more than 40 minutes to the apartment to solve a problem for us on New Year's Eve! We are really so grateful! The location can't have been better. It is right next to the cathedral. It's also highly appreciated that we have a private parking spot inside the yard, which is really really precious in Palermo! The apartment is very spacious and clean.

Great place to stay in Palermo. Very clean, all needed amenities are present, good temperature compared to the outside heat, warm welcome by the host, and close to the centre of the old city (15-20 min walk).

A very nice apartment indeed. Comfortable, spacious, lofty, with a great terrace. Bedroom is quiet and comfortable as it can get noisy outside on the other side. Super comfortable table to work on. Kitchen is well equipped but a bit hard to use, so better to go out. Location is very convenient and walkable. Francesco as a host was very helpful and kind. Grazie!

We highly recommend to stay in the appartement of Francesca. The beautiful appartement is very spacious with a private balcony with lots of plants. Francesca is also super friendly and very fast in responding. Her son, arranged our transport from and to the airport and that was also very pleasant as he was super friendly and very punctual on time. The appartement is in the old town, close to good restaurants, museums, nice bars,… We had a great stay there for 4 nights and we would highly recommend the place!

Appartamento confortevole e ospitalità squisita! La casa ha dotazioni complete, compreso il kit di primo soccorso in bagno. Abbiamo apprezzato la frutta e i dolcetti trovati all'arrivo e i pasticcini alle mandorle alla partenza. Sopratutto, Antonella si è sempre mostrata reattiva per piccoli problemi che abbiamo risolto senza particolari disagi. Unica nota negativa: l'appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore e le scale particolarmente ripide hanno reso faticoso portare i bagagli. In generale siamo molto soddisfatti e consigliamo la struttura a chi vuole visitare Palermo e dintorni muovendosi a piedi.

A beautiful oasis of calm in Palermo. Great apartment in a historic building within walking distance of the old area of the city and many of the main attractions. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and well equipped. Communication with Davide was easy and we appreciated his flexibility around checking in. We had a fantastic time and would visit again.

I would like to repeat what has already been written here: the apartment is perfectly located in the lively center of Palermo. It is pleasantly cool, very clean and very well equipped. Good restaurants, sights and many nice bars are within easy walking distance. But now to the essentials: Massimiliano is extremely friendly and more than accommodating. We have rarely received such a friendly welcome. Despite our very late arrival (late flight and problems with the rental car), Massimiliano welcomed us personally and saved the evening with a welcome gift in the form of pasta and wine. On all subsequent days, we were always given good tips and recommendations on request, which never disappointed. Even a small emergency in the form of a flat tire was quickly resolved thanks to the host's recommendation. Even if he's not officially a Superhost yet, if anyone deserves it, it's him!

Très belle location, très bien aménagée ! Belle terrasse, belle vue du balcon sur la piscine et sur le jardin. Tout est propice à la détente. La propreté impeccable est à souligner. La grande piscine et son environnement sont superbes. Nos enfants ont passé des heures à en profiter et à jouer. L'éclairage nocturne est très sympa. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, agréables et bienveillants. La location est bien placée pour réaliser de belles visites touristiques. Nous recommandons cette maison. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. Tout a été parfait pour nous.

I can’t say enough nice things. First of all, Daniela is such a gem! She offered rides for very reasonable prices, gave us brief tours of the areas we were in which were super helpful, and always responsive. Her place was just outside of the noisier areas, but walking distance to the restaurants and beaches. 15 minutes walk to the beach, or you can wait for the local buses if you prefer not to walk. The space was spacious and the bed was so comfortable!! After traveling for a couple weeks, the good nights of sleep were needed. Great trip & stay, and hope to return someday :)

A truly stunning apartment, and after lots of walking around Palermo visiting all the sights we we’re always happy to return to the tranquility and comfort of the apartment. A beautiful home and would be our first choice for our next visit.

Rosalia homestay was such a beautiful property with a brilliant host. Couldn’t recommend enough. The views are incredible. Not far from cinisi and Terrasini both great little towns to have a look around. Brilliant beaches and viewpoints just a walk away from the property. Thanks for a great stay Mara :)

Villa Dora è una bellissima villa con piscina che dista pochi metri dalla spiaggia Ciammarita. È un’appartamento appena ristrutturato e pulitissimo. Il giardino e l’orto sono ben curati e hanno una bellissima vista sul mare. Dora è un’ottima padrona di casa! Molto gentile e cordiale.

Maximilian greeted us on arrival and give us a tour of the place including anything important we needed to know. His apartment was perfect for what we needed and the pool/garden area was beautiful. Max had bikes that we could use which were excellent for getting down to the sea front of Mondello in a matter of minutes! We would absolutely return to Mondello and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Nous avons adoré ! Vincenzo est très sympathique, et fait tout pour faciliter le séjour. Le quartier est calme, il est très facile de garer la voiture dans la rue. Le logement est spacieux, lumineux, vraiment très agréable avec la belle terrasse, vue sur la mer. Nous le recommandons !
