Me and five girlfriends stayed here for a night and really enjoyed ourselves! The bedrooms were great, all the beds were comfortable. There were three bathrooms which was fantastic for getting ready. There is a hot tub you can choose to use for $30 cash upon arrival (I think it’s worth it)! The host was very responsive, kind, and flexible. There is not much surrounding the airbnb in terms of dinner places so the McDonald’s nearby was necessary, as we didn’t want to pay for one of the expensive Ubers. There is a nice cafe within walking distance for breakfast though! This was a great stay.

As soon as we arrived we could tell the villa was going to be really nice The outside space pool and gardens are impressive and very well kept.Patricia illena and lucy greeted us warmly showing us around.We we're late arriving and they recommended a good take away. The villa is beautiful and very well kept.The location is good for travelling to the motorway to get around but you need a car to get to the village to get supplies.The villa is well equipped for self catering.This was our first experience with air bnb and Patricia and Illena have set the standard very high. We felt very safe in the location and we had plenty of privacy but Patricia was available on text if needed. I would recommend this villa to all if my friends and family as we enjoyed our stay here 100% there was nothing we would fault. The pool is very clean and well looked after there are sunbeds and pool towels available. Illena, Lucy,Tony and Patrizia are amazing hosts very warm and friendly and we will return

Wir waren mit 6 Personen im wunderschönen Haus von Paolo. Es hat ausreichend Platz für alle. Der Garten ist grosszügig und schön gestaltet. Der Küche fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Der Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich, unsere Wünsche und kleinen Sorgen wurden immer schnell erfüllt. Wir haben das 1. Mal über Abnb gebucht. Danke vielmals für die schöne Zeit

Unser Aufenthalt in Lillis Haus war einfach perfekt....Lilli hat alles bestens organisiert...Wegbeschreibung... Empfang durch Giovanni ....kleiner Proviant....Kommunikation auch top mit ihr....antwortet sofort....das Haus ist ein kleines Schmuckstück und der Garten mit den vielen exotischen Bäumen, der Blick auf die Berge, der tolle Pool, die Ruhe, einfach herrlich. Giovanni ist die gute Seele des Anwesens und hat immer einen Tipp auf Lager...die Umgebung ist toll, besonders das kunstvolle Parrini hat uns sehr gefallen. Danke Lilli für die super Gastfreundschaft! Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit, und liebten deinen Pool. Hoffen irgendwann wiederzukommen....

Mary ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, unterstützt von Patrizia und Antonina, die sich mit einer unbeschreiblichen Herzlichkeit um die Gäste kümmern. Vor dem Aufenthalt bekommt man ausführliche Informationen zum Haus, den technischen Geräten und vor allem auch sehr gute zu Aktivitäten. Klasse! Wir waren im Dezember da und hatten großes Pech mit dem Wetter. Der große, sehr gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum mit Kletterwand, Fitnessgeräten und Sauna hat uns über die Regentage hinweg getröstet. Hier gibt es auch einen großen Wäschetrockner. Nur der Kinobereich ist im Winter zu kalt, weil der Fitnessraum nicht wirklich beheizbar ist. Die beiden, nicht miteinander verbundenenWohnungen sind liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Betten haben gute Matratzen und es gibt in jeder Wohnung eine Waschmaschine. Von der oberen wie unteren Wohnung hat man einen herrlichen Panoramablick. Tipp: Trinkwasser kann man bei einem Wasserspender in Ciminna abfüllen.

Beautiful place to stay in a tranquil location with lovely scenery. Nicely decorated, kitchen was well equipped with oven, microwave grill, hob, fridge freezer and lots of pots and pans, plus basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, garlic etc). Bathroom was really nicely done, plenty of space, with toilet, jacuzzi bath, shower and bidet. Lots of candles, artwork and ornaments helped to give the place a homely feel. The pool area was fantastic with lots of different seating areas, a wonderful pool and some shade. The only downsides to the whole place were the bed which was uncomfortable, and the shower - it did not maintain a consistent temperature, going from cold to very hot, then back to cold, so a comfortable shower was not possible, we had to constantly change the temperature and from one shower head to another. Valentina was very welcoming, with a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us on arrival. She was easily contactable and responded quickly to any messages.

Sehr sehr schön und individuell eingerichtete geschmackvolle Wohnung, sehr sehr bezaubernde Terrasse mit Blick in den Obst- Garten und über die ganze Bucht, wir bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Rotwein und durften Orangen, Zitronen Pampelmusen aus dem Garten nutzen die wirklich delicious waren!! Im zu Fuß auch erreichbaren Santa Flavia gibt es kleine ursprüngliche Lebensmittel- geschäfte und alles was man benötigt. Dort gibt es tags auch eine Zugverbindung nach Palermo. Filippo holte uns im Ort ab und brachte uns auf das Anwesen. Sehr freundlich, viele hilfreiche Tips zu Palermo und Umgebung, er ging auch auf unsere Nachfrage nach einer guten Terme ein uns sandte per WA weitere Informationen zu. -- Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Notre séjour à la villa Ficodindia était parfait ! Elio est un hôte toujours disponible, très accueillant, qui s'adapte à nos besoins, et donne envie de retourner séjourner dans cette très belle location ! Le salon de jardin, la cuisine extérieure, la table de ping-pong et la piscine rendent la villa extrêmement plaisante. L'intérieur quant à lui permet de rester au frais et à l'abris des moustiques grâce aux moustiquères présentes sur toutes les fenêtres. La vue depuis le salon intérieur n'est pas montrée sur les photos (au moment où j'écris ce commentaire) mais cela vous fera une belle surprise à l'arrivée (de très beaux levers de soleil vous attendent). La villa est extrêmement bien placée, aucun vis à vis, vous serez complètement tranquille ! Et en cas d'urgence, le voisin qui est le frère d'Elio pourra vous aider rapidement. Vous l'aurez compris, je ne peux que recommander cette villa !

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view.
