beautiful terrace, nice quiet private location

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

we really enjoyed our 9 day stay at Don Ciccio Seahouse. We were a family group of 10 ranging in age from 23 to 86 years old. There are plenty of different areas and rooms both indoors and outdoors for everyone to have their own space as well as be all together for meals for example. The garden is very pleasant and the pool area beautifully maintained as well as spacious, with great views. We had 2 hire cars and it would be difficult without. I'd definitely recommend a car to go to the shops, restaurants, station etc... Going into Palermo was easy using the train, the station is 5min drive away and has a free carpark. Mattro was a really great host, very responsive and really helpful with everything. He gave us a great introduction to an amazing local bakery/deli which we visited every day! Definitely recommend the house 😀

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

Wir, 3 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager, haben den Aufenthalt in Robertos Haus in vollen Zügen genossen. Haus, Pool und Gartenanlage liegen auf verschiedenen Ebenen und geben dem gesamten Komplex einen ganz besonderen Charme. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist grandios, der Abstieg ins Meer über eine Leiter ebenfalls. Wir wurden von verschiedenen Fischschwärmen begrüßt. Schnorcheln vor der "Haustür" lohnt sich! Wir danken Roberto für die hervorragende Betreuung während unseren Aufenthaltes und schicken herzliche Grüße nach Sizilien

A great place to stay! Davide was very communicative with instructions and met us in person to show us around the home and provide recommendations. The unit is on the first floor so you can take stairs or there is an elevator if needed. We were here for a little over a week, working remotely (fast Wi-Fi), and taking day trips to Cefalù, Agrigento, Monreale, and more. The location is fantastic - a short walk away from the tourist highlights and great restaurants. And there are close bus stops that drop you off at the train station. There is also a huge grocery store about 5 min walk away. The amenities were useful - everything in the kitchen is functional, and the washer was great as well. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend to others.

Very nice apartment near the sites in Palermo. Sabrina was very responsive and available for us. Located on a quiet street so we felt safe at night. Everything was very acceptable. Two full bathrooms is rare for most AirBnB's so we certainly enjoyed this feature. Plenty of heating during winter months. There is room for improvement: hot water availability was not always up to par during showers, would need more seating in the living room if we went back with friends. Would we like to go back to this property in the future: yes.

Vincenzo's place has a good location just out of the centre of Palermo. It is clean, well furnished and has everything you will need for an extended stay. I was there for a month and found that I had everything that I needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the internet is fast and reliable. Although the apartment is small, the space is very well utilized. A great option for a comfortable stay in Palermo.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Lucia war immer erreichbar und hat umgehend reagiert, toll. Auch die Tipps von Lucia waren sehr hilfreich.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti da Marina con un bimbo di 1 anno e siamo molto soddisfatti : al nostro arrivo, il lettino e il seggiolone erano già pronti, e l'appartamento, dando su un cortile, era silenzioso. Poi, Marina è stata molto disponibile e amichevole per qualsiasi tipo di domanda. Raccomandiamo senza dubbio ! :)

Very comfortable apartment for 3 week stay. Very quiet bedroom with comfortable King bed in an authentic local area but still in the heart of Palermo. Guils was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very relaxing week at Leanne’s. Giuseppe met us when we arrived and told us about the apt and keys, and left us with some excellent ideas for restaurants. The street was extremely busy, but the apt very quiet. The bed was comfortable, shower hot, everything worked, it was very central, and a pleasant place to stay. What few questions we had, Leanne answered quickly. We cooked several meals in the kitchen. We used the elevator for our luggage, but otherwise used the grand stone staircase to the top- a good workout, and aesthetically pleasing. It was too cold to sit and eat on the pretty little terrace, but nice to be able to step out to check the weather before going downstairs. A lovely week in a nice apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much. Valentina is an excellent host, always very quick to respond and very helpful letting us into the apartment well before the check in time. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as the touristic center but still in the heart of the city. Please be aware that the free parking is not on location but a few blocks away. Not a problem at all once Valentina sent us the location. We can highly recommend the apartment and it’s great host.

Une des meilleures si ce n’est LA meilleure location que j’ai faite sur AIR BNB. Leti a vraiment été super accueillante et très utiles dans ses conseils et ses propositions de services annexes (transport aéroport, bagages, etc.) L’appartement est idéalement situé en front de mer dans le Mondello historique dans un coin très calme. Il est vraiment spacieux et fonctionnel et très bien orienté (le soleil le matin sur le balcon, c’est le rêve) avec une vue sur la baie 😍. Si je reviens à Mondello, c’est sur je rappelle Leti !

E' stato un vero piacere soggiornare da Simona, l'appartamento è in una posizione strategica, tutto raggiungibile a piedi, zona ricca di negozi, bar e ristoranti per tutti i gusti. La casa è attrezzata di tutto, pulita e confortevole, noi eravamo in 8 e ognuno aveva il suo spazio a disposizione. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio, Simona e suo papà sono due persone deliziose, torneremo sicuramente!

Krásné ubytovaní kousek od historického centra Palerma, velmi milý hostitel, dostaly jsme tipy na jídlo i aktivity v okolí. Pro dva lidi ideální, třetí člověk spí na sedačce (což je uvedeno), ale v místnosti se sedačkou je slyšet každé bouchnutí dveří v bytovém domě atd., není to však nic co by hostitel mohl nějak ovlivnit. Celkově jsme nadmíru spokojené.

El apartamento está excelentemente ubicado en el centro de Palermo en la zona peatonal comercial y donde empieza el centro histórico. Al ser una calle con muchos restaurantes pequeños, es agradable cuando vuelves tarde por la noche. Estaba todo nuevo, limpio y muy bien equipado. La comunicación con Fabrizio fue muy buena y clara. Excelente apartamento para disfrutar de una ciudad bonita y animada como Palermo.

The location was in the city center, the only downside was finding parking but that is not unique to this Airbnb! The rooms were spacious!
