In many years of travelling, this was one of the very best and most memorable and special we’ve been to. It’s authentic, peaceful, and very convenient. We enjoyed the farm and its animals, playing games like table tennis in the garden, walking in the trails among chestnut trees, cooking in our apartment (set in a 400 years old building), the good coffee machine in the unit, hearing about the history of the place from Cristina and Fabio, and much more. We had full privacy and yet could communicate with other lodgers. Thanks Cristina and Fabio! We look forward to coming back!

Maria Teresa is lovely and so is her home in the countryside! She was very responsive and helpful and assisted wherever we had a need; such as taxi driver recommendations and grocery delivery since we had not rented a car during our time there. The house, gardens, pool and surrounding area are not only beautiful but peaceful and private. Maria Teresa even arranged a cooking class/private dinner at the house for us. I would suggest a car to get around the area since public transportation seems quite limited. We loved our time here!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti nell'appartamento di Marina e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e confortevole, ben curato, pulito e dotato di ogni accessorio (stoviglie, prodotti x pulizia, phon...) x una pausa di relax immersi nel verde di vigneti davvero suggestivi. C'è inoltre uno spazio esterno dotato di tavolo e sedie per stare all'aria aperta. Abbiamo avuto modo di fare qualche chiacchierata con Marina e la figlia Giulia, sono persone molto accoglienti e disponibili per ottimi consigli turistici sulla zona, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale!

Cinzia her place was great to spend 4 nights with our family of 5. It is located in a beautiful area of Tuscany. Cinzia and her family were very helpful in providing recommendations to us. She is also a bee farmer and we got a tour of their honey extraction process, thank you so much for everything!

Un paradis sur terre. Une vue à couper le souffle. Et après votre journée, buvez un verre du très bon vin rouge accompagné du salami de la production familiale de nos hôtes en regardant le soleil se coucher sur la Toscane depuis la terrasse… un emplacement idéal pour rayonner sur toute la région, au calme et à 5 minutes de voiture de Empoli d’où vous pouvez prendre le train ( c’est beaucoup plus simple ) pour Florence ou Pise. Nous vous recommandons vivement les petits déjeuner sur place. Chaque matin il y avait des biscuits, gâteaux, tartes faits maison vraiment délicieux en plus de produits locaux. Et puis nos hôtes ont été incroyablement accueillants, serviables et de bon conseils. Sandra, Antonella Grazie mille ! A bientôt j’espère….

È stata un’esperienza bellissima, in cima a una collina Toscana in uno stabile accogliente e completamente silezioso. Gli host sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, gli spazi puliti e come descritti. L’accoglienza con prodotti della casa è stata molto calorosa e i consigli su cosae dove mangiare molto apprezzati. Grazie mille!

We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and Liesbeth’s recommendations were extremely helpful! The only thing that was concerning to us was how steep the driveway was (especially at night it can be hard to drive) but once we did it a few times, it got easier. Perfectly located in between a few small, but very nice towns.

Our stay at Antonio's house was fantastic. The place was warm, cozy, in peaceful and quiet area, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept wonderfully. The location was beautiful, with lovely views, and it was a good base for exploring the area – having a car is definitely a must. Antonio and his wife Silvija were incredibly friendly and kind, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Beatrices Haus ist sehr großzügig und hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Wirklich atemberaubend ist der Ausblick über Weinberge und Hügel bis nach San Gimignano. Unsere Kinder liebten den Pool und genossen ihn, obwohl es in unserer Zeit sehr viel geregnet hat. Beatrices Sohn Alessio war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und half uns bei Fragen sofort, wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, eines Tages wieder Gäste in dieser tollen Villa sein zu dürfen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Das Airbnb ist recht abgelegen und daher sehr ruhig. Für uns war es ideal. Gerne wieder!

Un havre de paix tenu par deux sœurs incroyables. Vous serez accueillis merveilleusement bien, vous partagerez de beaux moments avec les propriétaires autour de produits de la région. Lucia et Michelle sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes et le logement correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Merci encore pour ce doux séjour loin de tout ❤️

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Viele nützliche Informationen für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Unternehmungen wurden uns von Elisabeth zur Verfügung gestellt . Vielen Dank und alles Gute.

Wir fünf hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Jeder hatte ein eigenes Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Die Lage ist wundervoll, um etwas zu unternehmen. Außerdem war es schön ruhig (bis auf die Gäste über uns, die leider früh morgens am rum trampeln waren). Nada war wirklich wunderbar! Sie antwortet sofort und bei einem kleinen Problem, war sie sofort vor Ort. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

We had an amazing stay here with our 9 month old baby. The accommodation is beautiful and had everything we needed and more, and the grounds and views are stunning! We went on some lovely walks in the area, which Francesco recommended, and we enjoyed visiting the local towns and villages. Francesco and Isabella are incredible hosts - they provided a cot and lots of toys for our baby, and some delicious wine and olive oil from their farm for us - and they were so friendly and helpful during our stay. We’d absolutely love to come back one day. Grazie!

הגענו לבית טוסקני מקסים שצופה על נוף מהמם ביופיו. הבית מרוהט בצורה ביתית וחמימה והמטבח מאובזר היטב ויכולנו לבשל לעצמנו ארוחות נהדרות בוילה. החדרים מרווחים ויש מקום לנוע ולאחסן דברים בנוחות הסביבה יפה ובהמלצתם של מארחינו הגענו ליקב נהדר שבו התארחנו לסיור וטעימות. היינו 7 מבוגרים והייתה לנו נוחות ופרטיות. הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת, ממליצים בחום!

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

The property and surrounding area is beautiful, We loved the estate and especially the pool area. Had a great experience there and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Exploring the area was fun, especially Pisa and Lucca. Our only issue was finding good food, I guess we had high expectations after visiting Florence. Overall it was a nice stay and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Wir haben in einer Gruppe von 13 Freunden eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit! Die Unterkunft übertraf all unsere Erwartungen. Sie liegt wunderbar inmitten eines Weinbergs, der Pool ist gross und es gibt einen grossen lauschigen Sitzplatz draussen unter einer Pergola. Die Wohnungen sind gemütlich und gut ausgestattet , es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - herzlichen Dank!

Wir waren für 10 Tage im März mit 4 Personen in der Villa. Das Haus, die Wohnung und der Garten sind sehr schön und entsprechen den Unterlagen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Die ca. 100m lange Zufahrt ist deutlich sanierungsbedürftig. Mit einem tief liegenden Auto sollte man nicht auffahren. Es ist sehr praktisch, dass Lina direkt nebenan wohnt und für Fragen und den Service zur Verfügung steht. Ich fand es etwas teuer, dass Heizung und obligatorische Zwischenreinigung sowie Touristensteuer nochmal 200 € extra kosteten.

We loved the villa! it exceeded our expectations in comfort, ease, and beauty in every way! The photos cannot communicate the tranquility and charm of the house and view. Patricia is a wonderful host and directed us to a restaurant with the best views and food we had in all of Italy. It was perfect and we hope to return one day! Such a lovely place as a "base camp" to visit the many wonderful surrounding attractions! Love this villa!!!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!
