Renta de alojamientos vacacionales para familias con niños en Santa Luce

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

La casa di Silvia è ampia, ben distribuita negli spazi e confortevole. Gli spazi esterni, per quanto non utilizzati causa maltempo, erano ben tenuti e funzionali. L'unica postilla che potrei fare è che non avevo inteso che per "macchina del caffè" si riferisse alla moka, ma non è rilevante rispetto al soggiorno. Se dovessimo tornare in zona sicuramente valuterò nuovamente questo alloggio.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Logement très propre et fonctionnel, bien équipé. Situé à moins d'un km des plages et dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et agréable, le logement est très bien situé. Francesco a été très accueillant. Merci pour ce séjour !

Wir waren zu zweit bei Chiara und ihre Familie zu Gast. Unseren zweiten Aufenthalt im September konnten wir sehr genießen. Nicht zuletzt, weil sich unsere Gastgeber genauso gefreut haben, wie wir uns wieder zu treffen. Natürlich auch die Hunde. Bereits am ersten Abend durften wir zu Gast sein, von Chiaras Geburtstagsfeier. Immer wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten, wurde uns wunderbar geholfen. Für Unternehmungen im Umland und um diesem Bereich kennen zu lernen, ist Molina di Quosa der perfekte Standort. Wir würden wieder dort wohnen. Grazie mille, Chiara e Davide e Andrea

L'appartamento era molto grande e accogliente. Non mancava proprio niente, meglio che a casa mia! Cucina super attrezzata, beni di prima necessità presenti e anche di più. Abbiamo anche trovato degli omaggi di benvenuto che abbiamo molto apprezzato! Gianluca molto simpatico e disponibile. È la prima volta che prenoto tramite Airbnb e posso dire di essere stata molto soddisfatta! Avevamo anche per la prima volta il nostro cane (labrador di 7 mesi) con noi e non ci sono stati problemi. Molto disponibili anche da questo lato. Sicuramente tornerò a casa di Gina se ritornerò in zona. Ciao

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Très satisfait du logement, Anna a été très sympathique, très réactive et très arrangeante. Le logement et très paisible et proche du centre historique de la ville. Je recommande fortement

Le logement est très confortable, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous avons vraiment apprécié toutes les attentions laissées par toute la famille (la tarte de la Nonna est vraiment délicieuse 😋). Le quartier est calme, à 2 pas de la gare, mais sans les bruits des trains et nous avons très bien dormi. Il est très facile d’accéder à la ville à l’intérieur des remparts à pied (20 minutes de la place du Duomo). Nous avons pu garer la voiture devant l’immeuble sans aucun problème. Nous recommandons sincèrement ce logement !

Piccolo appartamento situato a 10 minuti dalle mura di Lucca. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone e ci siamo trovati a vero bene. Nella casa troverete ogni confort necessario, diversi asciugamani ,kit per igiene personale. Vanessa è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile,ci ha fornito molte informazioni riguardanti la città,ci ha cambiato check in e out con orari migliori. Consiglio a tutti questa casa,se dovessi tornare a Lucca ripasserò da Vanessa al Lucca in!

L'appartamento è impeccabile: pulitissimo, accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è ideale, con collegamenti comodi per spostarsi facilmente ovunque si desideri. L'host è stato straordinario, puntuale e molto disponibile, fornendo informazioni chiare e precise. Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza; ci si sente davvero a casa e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è imbattibile.

Vraiment dommage que nous puissions pas mettre 6 étoiles. Nous avons fait un séjour d une semaine en famille. Et nous avons eu l impression justement d être en famille avec un acceuil tout simplement génial. Claudia était au petit soin pour nous. Vraiment je vous recommande la mirandola. Nous espérons y revenir un jour.

Daniela est juste attentionnée et parfaite comme hôte. Elle a été très sympathique et toujours disponible pour nous en allant même au delà de ses prérogatives en nous proposant des services annexes pour notre fille qui s’est fait une entorse durant nos vacances. On sent qu’elle aime ce qu’elle fait et elle le fait à la perfection. Le logement est parfait et que dire de l’emplacement : à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare ou de l’aéroport. Le centre ville est un peu loin à pied mais ça se fait très bien quand on est en vacances (30 minutes environ). Malgré l’emplacement proche de l’aéroport, le logement est calme durant la nuit. Le logement est très fonctionnel et très joli. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien. Grazie mille Daniela

Gemma è un host molto gentile ed estremamente attenta. Siamo stati accolti con dei meravigliosi doni che ci hanno allietato la permanenza. Appartamento pulito e adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli. Parcheggio comodo e a pochissimi metri dall'ingresso. Esperienza da ripetere!!!!

Posizione pazzesca. E' totalmente in centro. L'alloggio è nella parte pedonale di San Vincenzo ma i parcheggi sono comodi ed a due minuti a piedi. E anche se la casa è in centro non subisce il rumore della gente. Anzi. La casa è carina e funzionale. Cose non troppo apprezzabili: avendo soggiornato con l'inizio di settembre il traffico ferroviario aumenta e nella stanza matrimoniale si sente abbastanza. Fino al 1/9 i passaggi erano decisamente ridotti. La doccia scarica male, peccato. Però è un problema semplice da risolvere. Il bagno è nel centro dell'appartamento ed è cieco. C'è una ventola per il ricambio d'aria ma non sempre basta soprattutto se gli ospiti sono numerosi. Però nell'appartamento non manca veramente nulla e Massimo è superdisponibile in tutto.

Veramente una bella esperienza. Ottima struttura, ben curata, ottima accoglienza e comunicazione con la titolare. L’immobile è veramente ok, curato nei minimi dettagli, così come l’accoglienza. Raramente si trova una bottiglia di Chianti classico con due calici per un aperitivo di benvenuto. Veramente un ottimo servizio. Complimenti.

This is a really lovely apartment and is very comfortable, clean and modern. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It’s close to the sea and there are loads of shops and cafes etc nearby. It’s super peaceful and private. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung super gelegen. Kleine aber sehr moderne und schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super mit dem Hafen vor der Haustüre.

Giuliana, host premurosa e attenta alle esigenze di una coppia con un bimbo di 3 anni. In casa abbiamo trovato per lui più di quanto ci potessimo aspettare. Tanto spazio sia dentro che fuori, in terrazzo, dove poter pranzare e rilassarsi. Posizione centralissima comoda a tutto. Marina di Carrara una piacevole scoperta.
