Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. Plenty of space for our large family. Clean, quiet and exactly as listed and represented in photos. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The place was absolute wonderful. Love the fact that Pat share his family history and we were able to live part of it. He went beyond as a host should do. Everything was beyond our expectations; the location, the cabin, the host. I don't know if any other Airbnb can match our experiences there.

Great location right near the beach with tons of activities that you can possibly do. House itself is great for a larger group, with lots of bedrooms and off-street parking in the driveway and garage. Clean and well maintained, the space was nice to visit on a weekend with a good full kitchen. Would recommend!

We had a great time at Whisper Valley Ranch. The property was well maintained and had tons of fun activities, we especially liked the Cowboy Cauldron. We’d highly recommend it if you are considering staying here.

The home was great in terms of accommodating our family reunion. There were 10 of us, representing three generations. The living area, dining area and kitchen were great for getting together. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for all the cooking needed to feed us all, including lots of plates, cups, glasses and utensils, and items needed to prepare and serve all kinds of food. All the needed soaps, cloth and paper towels, garbage bags, etc. were much appreciated. The layout of the home also was great for separation. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spaced nicely apart. Bathrooms were fully stocked. In addition, the extra family room was a plus, as well as the large, enclosed backyard for running around. Furthermore, there was lots of parking space and play equipment in the large garage. Security was not a concern.

Our first time staying at this house and we will definitely come back! The house is very comfortable, beds comfortable, kitchen fully stocked. Labels on the kitchen cabinets made it easy to find and put away cooking items to keep well organized. Short walk to town, the beach and the park for the kids to play. Grandkids also had so much fun having their own room to play air hockey, play games and do puzzles. Julie was great to work with and quick to respond to any of our questions. Looking forward to our next trip to Cayucos and staying at this house.

I love Cayucos, and this is a perfect place to stay if you are going there. You can walk to everything in town, it’s an easy walk to the beach and this place is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly spacious. It’s not right on the ocean but it has views from the house, and good views from the roof top patio. And it is hands down the best house I have stayed in as to amenities (Sonos, 7 TVs, a pool table. Just a big WOW!

The place was amazing and in a great location. Terri was quick to communicate and answer any questions. It was well stocked and very clean when we arrived. Bed are very comfortable. There is lots of parking in the garage. Perfect for our stay.

Our stay was perfect! Ila is an exceptional host. We had a sort of working vacation. And this home provided the space for a crazy family with children to be able to accommodate all and everything all at once. Id highly recommend. She even provided me with an extra monitor.

A Wonderful Stay - Highly Recommend! We had the pleasure of staying at Tara’s home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! It was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed: a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and two areas on the porch to relax. The location was perfect, close to local restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Tara was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We truly appreciated the personal touches, like the welcome snacks. Overall, this was one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! Thank you Tara!

Bethany's place is extremely comfortable, clean, and the kitchen has everything you could need for a large group trip. Bethany was extremely responsive when we had questions. Great place to stay and on a quite street.

The 8 Mile House was a wonderful respite from the heat and hustle and bustle for our family. While the pictures are beautiful, they don't do the property justice. We especially enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen which gave us plenty of room to spread out and converse while enjoying food and drink. The property owner had thought of many extras, including paper towel, dish soap, tin-foil, and even a generous amount of coffee. There were many dishes, plenty of wine glasses, and the knives were even sharp (we had brought our own just in case)! Other amenities were better than described (not pictured in the Airbnb photos is that there is now a gas BBQ as well as charcoal grill and fire pit). We also appreciated the very well laid out instructions on the wall, which included ideas for attractions/restaurants in the area. The porch was a favorite for our family to sit outside and enjoy the breeze. Overall, we were extremely impressed and hopefully we’ll return soon.

My hometown is Santa Maria and I needed a place for family to stay for a family memorial . Travis’ place was great our 3 night stay. Very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. It’s close to stores and restaurants in a nice area of Santa Maria. We even enjoyed the outdoor firepit every evening we were there. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion, with relatives coming from both Northern and Southern California to meet in SLO. The house was ideal for hosting our nightly dinners with 21 family members. It is incredibly spacious, and the backyard is a delightful oasis with plenty of room to spread out. The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub and the closet full of books and toys. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. We highly recommend this place and are sure to return!

Great stay at this beautiful home! The place was spacious and accommodating for our large group. King beds were perfect and comfortable to sleep in. The surrounding area is beautiful with rolling green hills and blooming flowers. The team was very responsive and got us what we needed within minutes. Kitchen is well stocked and we also loved the backyard (fire pit, games, and outdoor eating/grilling area). Would definitely return to stay in this beautiful home. Thanks again for hosting us!

Wonderful view and layout in this place made our spring break family trip one for the books. Love how each bedroom had its own bathroom. Large kitchen counter with five stools worked great for cooking some meals as a group but I do wish there was a larger dining table for the size of the house. Raelyn was great at communicating the whole time, even when issues occurred. We got to enjoy the pool & hot tub every day. Her house is situated in a perfect spot to take in the whole panoramic view of the Atascadero Lake.

This is an absolutely beautiful retreat center and Scott and staff manage it beautifully and are wonderful hosts. Rich and Hope are thoughtful caretakers with just the right touch. Annabelle and Tyler were our chefs and they cared for us and fed us beautifully. The property has a pool and hot tub and beautiful scenery and lots of nature. I can’t say enough good things about Sagrada wellness.

This place was amazing! All my guests admired the small details, from the bar accessories to the spacious living room and the rooms themselves. We had a fantastic time overall and would definitely recommend it for large gatherings. The hot tub was the cherry on top, and the outdoor fireplace kept us warm in the evening. Highly recommend!

Nice and clean place. Close to beach, restaurants, and outlet. Staffs are nice and friendly.

Great location with easy access to Arroyo Grande and a short drive into SLO. We took advantage of a very nice kitchen & outdoor grill, cooking several wonderful fresh seafood meals from a Grover Beach gem - Olde Port Seafood market. There are several Wineries nearby, our favorite was Kynsi which is just up the road from the property. The location provided easy access to the beach, also a short drive the other direction to Lopez Lake, where we enjoyed a wonder day trip.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The communication from the host was impeccable! Lots of activities to keep children busy …ping pong, pool , air hockey and tons of board games! There are a-lot of very unique animals around/right next door that our kiddos enjoyed observing! Keep in mind with animals so close it does bring certain noises and smells when outside but it was not too bad and our group had zero issues! We ended up getting our own bottled water as we are avid water drinkers and the filtered water could not keep up with us! Overall it was an amazing venue to bond with our friends and have an absolutely chill vacation! Thank you!
