Diane’s place is a gem! Located towards the end of a street, it’s in a quiet location, detached from the main house (but the roof is shared). Downtown SLO is about 5 miles away. Diane’s place is well appointed. She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, but it seemed to have everything you would need. Bed and sofabed were comfortable. Darling patios in the front and back. The train tracks are behind the house, but you barely notice the train going by. I was able to meet Diane one morning, and she is lovely to talk to. We definitely will not hesitate to stay here again.

Location, location , location ! Beautiful space with comfortable patio. Great place to ship some wine and watch a gorgeous sunset. Close to shops and restaurants. Parking spot provided.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here. The home was equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed local restaurants, wineries, and the casino (all walking distance). We can't wait to go back.

We loved our stay. We had plenty of space for our family and dogs. The place had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It even had coffee and sugar and a few other things that made the first morning so much easier. We were close to restaurants and shops and walked everywhere. We will definitely be back!

Jody was a quick and wonderful host. Any possible questions and problem solving needed was easily resolved. The place was beautiful and easy to follow check out. The walkable distance to Main Street of Pismo was incredible and I hope I can find a reason to go back to this Airbnb every Pismo trip. Thank you so much for being so sweet Jody

Super sweet studio apartment. Something small and sweet with plenty of walkable activities around the town. Friendly faces and sincerely the sweetest host! My significant other and I had a lovely time for new years getting to relax around and be cozy, while also being immersed in the cute town of Morro Bay. Plenty of activities, stores and restaurants to choose from. I’d recommend stopping here at their place for a few days or to get out of town for the weekend from daily life. I really loved it and would love to come back again! Thank you!

This is our first time traveling to Arroyo Grande, just because of this house. My family has 4 adults, 1 kid, and 1 large dog. So I booked this house due to it is "pet friendly" and it has a pretty backyard according to the pictures. We fell in love with it immediately when we arrived it! The inside, front yard, and backyard were all contemporary style and designed professionally. All the electronics are modern and function very well. My husband enjoyed turning on the music and could hear it everywhere around the house. Cory prepared snacks, bowls, and blankets for the dog, so he could sleep in the house but away from furniture and carpet. My son and our dog run a lot in the backyard, and the whole family had a sweet night hanging outside as well. The local restaurants/coffee shops and shopping stores recommendation list is very helpful. We saved a lot of time on searching when we needed them. Overall, I feel it is worth every penny that I spend! I highly recommend it!

Our stay was perfect! Ila is an exceptional host. We had a sort of working vacation. And this home provided the space for a crazy family with children to be able to accommodate all and everything all at once. Id highly recommend. She even provided me with an extra monitor.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Laurie's place. It was a beautiful home with a very peaceful vibe. Pismo was only a short drive away which was great for day time activities. We hope to come back one day!

We came to the Central Coast to look at a business opportunity with two kids under seven and two dogs. It was an amazing space. Everything was 100% we will be back and also recommend!

Melissa’s place was amazing and exactly as described. I am super particular and really go through reviews before booking an Airbnb, and this place was definitely worth it. Melissa was great! We had one small issue and she responded immediately to help out. We definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again the next time we are in Santa Maria.

Mark was a great host. The location was perfect for our trip. It is located i. A quiet neighborhood with easy access to all of the locations we enjoy in SLO. We will try to stay here again.

Convenient location near Santa Maria for our family reunion. The house is in a small new neighborhood amidst many fields of crops. Spotless house. Super comfortable beds. Brand new appliances. Great internet. We were VERY comfortable. Hosts were A+. Fast communication and could accommodate us in our last minute reservation. We would absolutely stay there again!

Our family (two parents, two teenage girls, one pup) enjoyed our recent stay at Carrie's place. We were in town to tour CalPoly and wanted to be within walking distance of downtown. This was the perfect spot for our high school senior to get the lay of the land before she made her college decision. The layout of the house is quirky, but in a good way. We aren't using to having all four of us sharing one bathroom, but it was squeaky clean and spacious, so it totally worked. We did make some meals in the kitchen, but we particularly enjoyed popping over to the Del Monte Cafe next door for breakfast. Our daughter ended up committing to CalPoly while we were there so we know we'll be visiting again over the next four years, and we'd happily consider Carrie's place again.

Great spot, close to everything and pretty quiet. Great stay, matched ideally what we were looking for.

Ken’s place was amazing. We have stayed at other places here in Pismo and this is by far is our favorite

The suite was exactly as advertised. Self check-in was easy via keypad and code. The suite was clean, and had all amenities I needed. It was spacious for a solo traveler, and it would be great for a couple as well. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the dunes recreational area. There's a few restaurants and a small market in walking range; for more choices (near downtown) you will need to walk 15-20 minutes, or use a bike/car. The area was quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back next time I am in the area. I would recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Jaime's place. It's in a beautiful location, directly across from the lake with an amazing view. It's close to everything, which was great for us as we were visiting Cal Poly and the local area. The complex had a nice pool and spa that we got to enjoy, which were both quite warm. My wife enjoyed all of the high-end hair care products and stylers. My only issue would be that it's right on the road (Madonna Rd.), so gets noise, mostly in the morning during the week. I sleep with earplugs, so didn't bother me, but might bother light sleepers. Nonetheless, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This was a very well appointed condo with a view of the ocean and the green hills! The location cannot be beat, close to restaurants, shops and really close to the pier and the beach. The condo building itself was very quiet and I loved having an elevator when needed. The management company was very communicative and it was super easy to get in and out of the building and the condo itself. The price was very reasonable considering the 2 bedrooms and the location.
