Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

Our stay at Lapa Villas was amazing! We were 18 people and it fit us perfectly. Carli was SO helpful, communicative, and recommended so many local attractions. She also helped us booked a Chef (who we loved) and a boat tour, and got us a bit of a deal for our large group size. She even baked us brownies 🥹 It’s an incredible pair of villas and we loved the covered outdoor kitchen right by the pool, we hung out there constantly. The hike down to the private beach is great for viewing wildlife right at the house. The hot tub and pool were amazing, especially with our visit being during the rainy season! We were a bit disappointed by the sauna as it didn’t work at all during our stay, but hopefully it will be up and running soon. And Carli and Yader were both super responsive and helpful with trying to get it going which we greatly appreciated. All in all this was a great place to stay! 5/5 stars

We immensely enjoyed our time and experience with Monkey House. Hosts were friendly and responsive. House was a great place to interact with the local wildlife of costa rica for a very fair price.

Kimberly was a fantastic host and helped us get settled in after a long day of travel. The house was amazing and cozy. Everything was clean, worked, and the pool area was amazing as well. Lots of outlets as well. It’s also perfectly located between Quepos and the beaches. In addition to all of the above; the wildlife around the house was abundant and made for great entertainment while floating the afternoon away in the pool. Cant wait to return and stay longer. Perfect size for two couples or a family. Pura Vida and thanks for everything Kimberly!

Our 7-night stay could not have gone any better. The pictures don't do it justice. It's actually more beautiful than pictured with a stunning pool area, perfect layout of the bedrooms, and well stocked with everything we could need. Antonio and Anna were helpful and efficient. Housekeeping throughout our stay was a bonus! Thank you for sharing your home.

El lugar hermoso y con mucha privacidad, la pileta y el jardín muy hermosos, el alojamiento muy cómodo y práctico, todo excelente!

El alojamiento es tal cual se describe en el anuncio. La llegada fue muy fácil, el lugar es céntrico y resulta fácil movilizarse. Todos fueron amables y atentos. El lugar tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia cómoda y se encontraba muy limpio. Volvería sin duda.

Notre séjour chez Angie s’est très bien passé. La maison correspond tout à fait à la description sur le site. Angie est une personne très sympathique et réactive lorsque l’on communique avec elle. Je recommande tout à fait !

I stayed in the ground floor apartment in Sonia’s house. It had a lovely front porch with a dining table and comfortable seating for enjoying the well kept gardens and plants. The unit was well appointed with two nice bedrooms, and a tiled bathroom. The traditional decor suited the home and was in good shape. The location was on the main road linking Quepos and Manuel Antonio, and traffic was heavy much of the day. The road is hilly and there are few sidewalks, and although the walk to Manuel Antonio is doable, it can be dangerous. Fortunately the public bus service is excellent, running every 20 minutes. Across from Sonia’s there is a wonderful yoga studio, which I visited everyday. Lots of restaurants and other services nearby. I would certainly stay at Sonia’s place again.

We had such a great time at this Airbnb, Cristina and her team were so helpful and responsive. She had someone meet us and showed us how to get there so we wouldn’t get lost. The place is great for big groups and is stunning. The Airbnb has beautiful jungle around it and has an ocean view with a pool and nice common area. It was nice that each couple got their own room with their own bathroom. We also loved having a kitchen in the common area right next to the pool and we enjoyed having a washer and dryer.

The home is lovely and well suited for a large family vacation. Everyone enjoyed the monkeys, macaws, and iguanas that visited regularly. Maria was super nice and helpful. We were late checking in due to traffic and she was very accommodating. Thank you, Pura Vida!

Gracias por la hospitalidad Francisco es un host excelente, cuando necesite alguna recomendación o solucionar algo siempre estuvo atento. La casa es como se muestra en las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía. A 15 minutos caminando por el condominio se encuentran varios restaurantes probamos: (el Novillo Alegre, Taj Mahal, Moose, La Focaccia) deliciosos todos, y en general la comida Costarricense (su sazón) es deliciosa. Hay un Fresh (mercado) en esta misma área de restaurantes en el primer piso, este es el súper más costoso hay otros como el Palí que no están tan cerca pero tienen precios más económicos. La piscina es preciosa y los espacios sociales están muy bien adecuados mantenidos. Deben avisar a Francisco que van a usar el servicio de Uber para que lo autorice con anticipación a la portería y así no tengan inconvenientes para el ingreso. Recomiendo mucho este lugar, es a 15 minutos del aeropuerto (muy conveniente por los trancones/tráfico congestionado

We absolutely loved the Bali Tree House. Service and coordination from our concierge Jorge was the best I've ever experienced. It seemed as though everybody we encountered just wanted to make our Costa Rica Dreams into reality. The location of this property is quite special and unlike anything I've ever experienced. It really is tucked into the rainforest canopy and wild exotic animals can be seen right from your own private porch!

Casa Heron was the perfect get away for my family and one year old son. The place was quietly nestled in the rainforest, lots of birds and monkies. We loved the spa, everyone was friendly and informative. The neighborhood was very nice. Close to all that Quepos and Manuel Antonio has to offer, the perfect location and very safe !

Das Haus liegt sehr einsam an einem Berghang mit einem schönen Weitblick. Zur Anreise ist unbedingt ein 4x4 notwendig. Durch die abgeschiedene Lage hat man zwar ein sehr privates Erlebnis, dennoch überlegt man sich zweimal, ob man das Haus tatsächlich verlässt. Bis auf die fehlende Geschirrspülmaschine war alles wie beschrieben. Auch die Kommunikation war stets sehr freundlich und kleinere Mängel wurden unmittelbar behoben. Für Ruhesuchende ein idealer Ort. Sowohl Pool als auch der hauseigene Wasserfall bieten eine tolle Erfrischung. Dennoch sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, um die vielen Treppen zu bewältigen.

The property was stunning and in a fantastic position and it’s a shame the world has got so much smaller otherwise we would keep coming back.

Era la primera vez que utilizaba la aplicación y fue una experiencia muy buena, el lugar es muy lindo, cuenta con todo lo necesario y la ubicación es excelente.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die ruhig in einer Sackgasse am Ortsrand liegt und einen erholsamen Schlaf ermöglicht. Sehr guter Wohnungsschnitt, top sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Man schließt auf und fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Der Blumenstrauß und die Früchte tragen dazu liebevoll bei. Es sind die berühmten Kleinigkeiten, die diese Wohnung auszeichnet: Z.B. alle Fenster mit Fliegengitter, vernünftiges Besteck, ausreichend Geschirr, eine hochwertige Waschmaschine, eine Außendusche und alle Zimmer mit Deckenventilatoren. Besonders gefiel uns die Veranda und das große und bequemes Sofa, da nach Wochen der Rundreise „abhängen“ angesagt war. Dorit ist ein sehr professioneller Host und super freundlich. Nach einer Woche verließen wir diese Unterkunft schweren Herzen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen diese uneingeschränkt weiter.

Rio Escondido is a supper clean property and only about fifteen minutes to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The house and surroundings are very peaceful with a great view down a valley towards the sea. The house was spotless, the kitchen very well equipped, the beds clean and comfortable, the large outdoor terrace a great place to read, eat and relax and was well protected from the sun. The saltwater pool, a good size and very refreshing. INNOVA Management is a great team and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was a pleasure to meet Josue, a very friendly and thoughtful person, who is very informed and knowledgeable about the area and Costa Rica. Thoroughly enjoyed our five weeks there!

The grounds are perfectly manicured and the house well maintained. Very comfortable with a beautiful view. A definite repeat.

Séjour exceptionnel à la Casa Cariad! Bien située à proximité de Parrita, accessible avec un 4x4. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Pacific central. Logement très propre, arrivée flexible avec la boite à clé et nous avons pu bien communiquer avec les hôtes, et leur amie présente à proximité du logement. Très beau logement, des oiseaux visibles depuis la terrasse, hamacs, climatisation. Tout était vraiment parfait. Nous recommandons à 100%!

Excelente alojamiento, muy cerca del centro de Pérez Zeledón, tiene una vista hermosa hacia las montañas del Valle. La propiedad y las casas muy bien cuidadas! Eric, siempre fue comunicativo y atento a mis consultas. Definitivamente volvería

Un excelente lugar para descansar, pasarla bien en familia y disfrutar de todas las comodidades que ofrece, definitivamente 10/10, se ve igual a las fotos y todo es sumamente limpio.

El alojamiento es tal como se describe en el anuncio. Nosotros nos quedamos en la casa verde y entendemos que el lugar se convertirá en complejo, pero Hosam respetó nuestra reserva y pudimos disfrutar del lugar de manera privada. La casa es muy cómoda, con aire, ventilador y tv en todas las habitaciones. La cocina está bien equipada con microondas, licuadora, hornito eléctrico además de la cocina en si. La piscina es preciosa, súper bien cuidada con isla para niños pequeños, reposeras y sombrilla. El rancho tiene su parrilla con un equipo barcito de lado. Tiene un parqueo para 4 autos al frente. Debo destacar la atención de Hosam y, tuvimos la suerte de coincidir con Sonny quien nos brindó una excelente atención mejorando aún nuestra estadía. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos con Hosam
