My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Within our arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, guiding us of our parking space and checking in. We met locals in our stay and they recommended many things we can do while our time being spent there.

Highly recommend this place, modern, clean, fresh clean bathroom towels, floor to ceiling windows and surrounded with lots of trees, private, jacuzzi on a balcony. We will be coming back!

The interior of this place exceeded all our expectations. It was exactly as described—immaculately clean and cozy, with a true homey feel. However, there were a few drawbacks during our stay. The construction happening right outside the windows and balcony was incredibly disruptive. The workers were loud and made inappropriate comments while trying to peek inside, which was unsettling. Additionally, the view, which was a key factor in our booking, was partially blocked by a building directly in front of us. While I understand the host can't control the construction, it would have been helpful to have this mentioned in the listing. Another minor inconvenience was the lack of access to amenities after check-out, which is typical for hotel stays but not stated upfront. Additionally, we were told we could leave our luggage with reception, given the early check-out time and our later plans, but the staff unfortunately refused, which was quite inconvenient, especially considering we had hea

El hospedaje excelente. El lugar muy limpio, muy bien cuidado, está todo en perfecto estado desde la cocina hasta el dormitorio. El sitio es silencio. Un punto estratégico para poder moverse en las cercanías de San José. Totalmente recomendado. Paolo es un súper anfitrión, muy atento y amable desde el primer momento, con él la comunicación muy fluida y asertiva y, sobre todo, buscando ayudarnos a pasar una estancia placentera. Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

La maison de Sergio est parfaite si ce n'est le bruit de la rue. Si l'on ne fait pas cas de ce petit désagrément la maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée, le patio est très agréable et l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le volcan Irazu et le ville de Cartago.

Un excelente lugar para descansar, pasarla bien en familia y disfrutar de todas las comodidades que ofrece, definitivamente 10/10, se ve igual a las fotos y todo es sumamente limpio.

We had a great time with the family! House is comfortable and pool is too. House is surrounded by deep nature and a variety of monkeys will come visit and give you a full experience! Personal care products provided are high end and we appreciated that. We had a couple issues with bed linens and dryer machine but John and team were super responsive and kindly found solutions that worked well for us! I would recommend!

La casa es muy cómoda y espaciosa. Queda dentro de un condominio lo que da seguridad y el traslado a la playa es rápido y cercano

The view is incredible. This view itself was probably my favorite thing about San Jose. Very nice building, seemed to be the nicest in the area. The unit feels like a showroom that has been converted to an Airbnb. You must be able to sleep with the sounds of street traffic. The water heater did break momentarily. The host was responsive and sent someone to investigate the issue immediately. Not the nicest neighborhood but we struggled to find nice neighborhoods in San Jose in general. 5 stars for this unit. 2 stars for San Jose.

Die Unterkunft ist echt sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet! Es ist möglich vom Bett aus auf die Stadt zu schauen, was besonders morgens ein Traum. Die einzige Kleinigkeit ist, dass man die Stadt recht laut hört und den vorbeifahrenden Zug.

This was our fourth week using Airbnbs for lodging, and this was our favorite by far! Carol was always fast to reply and offered helpful ideas for our stay. Her condo has everything you might need for a great stay. The community is super safe with a gate to access, another code for parking, a different code for the tower and another for the condo! No keys just codes. The outside pools and beach are super clean and great for relaxing. The bed was fabulous, shower and AC worked great too! Weekends have more families coming to use the units but all the other days it is super quiet and just a handful of people using the facilities. We had a fabulous week and look forward to returning again. Thank you Carol!

I was welcome by Domingo the security guy that was extremely nice and helpful about how to park and get to the apartment. This is amazing place with an incredible view is only 20 min from centro olímpico Costa Rica ! So any person can come and rest. The unit has great place to parking lot storage that keeps your car safe. In front of the building there is nice park that you can go walk in the morning ! Great place to stay !
