Our group wanted to stay outside of the city and we found this fantastic beach house 25 minutes outside of Lisbon. Easy to go into the city for the day if you’d like. However there are great restaurants and a beautiful beach to relax at in Costa de Caparica. The host is extremely responsive and helpful, and the home was perfect for our group of 14. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Blitzsaubere Unterkunft an ruhiger Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe, u.a. einer Bäckerei mit Holzofen. Bei Kaffee oder Bier auf dem "Dorfplatz" fanden wir sofort Kontakt zu den Einheimischen. Unser Hauptreiseziel war Lissabon; mit der Fähre, die stündlich hinüberfährt, empfanden wir die Wohnung als guten Ausgangspunkt. Es empfiehlt sich, die Rückfahrt gut zu planen, da die Distanzen in Lissabon - ob zu Fuss oder mit dem ÖV - von uns unterschätzt worden sind. Für 7 Euro kann man an den Metrostationen eine Tageskarte lösen, die auf allen Strassenbahnen (inkl. den historischen), Buslinien und U-Bahnen gültig ist. beaucoup escaliers pour aller à l'appartement toujours des chiens qui aboie mais au Portugal c'est normal

Ein tolles Erlebnis weil ich mich einfach sofort zuhause gefühlt habe. Wer voll ausgestattet seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte ohne das es ihm an irgendetwas fehlt sollte sich unbedingt für Teresa's Haus entscheiden. Habe hier in der Region schon etwas mehr Zeit in verschiedenen Immobilien verbracht und keine einzige war so echt beschrieben wie Teresa das macht. Danke an dich liebe Teresa für deine Wahrhaftigkeit. Ich liebe es wenn alles authentisch und echt ist. Solltest du diese Bewertung lesen ist meine Empfehlung: Entscheide dich für dieses Haus und es wird dich Glücklich machen😁😇

Estadia muito agradável, com a Anfitriã sempre simpática e preocupada com as nossas necessidades, dando também sugestões de restaurantes e actividades locais

una casa increíble en un lugar de sueno ,Patricia es todo un amor ,se preocupo por nosotros desde el momento que llegamos hasta salir del lugar .lo recomendaria siempre!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Joao (deux couples et quatre enfants). Le logement correspond à la description. Il est spacieux, dispose d’une cour extérieure et est bien équipé (électroménager, produits alimentaires, d’hygiène et de nettoyage). Le métro est à quelques centaines de mètres de l’appartement ainsi que des supermarchés, restaurants et un immense centre commercial. Le métro relie directement l’aéroport à l’appartement (une vingtaine de minutes de métro puis quelques minutes à pieds). Joao a été un hôte très réactif et flexible. L’appartement est calme. Nous entendons le bruit des avions depuis la chambre qui donne sur la rue mais ça reste raisonnable. Nous recommandons !

Lovely, stylish little house, which expands perfectly to accommodate everyone. Ours was a winter stay and we were really cozy and had everything we needed. But hope to return spring/summer to make most of cute, very private patio, with seating area and showers. The property is really well equipped to eat in and nicely maintained; beds are comfortable, water pressure is good and the villa feels like a proper home. Ideal location to walk everywhere. Caparica is ideal for a beach break and to visit Lisbon, and even in winter its local shops and cafes are full of life. Beachfront is full of surfers, dog walks, runners and families out catching the fantastic sunrise or sunset. Hosts super helpful. Highly recommended.

A casa é maravilhosa!!! Sonia e Simon foram muito prestativos e respondiam nossas mensagens com muita agilidade e nos forneceram muitas informarções. A casa tem tudo que você precisa, muito completa! Limpeza impecável e tudo muito organizado. Voltaria com certeza!!! Foi tudo perfeito, tratamento 5 estrelas…

Great host, Prez was responsive and a wealth of information. H is apartment was well stocked with everything we needed and he thoughtfully had some snacks and fruit for us to eat. The availability of a free parking spot was so helpful in a city like Lisbon. We ate at two restaurants he recommended within walking distances and both were good. It’s not in the heart of the tourist area, but you couldn’t beat the value and quality of the unit. It’s not big but totally enough space for two. We would stay again!

Extérieur impeccable pour ce genre de location, soleil, piscine, terrasse, cheminée-barbecue, maison "comme à la maison" avec tout ce qu'il faut pour y vivre, bien équipé en électro ménagé, au calme malgré les chiens "portugais" qui aboient souvent la nuit mais presque pas dans notre cas, calme au niveau voisinage, le marché à 100m de la maison et les supermarchés qui ne sont pas très loin non plus, ma plage préférée (Princesa) à 5mn en voiture..

The place is nice and wide and the location is very good far away from the crowds near to the sea the team was communicating to quick and try their best to make our stay great.

Rafael foi muito prestativo e atencioso, atendeu todos os pedidos de ajuda, indicou espaços ao redor para refeição logo a nossa chega e a coisa mais marcante foi nos permitir ter um late check out, até a hora bem próxima ao nosso voo, que foi no turno da noite. Ficaremos eternamente grato pois não sabíamos aonde ficar para aguardar o voo. Recomendo

We loved our space. I was traveling with my sister, parents, husband and toddler. It was nice spending time in the backyard- unable to use the pool due to cold temperatures outside and the pool is not heated (but we figured that may be the case). We dreamt about how refreshing it would be in the summer. So close to an amazing strip of restaurants and bars on a street we believe was called the lx factory. Also close to a beautiful open park space with a playground that we enjoyed a bottle of wine at and very close to a grocery store if supplies are needed. Lisbon is an awesome city and we were lucky to be in this Airbnb during our stay.

We had a great week in Lisbon - Jorge was an amazing and friendly host, very communicative and giving us lots and lots of recommendations for things to do in Lisbon. The Villa was clean and exactly as pictured, it's out of the centre but in a quite area, it's easy to get in to town as there are buses close by and taxis are extremely affordable in the city. Thanks for letting us stay Jorge :)

The apartment is very clean, pretty, and nicely put together. The description is accurate. And it does feel larger than it looks in the photos. Our arrival was delayed and we walked up the wrong street and still Olivia waited for us patiently. The instructions to find the apartment are clear, we were just tired travelers. There is a pizza shop below the apartment but, it is not a rowdy street. We found the apt restful. A Padaria Portuguesa (which is a chain) was reliable for breakfast with good seating and bread loafs for home (even a gluten free loaf). It is up the hill and to the left, past a plaza. Another good Portuguese coffee spot is next door to it. You can walk down the hill to a large main boulevard where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation. A fun memory was using the tram ( the popular Tram 28) to the Montim Moriz stop and walk up the hill home.

Die Kommunikation war schnell, super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir konnten sogar ein wenig früher einchecken. Die Lage ist zentral aber ruhig. In der Wohnung war alles wichtige vorzufinden.

Calée derrière une petite dune de sable, la cabane de Celso et Jean est un petit paradis de Caparica. Le bruit des vagues qui vous berce la nuit, la mer à portée de pieds et la maison pleine de charme (super bien décorée) et de confort... Recommandation totale !

The house was located in a very quiet area which i loved. The house is very pretty and smells very nice. The house was spotless in every corner. I will for sure recommend and return.

It was lovely to meet Judite when she warmly welcomed me at the Airbnb. She and Sara had kindly left fruit, croissants, milk and an array of teas and coffees in the kitchenette which was well equipped and spotless as was the shower room. There was always lots of hot water. The bed was very comfortable and the area was very quiet at night for a good night’s sleep. I enjoyed breakfast on the terrace and sometimes at the table in the room. It was very near the supermarket and a cafe and a short walk to the beach. The train station was also within walking distance. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

Petite maisonnette très confortable, au calme et très fonctionnel. On s'y sent très vite à l'aise. La climatisation réversible permet une bonne chaleur en hiver. Les espaces extérieurs sont en fait l'immense jardin des propriétaires qui vivent à côté. La terrasse est couverte avec une table et un grill au gaz et le jardin est magnifique avec ces très beaux Strelitzia (en fleurs en février !). Il a malheureusement fait trop mauvais temps pour que nous utilisions la piscine. Accueil chaleureux de Liseta qui a été disponible pour nos questions.
