Es handelt sich um eine schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung, mit super Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Da man nur über steile Treppen zur Wohnung gelangt, sollte man gut zu Fuss sein. Treppensteigen hält fit!😉 Christoph ist ein freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Perfection!!! ..... this is the perfect place to stay at lake como .... the apartment is right beside the lake, direct access no need to go anywhere.... and the apartment itself is super clean, and spacious .... everything was perfect .... and Elena herself was present there to greet us and she was always available on messages for anything .. overall great experience ... definitely one of the best places to stay at lake como ...

Tolle Unterkunft, die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Der Blick auf den See war einfach atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation war auch super klasse - wir hatten unser Auto kurzfristig eingesperrt und uns wurde schnell und einfach geholfen 👍🏼 Klare Weiterempfehlung

Für uns und zu dieser Jahreszeit eine der besten Wohnungen, die wir je hatten. Die Wohnung sah besser aus als auf den Fotos. Es fehlte an nichts, es waren sogar Dinge da, von denen wir vorher nicht ahnten, dass wir sie benötigen würden (Thermoflaschen, Aufbewahrungsschalen). Es gab einen eigenen Parkplatz in einer abgeschlossenen Garage. Zum Wasser sind es ein paar Höhenmeter, hier sollte etwas Grundkondition vorhanden sein ;-) Viele Dank Stefania für die tollen Tipps und die nette Betreuung.

Logement idéalement situé à moins de 15 min de Menaggio et endroit idéal pour partir en randonnée. Le logement est fidèle à la description, nous avons vraiment apprécié la petite attention laissée par Flavio (bouteille d'eau au frais, tomates et oeuf frais). Flavio est très réactif par message et n'hésite pas à nous arranger ! Nous avons adoré et ne pouvons que le recommander !

We had a lovely 2night stay at Claudia’s place in Vezio. It is a fairly challenging walk up the hill but the pathway was surrounded by wild garlic which was glorious. The curtains don’t block out much light but we’re early risers so it didn’t affect us much.

Mariarosa was simply the best. She was ultra-responsive and have the most wonderful recommendations for local stores, restaurants and attractions. Before we even arrived, detailed instructions were sent to us to ensure we knew how to get in and out of the gated property. Upon arrival we were greeted by the MOST wonderful woman. Her English was great which made communicating easy. We used her recommendations every day and were never lead astray. I wanted to do something special for my girlfriend’s birthday and she even introduced us to a private chef who came over to house and prepared a 4 course meal. This house is a real gem. Away from the bustle of Como, up in the woods, it’s a lovely retreat. The house is simple but has everything you need. Some folks might find the drive to the house a bit challenging, but we thought it was fun. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alberto’s place. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, he waited for us, showed us around the apartment, and explained everything we needed to know. Throughout our stay, he stayed just as helpful, answering every message within minutes, which made us feel really taken care of. Getting to the apartment does involve about a 10 minute walk from the parking area, with quite a few stairs along the way. But honestly, once you arrive, it’s completely worth it. The place is like a little piece of paradise, the views are absolutely stunning and the apartment is fully equipped and super comfortable. The village itself is around 30 minutes from the bigger towns by Lake Como, but for us, that was part of the charm. We were looking for a peaceful, countryside experience, and that’s exactly what we got quiet, beautiful, and full of that authentic Italian feel.

Nous étions deux durant le séjour et cette maison était parfaite, chaleureuse, spacieuse, lumineuse, accès sur plusieurs terrasses et un grand garage fermé. Nous étions comme à la maison. Une cuisine équipée agréable et pratique. Une literie très confortable ainsi qu’une jolie vue sur le lac. Celui-ci est éclairé la nuit. Sans oublier l’emplacement exceptionnel tout près de Bellagio pour accès au ferry. Dommage que notre séjour était pluvieux, mais nous sommes passés à travers les gouttes. Un grand merci à notre à notre hôte Elisabetta.

There are no words to describe the beauty of this place. The view alone is worth a million bucks. We cozied up and watched movies together as a family, visited the lake, and enjoyed the scenery! The walk up the hill was not for the faint of heart, but Everytime we needed a boost we just looked back on the amazing view. Plan to spend a little bit of time descending the hill, but enjoy the peace! The host was very kind, and responsive, we truly enjoyed this home!

Wie haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft bietet alles - einen grosses Essbereich, tolle Zimmer und natürlich der wahnsinnig tolle Balkon. In der näheren Umgebung hat es viele Parkplatzmöglichkeiten, welche kostenlos genutzt werden können. Wir werden wieder kommen. Diesmal aber etwas länger😍

very nice apartment, spacious and with wonderful view from the terrace and the garden, and lots of light in the rooms. Well equipped, with good washing machine and dishwasher, and a lot of cleaning equipment. A few details could improve (add a new frying pan, an extra kitchen rug and a waste bin in the bathroom), but we had all we needed for a great stay for a family of three. Beds were OK. The way to the building is narrow,only one car fits, but we never met any car coming the opposite way. A big plus of this place compared to others in Perledo is that it has its own garage and you don't have to use the public parkings along the road that may be full. This is important as you need a car, there is nothing at easy walking distance. hosts are kind and responsive. we had very good communication. we would be glad to come back!

Everything in this world can be better except these apartments, because they are already perfect. Nicholas is a very responsive and helpful host. We were greeted literally by the whole his family, allowed to check in much earlier, filled the refrigerator with excellent drinks and gave useful tips. The apartment is simply wonderful - good parking, a spacious living room and bedrooms, the kitchen has everything you need, beautiful decor and pleasant details everywhere. But the main thing is, of course, the view from every point. I have chosen accommodation from hundreds of options and I am sure that I have chosen the best one.

Lovely 3 nights at Annamaria’s place. Beautiful view which we enjoyed every morning and evening after a day of exploring. 30min drive from lake como and 1 hour from Milan - very easy.

Great stay close to the train station. Coffee and wine was a nice touch. All and all, a great experience.

We had a great stay at this home! Excellent location, beautiful apartment, plenty of space. Lots of stairs to get to the apartment, but totally manageable. Easy check in and check out. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Luca und seiner Frau, die uns herzlich empfangen haben und jederzeit als freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber zur Verfügung standen. Die Wohnung war komplett neu, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und entsprach in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung. Besonders die Lage hat uns begeistert – die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt bei der George-Clooney-Villa, was dem Aufenthalt eine exklusive Note verleiht. Verschiedene Restaurants sind fußläufig in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm machte. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

You can’t get a better view of Lake Como than right here. The patio was the star of this stay! We lucked out with great weather, so we didn’t even feel like we needed to go anywhere. It also felt incredibly safe and accessible for our baby. The hosts left us a crib, a bottle of amazing white wine, and plenty of soap and necessities for the kitchen/ bathroom. The only thing I will say is you definitely need a car, which the listing clearly states. The place is better than the pictures and the hosts were very attentive and provided us with lots of helpful information. Book your stay here!

wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Renzo und seiner Familie sehr genossen. die Wohung ist grosszügig, tiptop eingerichtet und sauber. Die Familie betreibt das AirBnB eigenständig, mit viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit. kleine Annehmlichkeiten (Brot, Konfi, Butter, Kaffee und Getränke) bei der Ankunft haben wir ebenfalls sehr geschätzt. Für unseren Sohn wurde Babybett und Hochstuhl bereitgestellt. Wir können die Unterkunft bei Renzo und seiner Familie sehr empfehlen.
