Lorenzo and Alessandra are great hosts, the apartment is easy to find, the garden is fantastic and there is everything you might need. It is clean and warm in the winter, next to the beach, relaxed, we will stay again next time we come. Thank you for everything ❤️

Our stay was fantastic. The space was cozy and spacious. Everything needed to make for a great stay was included. The outdoor area was a big hit for our two dogs and access to the lake was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay.

Host was very helpful, There are 2 step-outs a romantic Romio-Juliet, and a cozy roomy hang out above the hustle and bustle of the city. Good town to relax and plan day trips around Italy.

☆TOP☆ SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERT Die Unterkunft sieht genau so toll aus wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön. Es war alles extrem sauber und gepflegt. Makellose Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr etc. Alles war super ordentlich. Vom Bett hat man direkten Blick aufs Meer beim aufwachen. Traumhaft 💖 Die Kommunikation war top und nicht zu übertreffen. Der Check In war super einfach und wir bekamen alle notwendigen Infos sofort von Naoki. Auch auf Rückfragen reagierte sie in wenigen Minuten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft daher auf jeden Fall weiter.!! Die Wohnung selbst ist direkt am Strand. In die Stadt Rom haben wir ca 45/ 50 Minuten gebraucht mit dem Auto.

High Quality are the words that best describe everything connected to this two bedroom apartment. Lucianna and Vincenzo are high quality, very classy people. Absolutely beautiful people. The place has been modernized with high quality features. The modern windows reconfigure and adapt to whatever your preferences are, and, when closed, block all sound on exterior. The floors are beautiful parkay wood. Love the front porch. The stove, refrigerator, bathroom, and clothes washer are very high quality. I have spent months in Ostia, and want to share that this apartment is literally perfectly located. It is on the nicest side of town. One block from the beach. One block from the train (which, believe me, you will appreciate after days when you tour Rome). One block from a huge park which is super for kids. One block from the town esplanade that has numerous restaurants and cafes. I liked Golden Italy which is almost across the street, and is a nice local spot. Be back soon!!

Salvatore was kind, responsive, and amazing at communicating across our language barrier. His place feels like a vintage yacht, and the view is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this as a Ostia beach getaway, and exactly what we needed after some long flights.

Appartamento delizioso, spazi molto confortevoli per una coppia. La posizione è eccezionale: vedi (e senti!) il mare da qualsiasi affaccio. Al tempo stesso, una piacevole passeggiata di 5 minuti ti porta in centro a Ladispoli. Ci sono inoltre diversi alimentari, supermercati e mercati rionali nelle immediate vicinanze, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Vicinissimo a piedi anche alla stazione dei treni che ti portano in centro a Roma in circa una mezz'ora. Il letto è super confortevole: ho dormito benissimo. Split con pompa di calore per rendere piacevole il soggiorno in qualsiasi stagione. Bagno comodo, spazioso e fornito di tutto. Cucina ben attrezzata per prepararsi i propri pasti in autonomia. Un alloggio che consiglio vivamente e in cui tornerò senza dubbio. Grazie Camilla, sei stata una host perfetta!

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt - alles sehr sympathisch! Es wurde uns auch sofort Hilfe für etwaige Fragen angeboten! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für den Empfang gemütlich beheizt (wir waren in Dezember dort). Auch Getränke wurden im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt! WiFi und sonstige technische Ausstattungen liefen ebenfalls problemlos! Vielen Dank an Chiara, wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Evde hersey düşünülmüştü. Ihtiyacimiz olan hersey kullanma talimatlariyla mevcuttu. Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Enrico is such a kind host. He is very personable and communicative. He is understanding and compassionate if travel plans change and is very flexible. The property is excellent value for money. We would highly recommend.

Miejsce pobytu jest zgodne z opisem. Jest fajnie położone, jest widok na morze (wręcz słychać morze), dostępność plaży to spokojnie 5min pieszo. Jest położone na terenie prywatnym i jest bezpieczne. Dom wyposażony jest we wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy. WIFI jest ogólnodostępne, jest NETFIX, PRIME, youtube. Najbliższy sklep to około 15min drogi pieszo, podobnie jak najbliższe restaurację/pizzeria. Jednak, żeby dowozić większe zakupy niezbędny jest samochód. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, bieżący. Gloria odpowiada na wszystkie potrzeby i reaguje bardzo szybko. Dojazd do Rzymu samochodem to około 1h. Jeżeli komuś zależy na Mcdonalds, nie ma problemu, kwestia 15min samochodem. Basen fajny, ze zróżnicowaną głębokością. Bardzo fajne i przyjemne miejsce. Serdecznie polecam! Jedyną rzeczą jaka uważam, że powinna być poprawiona to schody na taras i jego włączenie do użytkowania. To w mojej opinii jeszcze bardziej uatrakcyjni ofertę.

Muy linda casa cerca de la playa. Lorenzo nos recibió personalmente y fue muy amable mostrandonos cada detalle de su casa. Nos gustó mucho el diseño de la casa y fue muy cómoda para una familia grande. El parking muy fácil en la calle de enfrente y la llegada a Roma toma 30 minutos hasta el centro en auto. Recomendamos ampliamente esta casa

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Der Aufenthalt war für uns genau das Richtige. 10 Min zu Fuß zur Bahn oder zum Strand. Einen Tag sind wir nach Rom gefahren (3,80 EUR pro Strecke, ca 45min. bis Termini) und haben uns die Füße wund gelaufen, am nächsten Tag lagen wir faul am Strand (Liege+Schirm ca 12 EUR) Es gibt zahlreiche gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Daher haben wir dort nie gekocht. Ein Grill ist vorhanden. Bis Anzio empfiehlt es sich dann doch ein Auto zu mieten. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus. Den Pool um die Ecke der nicht zu Haus gehört, haben wir nie genutzt. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und würden es noch einmal buchen. Bei Problemen und Wünschen war Giulio schnell und hilfsbereit.

Vicino al mare!!!! Molto comodo e le stanze sono pulite! C’è anche Sky e Netflix, la tv è molto grande! La colazione è preparata bene! Molto gentile! Bella scelta!

Alloggio molto carino e curato, dotato dei comfort e accessori necessari. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da diese sich direkt am Strand befindet. Gute Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin hat auf alle Fragen schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet, sowie viele Tips gegeben.

Très contents de notre court séjour. Le logement était impeccable, les hôtes très réactifs et de très bons conseils. Proximité avec l’aéroport et environnement agréable. L’arrêt de bus n’était pas loin mais les bus ne sont pas fiables malheureusement

This lovely appartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It has great air con which we couldn’t have managed without! The two balconies are brilliant. Tiziano and Michelangelo were very responsive hosts. There are nice touches such as providing slippers, this made the apartment feel more like a hotel which was a welcome addition. The only downsides for us were the lack of (an advertised) safe and the dodgy locks on all the shutters and the front door. Granted, the apartment is old but it would definitely benefit from these being fixed so they shut properly. The front door lock is really difficult to open and shut which we found frustrating over time. The apartment would also benefit from mosquito nets at the windows, something that’s usually standard in Italy. We used plug ins instead but would have preferred to be able to keep the shutters open had these been in place. The smallest bedroom became insufferably hot as a result. Overall we loved our stay and highly recommend it!

Great location in Ostia surrounded by alot of restaurants and easy to get around with electric scooters and bikes. Also close to the metro so if you want to go into Rome it’s great also. Nice place comfortable beds and a clean space ! Recommend highly if in Ostia

Beautiful place & so well equipped that it feels like a home! The care and attention that Emiliana gives her home, amenities, and guests made our visit an unusually wonderful one. From the friendly messages, generous welcome basket and stocked fridge, to the detailed recommendations which enable guests to fully experience her charming home, property and little beach town. Although much is closed during the off season, we found it to be very peaceful. Emiliana truly deserves more than 5 stars! We are so appreciative of this experience! Thank you!!

I stayed here for a week while visiting Rome before my cruise, and I loved the peaceful and private location. David was incredibly helpful, providing directions for check-in and local recommendations. When the internet went out one night, he promptly arranged for a technician to fix it the next morning.
