Una casa perfetta,tenuta in modo impeccabile. L'appartamento è bellissimo, nel centro storico di Viterbo. La pulizia è incredibile, non ho mai trovato un airbnb così pulito. La cucina, e in generale la casa, è completa di tutti i comfort. Ultimo, ma non meno importante, Claudia è una host fantastica, sempre pronta a dare consigli e sempre disponibile. Davvero un soggiorno perfetto!

Appartamento arredato e curato splendidamente. Abbiamo trovato tutto estremamente pulito e accogliente. Il letto è molto comodo, il bagno è davvero grande compreso uno spazio doccia molto ampio. Il posto perfetto per passare un weekend romantico in pace e in tranquillità a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal lago di Bolsena.

The location is great, nature is all arround. The beach is within a walkable distance. And the host, went above and beyond to help us out. We had a medical emergency and she did not hesitate to assist... in the end everything turn out ok thanks to her. Totally recomded!!!

This is something we will never forget. We booked Christian’s place for our honeymoon road trip through Italy and before check-in we stopped at Bagnoregio, which is called the dying city, but we got rained out. And driving to Christian’s place we had no idea what to expect and honestly the village of Calcata made the rained out bagnoregio feel like nothing was lost. From Christian being extremely flexible and responsive to Valentina greeting us and answering all of our questions about her beautiful community this was the most incredible stay ever, best sleep we ever had and the most unforgettable experience. Book this house you won’t regret it.

Absolutely beautiful, we came from London and wanted an authentic Italian place to stay and this was it, very homely and also very safe. The locals are very helpful. Everyone is friendly and everyone is eager to help: the host was very friendly. They offered us options. They accommodated us well. The apartment was very clean the apartment had everything we needed, the apartment’s balcony was my favourite especially because it was sunny. We had breakfast on the balcony. For me, this place is more for a quiet vibe right next to the beach with beautiful restaurants. However, it was a bit tricky getting to the city. Once the locals and the host helped it got easier. It’s all part of the experience to be fair. I am definitely booking this place again.

Desde el comienzo hubo buena comunicación por parte del alojamiento. nos recibieron también poco antes del check in sin problema, también nos guardaron el equipaje después del check out para poder seguir conociendo; el desayuno muy rico y excelente atención por parte de personal del hospedaje. Referente al departamento, me gustaría mencionar que aunque estaba en pe rato estado y todo limpio y ordenado no es lo que yo buscaba, en cuestión de que me gusta rentar alojamientos completos por privacidad y este es un departamento que es parte de otro complejo de habitaciones por lo que no es completamente independiente, como digo, es parte de un conjunto de habitaciones. En general una experiencia muy agradale, siempre muy atentos y un lugar muy céntrico. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Gracias por todo.

The apartment is cosy, comfortable, and has everything you will need for a few days in Rome. Suggestions: add a fly screen so that we can open windows in the morning and air the place. Add a couple of blankets- the comforter was a bit too warm and the very thin blanket was not warm enough for this time of the year. Small additional suggestion - Add a small makeup mirror with led lights. The light in the apartment is very dim, and impossible to apply any makeup or see anything in fine detail. The location: absolutely perfect, a few steps away from two different metro stops on the A line, which takes you to most of the main tourist sites in Rome. Lots of eating places, coffee shops, small grocery stores all within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor, and is fairly quiet. You can hear/feel the metro rumble by in the distance, but it didn’t disturb me at night. Cecilia and Walter are wonderful. A+ hosts, very communicative and considerate.

Everything perfect! Luca was a great host. Beautiful spacious apartment..terrace with a view of the sea, comfortable bed, conveniently located to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and metro. I highly recommend.

Laura’s ‘Tiny House’ was perfect! I was looking for a cozy place at close proximity to the Rome airport (FCO - Fiumicino) and to the waterfront. Laura’s house was just right, and is fewer than 5 minutes from the airport. The house was very clean, secure, and has a nice veranda from which to relax. I’d definitely come back on my next trip to Rome. Ciao for niao, Laura!

Eduardo was a fantastic host. always reachable, always helpful. He gave us some great recommendations and also went beyond expectations in reserving a cab on the last day to go to airport

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The host, Paola, was very generous with her time. She gave us a ride to and from the train station, which was super helpful. She even gave us a night time tour of the city! She was flexible with our check in and check out times. She was very personable and funny.😊 The Airbnb was well stocked with many helpful things. They pretty much thought of everything. A great place to stay!

This apartment is located in the Centro Historico and you can walk 20 minutes or less to all the famous sights of Rome. It is located on the second floor of a locked building and feels very safe. The four large windows in the apartment look out over a small plaza that contains a cafe, a kiosk, and a few benches and you can hear people talking and laughing. The apartment is large with a good-sized living room with a sectional, TV, and dining room table, a small kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with closet, and a large bathroom with a washer/dryer in it.

Cercavo un posto tranquillo, essenziale, relativamente economico per Roma e abbastanza vicino alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici da cui raggiungere il centro e posso ritenere di averlo trovato. Stanza e bagno molto puliti, cucina e sala da pranzo ordinate e facilmente accessibili. Se proprio devo essere pignolo, mancava giusto qualche coperchio per cucinare senza problemi, ma per pasti frugali va più che bene. Carlo è stato gentile, molto disponibile, discreto ed accogliente e per questo lo ringrazio.

Me and my family of 10 rented this place for about a week and had a nice time. The neighborhood was wonderful to stay in and there was so much to do. We could walk everywhere! Emmanuel was there to greet us each morning with breakfast and was very kind to work with. I’d stay here again but I would make note that if you rent the entire place there isn’t a common area to spend time together :)

Silvia é uma ótima anfitriã. Nos recebeu muito bem, o apartamento é a poucos metros do coliseu o que facilitou a nossa estadia. O prédio tem elevador, o chuveiro é quente e a cama confortável. Obrigado pela experiência, com certeza recomendamos.

Luca and Marilla were great hosts! Very accommodating (especially since we were later that we said with checking in). The place was clean, comfortable, well stocked and quaint. We liked the location because it felt really local and away from the crowds of tourists, but the place was close to a bus and metro so it was easy to get to the sites.

Myself and my daughter stayed in the Orange room. We had a lovely stay here! The room is exactly as described with the use of coffee machine, mini fridge and a safe. It was nice and quiet, especially at night. We heard no noise at all from anywhere. It was also very clean too. It's a great base to explore Rome. Only a few minutes walk to Vatican City, and a 2 minute walk to the Metro station for easy transport to other attractions such as The Colosseum and Trevi fountain. We found restaurants easily in the area also. I would highly recommend staying here, and would do so myself for future visits to Rome. Thanks for a great stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dal servizio di pulizia giornaliero, che non ci aspettavamo e che si è rivelato impeccabile, il migliore mai ricevuto in questo tipo di soggiorni. La stanza era spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Paolo è stato estremamente preciso nella descrizione di ogni dettaglio, rendendo il check-in autonomo semplicissimo grazie alle sue chiare indicazioni. Al momento del check-out, abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrarlo di persona, un tocco che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La posizione è ottima: la metro Piramide e la stazione Ostiense sono entrambe raggiungibili a piedi in circa 10 minuti, garantendo un’ottima connessione con il resto della città. La colazione, inclusa nel pacchetto e convenzionata con un bar nelle vicinanze, è stata una piacevole aggiunta. Silvia place is a great place to stay . Silvia is very nice and friendly she even lend me a shawl to use for me . It’s was so Easy to get there , nice and short walk to metro c , just around 10 minutes away from metro , from metro C to Metro A you can get there at city centre of Rome just about 30 to 45 minutes , transportation is very convenient. There is also a bus stop nearby around 5 minutes to walk . The place is clean , and the owner stock some food for breakfast and it was pretty well enough . Silvia’s place will really recommended to anyone who is looking for their vacation to stay .
