We had a lovely weekend while in town for a wedding. Home is even nicer than the photos imply, and the two decks are very nice (one sunny and one shaded). Beverly is easy to chat with, and protective of the home which I understand. :) Kitchen and dining areas are large. We were building a charcuterie platter for the bride and there was plenty of space for 4 people to work together while making it. One note: cell service at the top of the hill (and much of Malibu, truthfully) is very poor. Once you’re inside on WiFi it’s fine, but take a screen shot of the host’s instructions (gate codes and such) so you’ll have them available when you park. Overall an enjoyable home with a lovely view.

Passamos ótimas férias na casa do Sogand! A casa fica em uma ótima região, próxima a praia, com um mini mercado e uma liquor a duas quadras e supermercados e restaurantes a 5 min de carro. Há o pier e um parque com pracinha para crianças bem perto também. A casa era ampla, toda climatizada e com muitos recursos para uma ótima estadia (cozinha bem equipada, lavanderia e itens de limpeza, banheiro amplo e banho bom, muitas toalhas e cobertores). A orientação solar é maravilhosa, aproveitamos o sol pela manhã na sala e à tarde no jardim. Sogand sempre foi muito acessível e atencioso. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos!

This is a great little spot with exceptional location. Close to all the shops and restaurants as well as the beach. A cozy and comfortable bungalow with everything you could need. The bikes and all the beach equipment are a great touch.

A small but comfortable house that’s been lovingly maintained and furnished, has everything you need for a short stay near Venice. Walgrove can be a pretty busy street at rush hour but chills out in the evening.

Had a wonderful stay ! The house was spotless and well maintained, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, answering any questions promptly and ensuring a smooth experience. Highly recommend and would definitely recommend.

Location was close to downtown HB, Pacific City, beach, local grocery stores, and coffee shop. We found parking in neighborhood to be easy. Backyard was spacious with dinning table, lounge chairs, and fire pit. House was large enough for the two of us. Living room space is small but that’s what outdoor space is for. 😀 Had a lovely stay.
