Donnell is a great host and has kept her property very nice and matches vibe of Gulf coast. Furniture is great. Place is worth for the price to book the rental. Will definitely comeback and recommend the host. Host is responsive and took care of the request. There is a direct beach access where kids can enjoy in calm waters.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! Jade was super responsive and let us book one night very last minute, even accommodating a late check out! Beach was right across the street! Lovely!!! FYI, the mattress, while new and nice, is very soft. This might effect some people's sleep.

My wife and I had a great stay here. Great set up, we loved the back yard. Kveta was very nice and helpful. The location was very peaceful, it was 45mins from Destin and 25mins from Pensacola. Definitely go visit!!!

We loved how quiet the dead end street was! The green space was perfect for the kids and dog. Great location with all the amenities of city life but tucked away. The bed was super comfortable, kitchen was clean and stocked with the perfect amount of needed supplies. Perfect size for my 2 kids and dog. We would stay there again!

Peaceful and private, very kind owners with easy check-in! A great stay other than lack of stovetop but easily taken care off with the walmart so close by!

The value for the price is absolutely incredible. Well, kept property, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, dining room table and a comfy TV sitting area. We could’ve stayed longer, but I had to leave for work. We would 1000% recommend this space. It’s easy to get to downtown and the beach. But you don’t even really need to leave because the pool is awesome.

We had a fantastic stay at Anna's place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and we felt right at home. Anna was incredibly welcoming, quick to respond to messages, and provided helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. Can I just say…AMAZING! The location is perfect if you are planning on going downtown to venture out or eat! The place is clean, comfortable and just like the pictures! I will warn you though, they have these to die for pillows that will make you rush to the internet to purchase a set for your home, lol! How do I know this, because I did just that… Goodness, I could go on and on, the view from the roof top, the ambiance, it is just a little loft of perfection! I will definitely add this to my favorites!

Beautiful space, very clean...just wish there was a tv in the bedroom because my husband took over the one in the living area....but absolutely no complaints....it is very close to Maritime park...which is where our event was.....

Our stay was short but perfect. The condo was exactly as pictured and very cute. It was so nice sitting out on the balcony with the great views. We loved playing the video game. I would definitely recommend staying there, and we will stay there again when we are back in the area.

This was a long Labor Day family retreat for us. There was so much to do for all ages. The condo was nice and roomy. We were able to sit back and completely relax inside. It is on the 19th floor overlooking the bay and the resort, beautiful views! Sarah, responded quickly to all my messages. The resort had good food at the restaurants, lots of pools, right on the beach, an awesome water playground and fireworks on Sunday night that were spectacular! We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat! Thank you Sarah!

Loved our spring break trip here! The beach access and balcony views were just what we were hoping for. The reserved parking spot in the lower level garage was incredibly convenient. The building was very secure and all the other visitors were so friendly which was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a true beachside getaway!

Our Condo was wonderful. It was clean, well organized, came with tons of beach accessories and had incredible views. The amenities at Sunmerwind were just as wonderful, everything was just as they advertised and everyone we met was friendly. Eric was a terrific host and responded to all questions in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend this Condo to others.

Cherie’s listing was perfect for our inbetween condo! The view out of BOTH bedrooms is awesome, and the large deck. There is a lot to do in Pensacola Island but I would recommend a car if staying here! No complaints with our stay. Would stay again for the view and easy beach access.
