Wow. I don’t think words will be able to describe our stay here. We had friends and a dog which was no problem! There’s nothing but tranquility and peace staying here. I can’t wait to come back again soon. Sarah is awesome, very responsive, and the most kind of people guys. Looking for a relaxed stay? Need a great view? Need some quiet time? Great place to stay. Close to base and downtown. Samantha’s place had everything we needed while we were there.

Great stay, the house had everything we needed. All kinds of details that were all covered to include charging station by the bed. Love to updates on the bathroom and actually took pictures of the lights and fixtures so I can order them for ourselves. Great location for visiting the Naval Air Station

Sophia was very responsive. We stayed a month and had all the necessities for the fill month. Kayaks and paddleboards were fun on the Santa Rosa sound right outside the back door. Beach chairs and umbrella were great for the beautiful beach ...which is a 5 min drive away. Bed was firm, couch downstairs was not. Our only complaint was the amount of road noise out front and that was my bad for not realizing how busy the road was. Great restaurants nearby. We were graciously given the use of the garage for our motorcycle. Ample parking for the trailer we brought it in. It was nice having an option of a full pot of coffee or a k cup.

I highly recommend this place for your booking:) We booked Bill and Mindy place for spring break for our kids! We went with a large group and we all enjoyed our stay! They are friendly and responsive if you have questions! The place has plenty of room and is beautiful! The beach is just 5 minutes away from the home! We definitely will booked again when we are planning a trip in the area! Thanks again Bill and Mindy for everything!! You both are wonderful!!

We loved everything about our stay! The home is even better than the pictures and is SO accommodating- these hosts have thoughtfully provided everything a guest could possibly need or want! It's so well done and beautiful, in addition to being spotlessly clean. A highlight was seeing dolphins in the bay right from the back porch!! We also hung out at the beach and had a great meal at Pegleg Pete's. Everything is very walkable. Thank you for a wonderful time at this lovely property.

It was such a relaxing week, bed was super comfortable, and easy access at the back sliding door. I even get to see a dolphin passing through. Felt super cozy.

Studio apartment is in a convenient location to downtown Pensacola and beach. Located in a nice neighborhood. Hosts were very friendly and helpful during our month-long stay. Highly recommend.

This listing was in the PERFECT spot, walking distance from the beach. Plus, Lana was so helpful and responsive! The condo came with a bunch of extra helpful cleaning supplies and just felt so homey!

Loved the location. Easy to access other than temperamental code system through no fault of the owner. Owner very responsive to needs /issues and wonderful to work with from initial booking through stay. Tidy/clean. Enjoyed the public gathering space for the building.

This location was perfect for my stay. The host, Christopher, is outstanding. The location was perfect for access to all things Navy. it sits single minutes from home the the Navy Blue Angels. It's literally, less than 10 minutes west of beautiful downtown Pensacola and 10 minutes east of Perdido Key/Johnson's Beach. Just a few miles further is the Flora-Bama Grill/Lounge, located famously on the on the state line of Perdido Key, FL and Orange Beach, AL. The house is beach themed with a comforting chill vibe. The exterior seemed small but once inside we were pleasantly surprised with room for everyone. The privacy fenced backyard includes a patio equipped with a grill, seating and ambient lighting. The neighborhood is perfect for walks/bike rides along the paved trail alongside the bayou, located just a few steps away. The house comes equipped with a lively organ/piano for evening sing-a-longs. The fully fenced backyard was perfect for my two young pups to play during our stay.

Had a great time. Great location- quick walk to beach/ playground. Friendly neighbors. Fit my family well for the week we were in town.

There are not enough words to describe how great Tom and Renee are in addition to their beautiful air bnb! I travel often for work and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The land is gorgeous, peaceful, and just perfect. The home itself is so homey and cozy and I can’t think of one thing we needed. We will definitely be back! Thank you for your incredible hospitality 💙
