Location was perfect everything you need is there even shampoo, conditioner and body wash. House was clean and quick access to the beach and anything else you could ask for. Will definitely be coming back.

Cooper’s Cottage was perfect for us, 2 couples and 2 little dachshund pups. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The backyard is just perfect not only for the pups but for guests as well. We had a great time hanging out on the deck for hours in the evening. We didn’t lack anything during our stay. We will gladly stay here again in our next trip.

Great stay! My wife and I were in town for a wedding and had our dogs with us, the yard was perfect for them and the screened porch was fantastic as well. The house itself was spacious and clean.

We had an amazing time! There were so many things to do at the house to keep the kids busy and off of their electronics. We had one issue starting the grill, and when I reached out to James he was quick to respond and help me. We all enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for two nights for our Pensacola stay. It was worth the price if not more. Felt right at home, was clean, private, and very spacious. We had no issues checking in or communicating with the host. We would recommend the stay here over and over!!

Paul’s Place was amazing. This house was like home. It was well stocked and had plenty of amenities. I almost did not want to leave, but I had to go home. Paul was an excellent host. He was very concerned about our stay trying to make sure that we were comfortable. I have stayed in quite a few Airbnb homes in various locations personally and for business, this home by far is ranked in the top 10, we will be back!

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

So glad I happened upon this sweet find! A serene space in an old Victorian home with your own private entrance. The space was cozy and clean and just what I needed for some R and R. Within walking distance to a lot of local Pensacola treasure. I will definitely stay here again!!

Enjoyed the short stay. Clean, quiet, and safe area. Parking on a busy street would be the only con. I was always able to find a parking space close to the Airbnb . I would book again.

Great location and plenty of room. It was very cold during our visit- but heat worked and there were extra bankets. We would definitely stay here again. This place had everything you need and was easy to get to beaches, town and bases.

Not only was Marcella incredibly kind and communicative, the property was tidy, cozy, and overall perfect for a retreat to Pensacola! Marcella went above and beyond with her amenities and communication and made sure my boyfriend and I had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I highly, highly recommend booking with her, as this is by far one of the best properties available in Pensacola on Airbnb!

Perfect size for 1-2 people in an excellent location close to where I needed to go. Acknowledged I was a repeat customer and initiated contact almost every time. Great communication. Walkable to the Bay Center if that's why you're there. Right downtown and close to several superb restaurants. On the way to the beach. Love the small touches that add to the overall experience.

Great place to stay when you are in the Pensacola area. Quiet, good views and central location, close to naval base as well as beaches, restaurants, other activities. Very clean and comfortable. This is our third stay and we may be back yet again.!

Great place to enjoy Pensacola. Close to everything-restaurants, shopping beach and sand dunes, Great view from large balcony Lots of everything supplied (towels,kichen utencils) Only complaint pool is freezing in March it does not appear to be heated) Loved this cosy home

Michelle thought of everything you could possibly need to have the best beach vacation. Beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, paddle boards, you name it. We stayed for two weeks, and from the moment we stepped inside we felt right at home. The beach is right across the street, but if you just want to sit outside, there’s a nice lawn area right outside the property on the bay. The corner unit also has a balcony with comfortable chairs to sit, relax, and enjoy the view of the bay. Keep an eye out for jumping fish! As for the inside, you have every amenity imaginable, well decorated, and most importantly, a comfortable mattress. Michelle is an incredible host, very responsive and one of the nicest hosts we’ve had the pleasure of renting from. We look forward to our next visit!

This is the first place I've stayed where I arrived and was amazed by how much nicer it was than I imagined. I was transitioning to the local area for a new job. The booking calendar was open, surprisingly, and Colleen and Paul were gracious enough to allow me to use this space for the first 30 days of my transition. The condo is incredible. You enter and it opens up to this large beautiful kitchen, living room and big glass doors showcasing this million dollar view across the sound to Navarre Beach. Everything was perfectly clean and stocked. There were even some thoughtful starter items, such as a few laundry pods, dish washer pods and other essentials - which were much appreciated as a new arrival into town. Colleen and Paul were very responsive from the start and just plain old nice, friendly people. Check in instructions were very clear. Local recommendations were provided. Just a truly great experience all around. Thank you Colleen and Paul for this experience!

We had a wonderful vacation and the condo was wonderful! The views were beautiful and the perfect location. The condo was just as pictured and had everything we needed. Anne always responded promptly and was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

View was amazing, right on the beach with a large pool, in walking distance of the pier and multiple bars / restaurants. Some basic amenities for the beach and all the rooms were very clean upon arrival. I suggest taking just a few minutes to visit the sea turtle conservation center that is no more than 3 minutes down the road. But over all we loved our stay!
