Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

We only stayed one night, but everything was great. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and a nice bathroom design with separate sink section. Great for easy access to local beaches too

This is our second time staying at Rachel’s Place. We travel to Milton to visit family and this place is absolutely perfect for one or two guests! Rachel is a great host and communicates well. We will continue to stay here whenever possible on future trips to Milton.

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

Great place to stay, super clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, short drive to all Pensacola has to offer. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space for parking. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.

Dan’s place is clean, quiet and had everything anyone would need to enjoy staying in Fort Walton Beach. We would recommend his place because he thought of everything to make it a great experience. A 5 star host.!!

We absolutely love staying at the Scott’s house. They were very attentive and when we needed help finding a beach they were so helpful with suggesting a kid friendly beach for my three-year-old. Everything looked exactly like the picture and felt exactly like home and their dog. Bella is the sweetest. The kids absolutely loved her. Please book to stay here!!!! We’ll come again.

Me & my girlfriend loved our stay here. Cindy was very kind, the apartment was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space and a good drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here. My favorite part was the binder of information and recommendations as well as the gift from Cynthia.

Here's a revised version of your review: Ed was an exceptional host! He was attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and concerns. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we were promised. My partner and I appreciated the check-ins to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was also perfect, with Narrare Beach just a 7-10 minute drive away. Overall, this was one of the cleanest and most convenient Airbnb experiences we've had!

My hubby and I planned a long-weekend getaway and had never been to the 30A area- now we can’t wait to come back! This spot was ideally located with walkability to everything- charming and friendly area- we loved seeing the families and kids riding bikes everywhere- it felt wholesome! The condo was ideal and Bill and Kim were so helpful and responsive with any questions we had! We will definitely be back!!

Was a little leery of staying on the 19th floor, but the elevators are extremely fast. Never had to wait too long for a ride. Jay’s place is clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is about parking- which isn’t any fault of Jay. Our stay was less than 24 hours and still had to pay the same fee we would if our stay lasted a week. Prorating for parking would be more favorable.

The condo was nice,clean and comfortable for a long weekend! Location was great, easy access to the beach and the heated pool was amazing! Only thing is there are no elevators so be prepared to climb dimly lit stairs! Also, not a private balcony. Other than those minor things we had a great time and well worth the price!

Had a quick weekend get away. This was the best location to do so and I’ll be back in the near future. Thanks again for the hospitality and great stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here - peaceful beach, very comfortable condo and had everything we needed. Ashley was incredibly attentive and quick to respond.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay these last few days. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated and absolutely perfect for what I needed. Jackie was wonderful and I had a couple of questions and she responded in a very timely manner . The location is awesome . I did lots of walking, but that was because I went in all different directions. The beach was probably a 10 minute walk and further restaurants in the Rosemary Beach area were about a 15 minute walk. The area is just very very pretty. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The only slight downfall, which was my fault because I didn’t look into the dates, but it was spring break for a lot of kids . So there were quite a few teenagers around. But all in all, I really enjoyed my time there. Beautiful place all the way around . Really appreciated Jackie‘s hospitality and recommendations.

We had the BEST Easter weekend at this beautiful condo. We felt right at home! Allison was super responsive and helpful with all our questions. We definitely recommend this for a perfect beach getaway.
