Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

This place is the BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK. It was VERY clean with AMPLE space. The kitchen was stocked - the bedroom had multiple pillows/blankets/nice closet space. The hosts are very quick to address concerns. Overall; I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you stop by Destin.

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Este lugar es 100% recomendable la piscina al clima y limpia. Muy pero muy cerca del mar. Pudimos compartir en familia poner música y nadie se molestó por eso. Fácil de entrar y muy limpio. Tiene hasta un gran asadero y restaurantes muy cerca, la verdad quedé muy satisfecho con mi estadía.

This was my second time renting this unit, I loved it that much.. any time I come back I will try to book this place first if it is available:) loved the the feel of it with the furniture and the bed was amazing

We were searching for a place that wouldn't break the bank while still offering beach front access. This space was beachfront, had a heated pool, and a view that was priceless from the balcony. Perfect for a beverage on the balcony and watching the sunset over the ocean. The space was just right and the master bedroom was so spacious. I would definitely recommend this space for a family of 5 or less to be comfortable. While the weather isn't the warmest in December it was nice having basically a private getaway. The only part that isn't the best is walking from pool to elevator to room on 6th floor when it is chilly. Regardless this was a great find!

I loved the location! It was very convenient for grocery & other shops. Very quiet & I felt at home the whole time I stayed there! I will check to see if available when I come to this location again so I could stay there again!

Me, my boyfriend and sister came here and it was nice and clean. Inside was spacious and was filled with nice goodies! There’s a lot to do nearby, walkable distance. the beach is only like 10mins away and so are the outlets. Definitely recommend

Very spacious 3 bed 3 bath condo with great views. Great location in Destin. Cindy is a great host and very responsive. If planning to go to the beach, book chair rental ahead of time.

Anna was and is a fantastic host. This was our second year with Anna and she is always quick to respond to my messages. The condo is comfortable and makes us feel at home. She has everything we need and more when we arrive. We are already making plans to return next year. Thank you Anna.

Great stay! 5 stars. Some side notes- the listing says no hairdryer but we did find one in both bathrooms. One room’s 4th wall was the beach view w balcony but other room has no beach view. There were 3 beach chairs for use, but no beach towels so make sure to bring those. The beach rental chairs weren’t there Friday but we saw them Saturday (maybe because it is off season?). There was no hot tub but one of the pools was heated enough to stick our toes in and children played in it. The condo did not have S&P, coffee filters or oils but came with pots and pans.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It was tidy, cleaned and had all stuff listed in the post. Anthony is really kind , respectful and responsive. He checked in our stay to ensure we felt like home. We asked for a kettle and additional supplies for the long stay, and he came with all at the following day and fixed the dishwasher machine that was just unpowered . We worked remotly and did not have any internet connection issues and place was quite. The gym is not good, old and deteriorated workout machines and only one celing fans functioned. We didn’t bring it up to Anthony because it is a condo amenity , hardly to believe he can fix it, at least during our month stay, but would like to mention it for consideration. Overall great stay there.

We had a great visit in this ground level, corner unit! The pools were great for the kids and the direct access to the beach and pool area were amazing. The unit is updated and clean and everything was as appeared in the pictures. The construction on site was a bit of a bummer but because this unit has direct access to the pools and beach it didn’t impact us much. We would stay here again!

My family and I have been coming to Navarre for 5 years now and This is the best place so far I have found. The pool is huge and the view is great. Only issues would be there is no bathroom for you to use when you are at the pool, you have to go back up to your room. There seems to be an older woman who may live there who will yell at you and she only did that to the younger people but the older people could do what they wanted. Overall the trip was great, besides the weather, we will come back.

I wish we could give more than 5 stars because this place was amazing. It was very clean, peaceful and also close to good restaurants and the beach! My husband and I felt right at home. Mrs. Sandy is very sweet and she even let us check in early! I would recommend this place to anyone. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next year!

Great place. Booked based on the pictures of all windows open (no side blinds covering any of the view) and the "Friends" leather recliners facing the view. Exactly as pictured. Much bigger than the pictures show. Would def stay here again. Streamlined with everything you need in bathrooms and kitchen and nothing you don't need so the closets, cabinets, etc. have TONS of storage for your items if needed.

We chose this house for our family vacation , with our new grandbaby!! It was perfect and comfortable for 7 plus baby! The shuttle was perfect for hauling the beach stuff! The beach club was convenient and had good food ! Enjoyed the whole experience!

Rented this for my family and they kept saying how nice the house was. Pamela was very helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend and will rent again.

Bill and Mindy where extremely proactive with the booking letting us know about the amenities .They offered an early check in at no additional charge, and checked in during to see if was anything we needed. First class location, very space home loved sitting on the screened in deck drinking my coffee enjoying the view.I would highly recommend and look forward to booking again.

Above all, Peter was always easy to reach with any questions or concerns. I felt like he takes great pride in being an AirB&B host and making sure his guests needs are a top priority! The home was beautiful! 6 very nice bikes to ride around the property and the VERY near by state park. Although we didn’t use it, beach towels and any beach gear you would need are provided which is a huge plus for families wanting to spend ample time at the beach. A few things to be aware of when visiting, but not deal breakers: 1. sound carries through the house 2. Dishwasher and washing machine are louder than normal 3. Most direct sun is in the front porch area, as the back is heavily wooded and private 4. Neighbors are CLOSE in proximity- though VERY kind and welcoming. Note: The golf cart has to be rented for the entire trip. We were out and about along 30A most days. You can get as far as Grayton with 50% battery, so we did not venture further than that. 4 of 10 days we used it. All in all, ?

Amazing home in a safe neighborhood. Very private residence with plenty of space and a nice vibe.

Mark's house is beautiful. Everything was as pictured. We would definitely stay here again. Mark was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful 10 day stay, even with the snowstorm that passed thru the area and closed up everything for two days. His house was heated and comfortable.

My wife and I and our two dogs spent a month here for a break from our WV winter. It was a great choice for us. The huge backyard was perfect for our dogs who just settled in like they owned the place. The house is very clean and the layout was perfect for us. We really like the neighborhood, which is super walkable, which was important for us. We walked nearly everyday on the "Holley By The Sea" grid three miles or more. I fish a lot, and it was only a couple of miles to the causeway over to Navarre Beach and the Navarre Pier. All in all, really good location for us with The Grey Taproom and Johnny Huston's Bar and Grill are right on our entrance to Rt. 98. We felt this rental was a good value and will absolutely encourage others to rent this place.
