This was my first time ever to Pensacola, unfortunately because of a funeral, but Micah made it feel so comfortable and greeted us when we got there with her sweet fur babies! Her place is absolutely adorable and perfect for all I needed! Her and her husband both go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and makes sure you have all the necessities in case you forget something, which I did! And leave you some treats in a basket for when you need a little snack! And if you’re lucky and you have time, you may can book a massage with her while you’re there! I just loved it and I will definitely be back to visit this summer to enjoy the beach! Thank you Micah!

We loved staying at the Carriage House. Unfortunately, we all fell ill following our arrival with the flu. Great location. Perfect for a small family or couple.

Sylvia greeted us upon arrival. The place was in a great location and quite area. About a 5 minute walk to beach.

Excellent place for those seeking calm and private setting without overpaying for it. Fifteen minute drive to the beach is not a trouble at all, especially if planning to visit some stores, services or restaurants on that route. Private pool right at the door of the individual entrance - no need to fight for your space in the water or at the poolside. Neat room, with just about all you may need during your stay, everything works as it should, immediate response from the owners if something else it requested. I would certainly recommend to anyone, already shared with my friends and big family, and definitely will consider for my next trip to the beach.

Great value on your own private cottage in the host’s backyard. The hosts were so nice and warm and offered us local tips and things to do. Location is minutes from downtown Pensacola and NAS and was super easy to find. Extra blankets, towels and snacks are provided ~ which can be skimped on with other hosts and are greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for the lovely stay!

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Deion's place was absolutely perfect from checking in to checking out. I stayed alone on this trip but never felt more safe. There's not 1 single negative about this place. I will stay again! I fully recommend Deion's place to everyone! Close to everything but still an at home feeling! He even told me I could check out later if i needed and he was just the sweetest person ever. Thank you so much and I will definitely pick your place when I visit again!

Chris's place was just what you see in the picture. Great for the price and clean as others have said. Bed comfortable, kitchen stocked and unexpected free snacks & drinks. And I was comfortable with the surroundings.

I love this little hidden Cottage. If anyone wants to get away for a few days this is the place.

Loved the backyard and this peace of quiet and calm. Felix was an amazing host and always answered questions quickly. Looks exactly like the photos and well worth it for the amount paid. Would love to stay again!

I stayed here as a solo traveler. I felt right at home and enjoyed the space. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to downtown. The apartment was well appointed and had thoughtful details. I will definitely be back!

Carriage House was more than we anticipated. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, private, and close to everything! We took advantage of the bikes provided, enjoyed the beautiful beaches in the area, relaxed at their community infinity pool and caught some spectacular night skies! It was time well spent at a lovely property.

A beautiful, quaint, simple home. Everything was just as described and perfectly fitting for what we were looking for! The property was clean and cozy! There were so many amenities provided and what we used was great! Hosts were always very quick to respond to questions. The little things were so appreciated. The welcome gift and note were an added touch that made us feel so comfortable from the moment we walked in the door! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, even small families! Thank you Bud and Linda for an amazing stay in the perfect little homey place that we looked for! Top notch!!!

This home was the cutest little place to just relax and wind down! It had everything you need for a little weekend getaway. Owner responded very fast as well as very helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

Es war der schönste Stop auf unserer Reise durch den Südosten der USA! John ist sein super Host gewesen! Wir würden dieses AirBnB jederzeit wieder buchen! 😊

Cheri was a very helpful host and responsive to all messages prior to and during our stay! The place was perfect for what we needed and was close to lots of restaurants, shops, and things to do. Very convenient and easy to access. We had a great time!

Meagan's place was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I were in town for a basketball tournament. The apartment was perfectly clean, in a great location, and very comfortable. Meagan was friendly and very responsive with great recommendations for restaurants and hang-outs. The neighborhood was peaceful and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are in Pensacola. Would give higher than 5 stars if I could.
