Had an amazing valentines stay! Waking up to the water out by the porch and door dash friendly.

We LOVE this place!! Rick and Sylvia made us feel like part of the family. More then everything you need!! Fishing , restraints, beautiful natural surroundings. They gave us helpful tips on restraints, attractions , helped us fish and became good friends. The sweetest hosts we have ever had!! Very friendly but private. They provided everything!! And then some!! Helped us out soooo sooo much on sooo many levels. We came for a rodeo and just wanted a cool place to stay. This is definitely a gem of a place!! The space was super clean and equipped with everything. They also provided a lot of fishing equipment and a kayak and hammock for hanging out in between time. We got to hang out with them a bit, we are social . They are very cool!! Super sweet, helpful friendly, would give the shirt off their back kind of people!! This is what we look for in an Airbnb. They truly care about their guests!! Above and beyond for comfort!! The stay was incredible!! Thank you!! Can't wait to come back!!!

This stay was a fantastic little quiet stay at the marina with a wonderful restaurant on property and even a barber shop and marina/ship store! If you can deal with the 24 steps (I wasn’t sure how I’d do) it’s an absolutely fantastic option for nautically minded folks and boaters!

Awesome unit across the street from the beach, in walking distance to Florabama and waffle house. It's a nice spacious unit that is well kept, probably one of the bigger Airbnbs I've stayed in personally. If you're going for the beaches do note that some of the beaches are privately owned and that public beach accesses can sometimes be over a mile apart. We were able to go through the beach access a mile up the road, next to the Crab Trap Restaurant. All in all, the unit is a great place to stay and very close to many things to do.

This condo was perfect for a girls weekend trip. Clean, quiet, convenient parking and is close to everything in OBA.

Este lugar es 100% recomendable la piscina al clima y limpia. Muy pero muy cerca del mar. Pudimos compartir en familia poner música y nadie se molestó por eso. Fácil de entrar y muy limpio. Tiene hasta un gran asadero y restaurantes muy cerca, la verdad quedé muy satisfecho con mi estadía.

This was our first time in Orange Beach, and this condo was amazing. Spectacular views, comfy accommodations and clean. Allison was very quick to respond to questions, and helpful. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the huge balcony; watched dolphins, and soaked up the sun ☀️! The indoor and outdoor pool area were super clean too. There are multiple restaurant options within a short drive. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place clean and cozy

Beautiful place, great location. I found iTrip customer service very responsive and helpful. My family had an enjoyable stay, and i would highly recommend it to anyone considering this home. Sunrise and sunsets on the dock can't be beat.

This place was great. Just as advertised. Perfect location, quiet, relaxing and was able to dock our boat. Could not have asked for a better place.

The house was wonderful! Had everything we needed upon arrival. The host even messaged to let us know it would be available early. We had some cool days and felt very comfortable just hanging out at the house. When the sun finally came out, we really enjoyed the kayaks on the river and relaxing in the hammock. Excellent if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway. We traveled to Navarre, Ft. Walton, Pace, & Milton areas to eat & shop. Thank you for hosting such a wonderful place!!

We were absolutely blown away by this home! Stunning views, very private, and plenty of space in the house for everyone to be comfortable. The host was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Our family is already talking about booking another stay here. It's the perfect place for a quiet get away, but also plenty of things in and around the house for younger family members to do. The design of the house has a wonderful balance of luxury without losing its coziness and warmth. Highly recommend!

I brought my family here for Hurricane Milton, this property, the house, the town was an incredible experience, changed us. Reconnected us to what's really important. Highly recommend removing yourself and retreating into nature when the "world" is filled with panic, fear and anxiety. This property will welcome you and give you that feeling of home. ❤️

We visited in October 2024 -had 6 kids(9,10,12,12,13,14) &6 adults(42,43,44,44,68,78) & felt like the space was great for not feeling on top of each other but could come together to eat & play whenever we wanted. The basement was great for the oldest two as they could get in and out with no stairs and easy access to pool and dock. Plus they had their own kitchen area.The main floor has two rooms - a shared bathroom plus a great couch where I think all 6 kids enjoyed some relaxation most mornings. The upper floor takes a good three sets of stairs to get to primary room & bunk/full bed room that both have their own bathroom. The home was well stocked with hand soaps, shampoos/conditioner in each room which was an added bonus. Major cooks may struggle a bit with quality of pots and pans but if you’re like us vacation is for eating out:) We loved the outdoor amenities & Lauras willingness to help with lifejackets for the teens when we didn’t see any. Would love to return and recommend!

It was a beautiful house and a great value. We had a great stay. Just be aware you need to drive to get to places which was perfectly fine with us.

Brooke was a wonderful responsive host. The room is as described. Very clean and neat. I loved being literally a few feet from the pool and could see both the pool and the water from our room. We could walk the docks and a small beach was easily accessible. Located within a short walk to lots of restaurants and cute shops down the strip. We felt safe and had peaceful rest. The bed was very comfortable. Small kitchenette, perfect for our needs. I can’t complain. All and all it was a perfect stay for the two of us.

Tom's condo is compact but nicely done. We only used the kitchen to make coffee, but it had a full size refrigerator. It is ideal for two people, the pool and balcony were great, and everything worked. The bathroom had a great set of drawers and cabinets to store all our stuff. The location was ideal, right on the inter-coastal and convenient to a number of great beaches on the gulf. it is set back from a main road so it was surprisingly quiet, had a lot of parking space.

Clint and Yolande are very sweet and communicative. Checked on us the first day to make sure everything was fine. Very hospitable and efficient. The place was beautiful and peaceful. Definitely would book with Clint and Yolande again!

This apartment was as described in the bio plus more positive details. Easy parking . Inviting colors . Beautiful views. Clean. Well stocked . Owners have great hospitality skills. The hard floors made it easy for rolling bags n cooler. The step in shower was a blessing . Nice chairs on the balcony to relax outside. There was no loud noise from anyone in or around our unit or the building. Safe and nice people were around us . We were very pleased and will stay again next time we visit family in Pensacola .

A great place for a quick getaway! Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated . Even though it rained we were still able take the short walk to the beach and enjoy the pool and hot tub . Even in November the water was very comfortable . Diane was a great host!

Great place to relax and enjoy the ocean bay waters. Many fun places to check out close to room and great food choices within walking distance.
