Thanks for the wonderful stay. We are all happy with the place and naenjoy namin ung automatic mahjong and theatre room. Sobrang lamig lng tlga ng weather kaya nahrapan kami mg swim kahit slight heated ung pool. Sayang di lng na enjoy ung jacuzzi kasi ayaw uminit masyado. Sobrang okay ung maraming CR as in. Walang antayan and complete naman ang amenities. Next time sana palagyan ng Netflix para mas enjoy. Buti me dala ako flashdisk na movies. So far ok naman ung caretaker na lagi ng llinis dun to clean up the place in the morning so malinis pagka gising namin. Thanks again for the accomodation.

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

The place is very spacious and clean. plus factor, they allow pet to swim in the pool (overflow area only).

A warm hospitality from our hosts and caretakers. Special mention when we arrived at the place Samantha (daughter of Ate Gelai) welcomes us with smile and she’s very attentive to our needs. Imagine we are 16 pax and ahe individually greets us one by one! What a feeling! Thank you to our generous host Dra. Abigail for the coffee and bread for our breakfast (with a bonus of finger foods such as sundlower seeds, watermelon seeds and adobong peanuts) what a gesture! The property is warm and cozy great for the weather in Tagaytay! My friends enjoyed staying ag Casa Lindo! Great also for a big groups like ours! The surroundings are so peaceful, quiet and secured. Ms Marigold and her property were hospitality at its greatest. She communicated with me prior to arrival to make sure everything was prepared as needed. She is an amazing host and her property is as welcoming as she was. I highly recommend this property for your home away from home and venue needs. The place really “ feels like home”, and place is very big, check the living room. With wide kitchen and dining area, the swimming pool and the heated jacuzzi, cozy bed, and the quietness of the surrounding, really provided ease, relaxation and calmness to our stay in Rose Place. Ms Joy and Mr Darryl are very responsive of inquiries and requests, from simple things such as trash bag, ice supplier to heating the jacuzzi upon our request. How they prepared the towels showed some level welcomeness in their home. I really felt relaxed while sitting on the patio and looking at the sky during the sunset. I highly recommend this place for those who really want to just relax with the family.

Kuya caretaker was very responsive and accommodating. Easy to communicate with the host. The place was very spacious, clean and easy to find. AC available al most part of the house. Has the basic that you would need. I like the separate area for grilling. The pool was great with just the right amount of hot. The rooms are clean and beds were comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back. .

Our stay was a nice getaway from the hustle and Bustle. Home was cozy and private and made our stay relaxing. Would stay again!

Thank you for a wonderful stay!😊 The place is warm and relaxing, and has so much character. My nephew enjoyed the heated plunge pool very much. It’s perfect for chilly weather. Well-equipped kitchen made cooking easy and Kuya Edong attended to our needs. The breakfast was a bonus, really appreciate it.

One Serra'nia Abodes is beautiful and exceptional. There was so much thought and love put on the aesthetic of this place. The daylighting on this place is amazing, especially on the bathrooms. We were a group of 11 people but we did not feel cramped, in fact, there was still so much space for everyone. The hosts are very responsive. Kuya Marcon, the caretaker, was very attentive and accomodating. The place is complete with all amenities possible for an airBnb rental, and all our requests were met promptly. Lastly, we left some items on the property and we didn't have a hard time getting it back! Communicating with them was so easy! I will definitely recommend this place to friends, and I think we might even come back. Thank you, Darwin and Brill, and kuya Marcon!

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.
