Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Josep sehr zufrieden , und auch unser Hund war willkommen .Das Haus war sauber ,wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und man ist schnell zu Fuss in der Stadt Escala .Josep ist ein guter Gastgeber,sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten das Haus für 4 Wochen gebucht und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Blick und die Lage sind fantastisch und die Umgebung sehr schön. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Mobiliar ist hier und da ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Internetverbindung ist sehr gut. Dieses Haus ist ohne Vorbehalte sehr zu empfehlen. Bei der Organisation einer Zwischenreinigung war Bogdan sehr hilfreich und hat auch auf alle unsere (sehr wenigen) Fragen schnell reagiert.

Wir waren im Oktober fast zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft von Adriana und wollten am Ende gar nicht mehr weg! 😊 + 1. Großartige Lage (Küstenwanderwege sind traumhaft schön!) 2. Sehr hübscher Garten 3. Ruhige Nachbarschaft und Privatsphäre 4. Tolle Ausstattung (von der Paellera bis zum Sonnenschirm- alles da) 5. Super Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft durch Gastgeber - 1. äußerst unangenehmer Kanalgeruch im Haus, gegen den auch die ganzen Duftstäbe nicht ankommen (laut Gastgeberin tritt dies immer nur bei Nordwind auf) 2. Ausschlafen unter der Woche unmöglich aufgrund des Baulärm ab den frühen Morgenstunden (Ende d. Saison) 3. Restaurants u. Aktivitäten teilweise aufgrund der Jahreszeit schon geschlossen 4. Badezimmer (Haare in Dusche) und Küche (Krümel auf Kühlschrank und vor Mikrowelle) leider nicht so sauber wie aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen erwartet. Wir hätten uns ein besseres Preisleistungsverhältnis gewünscht. Im Sommer aber wahrscheinlich TOP! Insgesamt zu empfehlen! :

La casa es perfecta para un retiro y poder descansar. Las vistas son muy bonitas, el mar de un lado y de otro las montañas. En definitiva era lo que nosotras buscabamos y lo pasamos muy bien. La casa en general está bien equipada y muy limpia. Es claro que no es fácil de llegar a menos que tengas auto y al ser a las afueras del pueblo hay que tener eso en cuenta. Francesco es super proactivo, aparte de responsable y buen comunicador. Me ayudo con todas las interrogantes que tuve.

Ha sido un placer pasar unos días de vacaciones en el piso de Daniel. El entorno es precioso, el apartamento está muy bien cuidado y de un tamaño perfecto para los 5 adultos que éramos, y la comunicación con Daniel ha sido estupenda, siempre atento y muy rápido a la hora de contestar. Lo recomendamos!

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und die Besitzer sind nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von einem Supermarkt, Bäcker und mehreren Lokalen. Auch sind 2 Fahrräder in der Wohnung mit welchen das Meer in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft und danken den Eigentümern für ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Wir haben kürzlich in dieser modernen Ferienwohnung am Rand von Barcelona übernachtet und insgesamt war es eine sehr positive Erfahrung! Die Wohnungen ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man für einen komfortabeln Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Nähe zum Strand. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Obwohl die Wohnung etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums liegt, sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar, sodass man schnell ins Zentrum von Barcelonas gelangt. Es gibt auch einige nette Restaurants und gut ausgestattet Supermarkt in der Nähe. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass es im Badezimmer kein Fenster gab. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr hell hörig und so nicht ganz so ruhig, wie erwartet. Dennoch hat das unseren Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Insgesamt können wir die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen! Sie bietet einen tollen Ausgangspunkt , um Barcelona zu entdecken.

Séjour parfait Bonne surprise en arrivant dans le logement car la salle de bain était refaite à neuf, le canapé était neuf, le réfrigérateur était neuf etc… Tout était mieux que sur les photos de l’annonce. Beaucoup de vaisselle et accessoires. Le plus est le parking privé avec sa place réservée. Et bien sûr la proximité de la plage. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter

Hôte agréable, sympathique et accueillante. Logement propre et tout équipé. Super journée face à la mer. Cadre de vie très agréable. Je recommande.

Fantastic villa with terrace overlooking towards the Med Sea. The private pool was so welcoming and necessary. Yana’s a great host with great communication skills and explanations. Loved the villa.

We had a wonderful stay! Lovely house and pool, perfect for small kids. All is really well maintained, and equiped, incl. great beds, bedding and pillows (plenty). The kitchen was just nicely renovated, and is also really well equiped. The outdoor area and barbeque area are lovely, the garage is really spacious with a ping pong table (which we used more than I expected, lots of fun). Great location, supermarket, and beach only 5-10 mins away. Jordi and his wife live on the property, were really nice, helpful and responsive (and gave us plenty of privacy). Highly recommended!!

We loved staying at Casa Rovira, it was wonderful to have so much space for our two families and kids to relax and explore after going into Barcelona each day to watch the America's Cup racing. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Jean-Pierre est un hôte très accueillant et très disponible. La maison est très agréable , très calme, très propre et très bien située. Nous avons apprécié l'équipement de la cuisine (ustensiles , sac poubelle, papier aluminium condiments etc...) . La literie est très bien bref rien à dire de négatif . Je recommande ce logement .

We loved everything about our stay: the house is perfect in every way - beautifully designed and furnished and superbly equipped. We feel very lucky so have spent our holiday here and enjoyed every minute. The location is perfect too - within a very short walk you have everything: beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafes and boutique shops. An incredibly stunning and private location with truly unparalleled vistas, a beautifully designed house and gorgeous gardens with an expansive pool. The kitchen is well equipped and fun to cook in and the house is arranged smartly for a family retreat. Guy is and deeply thoughtful host and was lovely deal with. He provided a wealth of information on the area, and was responsive to any query we had.

Lluis has been an amazing host, very helpful and always available. His house was perfect for what we needed! 100% recommend!

Five of us stayed here for a week in early June. It is an old property that has undergone a full refurbishment and credit to the owners Magda and Gerard for doing such a wonderful job. The accommodation has been very well thought out down to often missed details such as excellent lighting plots/positions, property wide fast wi-fi (even at furthest reaches of garden) and a full house air con system. The garden with the pool and bonus room is a really outstanding feature and very well used during our stay. We had a couple of issues early on that were resolved very quickly by the managing agents/owners - I would describe them as problems consistent with a new rental and have/will be resolved. For complete clarity the property is ground floor with separate accommodation and entrance above. During our time this was empty. We liked the immediate area which is best described as ' local'. Good choice of bars/supermarkets/restaurants all within easy walking and owners provided a guide
