What a great place! The house is beautiful and spotless. Was able to take a beautiful oceanside run from the house. Was also able to take an easy peaceful Walk in the nature preserve that is right around the corner. Beds were comfortable. Backyard was amazing. Could have easily lived in or at least stayed for longer. Will definitely keep this on a favorites list for a future stay in SB!

Fantastic location for easy beach access. House was quiet and private. Loved having the bikes available for the nearby Shoreline bike trail. Brent checked in often and was immediately helpful when there was a problem with one bike. Overall a great stay!

We had an amazing time. The cottage had everything we needed. Close to a dog friendly beach and great hiking park. It was immaculately clean . It has a big room and living space with lots of natural light. Complete kitchen, full fridge. Bathroom with hairdryer, shampoo and more. I was very happy to see a full closet in the bedroom, with hangers for clothes. Paul and Anna were amazing hosts and very responsive . Even provided us with a BBQ as soon as we suggested that it would be a good idea. It is also very dog friendly. The backyard is private and safe for the dog to roam in . They were great in suggesting places of interest in the area, all printed out in a booklet. The area is peaceful, beautiful, walkable with lots to do. We would definitely be back

Lance's place was absolutely the best choice I could have made for my stay in Santa Barbara! It's the perfect size for one or two people, and had everything I could have needed. The neighbors are a bit close, so there was a little noise, but since it's a residential area, it was nice and quiet at night. The hot tub, fire pit, and sauna were my favorite features of the house, and since I visited in April, the weather was perfect for it with a slight nip in the air. The beach was a little farther of a walk than I thought, but the walk there is so lovely you don't really notice it. The house is a short driving distance from downtown SB as well as the airport; there was also a city bike station nearby in case that's someone's preferred method of travel. Lance was very responsive and kind and made sure that any issues that arose could be addressed. I highly recommend staying here and will absolutely be rebooking my next time in SB.

Lovely home in a great location. Very clean and comfortable, perfect for a small family or two couples. Rachel the host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, was a lovely trip.

This listing was perfect for our group, and everything was as stated on the listing. It was very private and spacious, with a wonderful view of Goleta. I would highly recommend it!

This house was perfect for our family. All the rooms are on the top floor and living space on the bottom floor. The beds are really firm but not terrible. The kids loved going in the Jacuzzi and having the garage space and outdoors to ride their scooters and use their toys, and we felt good about them being safe since there is a gate at the street. It is so convenient to walk to restaurants, tasting rooms, shops, bakeries, etc. That is the major plus about this house -- the location! Would definitely stay here again.

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base.
