The place was great, perfect place if you want peace and away from a busy road. Easy to find and near the port. Both the host and co-host are very responsive and attends right away when you need something. It was truly a nice vacation staying here. Highly recommended and will surely visit again.

We had a great time staying at Completado with Rose. It is a nice quiet place in a nice neighborhood. The Florintina hotel has a nice restaurant. The location was great, It is close to everything but not in the middle. Rose is a greatest. She is very responsive and helpful with everything. She helped us renting a motorbike, going on a tour of Apo island and even with getting our laundry cleaned. We enjoyed our stay at Completado apartments. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Dumagete.

This place is a little bit off the path buy is extremely quiet and very relaxing, the roads are amazing so if you’d like to ride scooters getting to the beach is not a problem. Also, you’re pretty much on the beach anyways.

What a blessing to stay in Kaylene's place. Great professional security, a unit that was as advertised and that had everything we needed. Always responsive and with unit managers Gemma and Christian helping us throughout our stay. A perfect location, close to everything, including nearby ferries to Siquijor island. I highly recommend you stay here.

This was my second time staying here. Clean and matches the pictures and description. Will consider staying again next time I am in town.

I’d say it’s worth the stay if you’re able to. Only downside I would say is the wifi (I know they don’t have control over it) but over all really good experience no complaints. Easy to grab a cab and Landry service down stairs is perfect.

We stayed here last Feb16-18 after our trip to Siquijor. Had a good rest and relaxation in their place. Will surely book this place on our next visit.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It felt incredibly cozy and homey. Our host was warm, welcoming, and very professional. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to come back on our next trip to Dumaguete!

I felt right at home Quiet,just what I needed, however you need your own transport,cause the venue is totally out of the way for most, if not all pedicabs.

A fantastic stay for my family (3 adolescents and their parents). Caretaker Gavino is really super (friendly, attentive, proactive, excellent communicator, and a great local resource). Beautiful house with its own private ocean access (Cebu Straight). Very clean, very inviting, very comfortable. We swam off from the stairs and saw blue starfish, huge black sea urchins, sea turtles, fish, coral, etc! The whale sharks are literally right next door and Gavino comfortably assists with and guides the whole process as there are several steps (4am tickets, paying cashier, awaiting boat, etc) and many tourists. Tumalog Falls and the Macaque monkeys are both very close by and totally great visits that we enjoyed immensely (swimming in the cool pool at the waterfall and buying banana to feed the loose monkeys). Food/ATM/restaurants are all walkable (<10 min). A very big thank you for Gavino's attention and Jeff's amazing location!

Peaceful and Private, if you are looking for a family get together this is the place. You have the whole house and the place is immaculate. We have the grandchildren with us and they definitely had a blast and our kids are having a great time cooking their favorite dishes to share. The house have the full kitchen comes with everything you needed, there is an outdoor grill to enjoy as well. Grandkids were busy swimming and were thrilled to see the giant turtle swimming with them. Carlos who manage the property was accessible and accommodating, never bothers us and let us enjoy our privacy, but if we needed anything he will be right their in less than a minute. Karaoke is a bonus everybody were having a good time singing while relaxing at night, we love the outdoor kitchen having meals outdoor with an amazing view in the ocean and hearing serene small gentle waves at all times. The place exceeded our expectations, the market is a litte ways so buy your food ahead of time.

I recently stayed at Ronilyn Inn, hosted by Ronilyn, Carsten, and Keith. Carsten was very responsive, and Keith seemed to oversee everything. The house is modern and well-equipped, located in a vibrant Filipino neighborhood. One unique experience was witnessing a vigil, or "amay," which is a traditional wake for the deceased. It was interesting to see the community come together to honor their loved ones. I also enjoyed visiting the nearby D&D Resort for its tranquility and privacy. If you're looking for a modern home in a traditional setting, Ronilyn Inn is a great choice. The local community, including caretakers Regina and Gini, were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Ronilyn Inn for a blend of comfort and cultural experience.

House was beautiful. Well maintained. Very clean. We arrived late and the care-taker was there when we arrived. she was very pleasant. showed us the home and the property. Answered all our questions. Even assisted us in getting a ride to the Port when we departed. The home is located right near the beach, which is a plus for me. also nearby restaurant and convenient store. Short drive to San Juan bars, restaurants and shops. Communication with property owner was also great. Response time under an hour and was always very helpful. Oh and another great bonus the home is fully stocked with all your needs. Stocked frig with everything from juice to wine. Food pantry with all types of snacks and treats. Overall a great place to stay. We just wished we had more time there. Would definetly rent again. Highly recommend.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Kleiner abgelegener Strand vor der Haustür (mit Schildkröten, Achtung aber viele Treppen zu gehen), Tumalog Falls und Waleshark Area sehr nah und auch mit einem kleinen Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Ansonsten fahren auch Busse direkt vor der Tür, mit denen man überall hingelangt. Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen dafür sehr privat. Der Host war zudem sehr nett und hat und mit der Buchung unserer Touren toll geholfen! Danke dafür! Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Amazing place in Oslob. Maria was very accommodating. The house is perfect for a group of friend travelling together. Private swimming pool and the view is gorgeous. We will be back…

we loved staying here at Clide's place. the rooms were quite clean and spacious. the pool is overlooking the ocean, and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks. the staff were very attentive to our needs, even after we asked to check out really early at 4am! i highly recommend Clide's place, will definitely stay here in again

Great location with restaurants and a small mall nearby. This cozy apartment was great for our family while visiting Dumaguete! Kaye was a great host and was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be looking at staying here again on our next visit!

The place was exceptionally-maintained and immaculate. Everything inside looked brand new and elegantly designed, which really radiated modern style. When I arrived, it was spotless and perfectly prepared for my stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating too, checking in was a walk in the park. The amenities provided were spot-on, and the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the space. Loved the modern interior, it created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

A hidden gem with marine sanctuary of all sorts of fish during my snorkeling days right in the ocean sea front paradise. The waves crashing into the sea wall every second was so soothing to my heart and soul out on the front deck while watching another golden sunrise & get my early morning sunbathing done before 8am for breakfast Time I cook in a fully stock kitchen of everything I need. The water dispenser another plus as I drank a lot of water. The waves crashing in was so serene for me all day to heal in nature. A motor scooter a must to explore up to the waterfalls or going to a grocery store or fruit stand on the main road. There's 1 walkable shack right across the street that has eggs,water and snacks. It was a peaceful tranquility experience Merci
