This is a fantastic place! There were eight of us, four adults and four kids, and we had plenty of space. The house is clean and comfortable with soft linens, plenty of oversized towels, and has a fully stocked kitchen. The hot tub has exquisite views of the mountains, and there are several waterfalls that we were able visit just a few miles away. Robin is extremely attentive; she answered my questions very promptly and also provided some suggestions on things to do and places to go. Robin’s home is an amazing find and was a great place to spend a week celebrating the holidays and a few family birthdays!

It’s always a pleasure and time we look forward to spending at Woodridge Mountain home. We love it there, it feels like home and is so peaceful and accommodating. We highly recommend for couples, small families, and very pet-friendly!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, secluded yet close enough drive to activities. Zachary was very responsive and accommodating. Driveway is very steep but paved and easy to get up/down. Would start here again.

Had a wonderful 7 days at Joan's cottage. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place at a reasonable price.

Beautiful, inviting river house with all the cozy comforts one could want. This river house offers ample sleeping arrangements in beautifully decorated rooms. The living space has a comfortable couch next to a large fireplace. This was the perfect setting to lose multiple games of Uno to my daughter. This property was convenient, as we had a fishing charter set for 7:30am on the banks of the river through the host’s family. Fontana Guides has provided my family of four an incredible day wading in the river and catching trout for multiple years. It’s a perfect duo.

Views were amazing! The driveway to get to the house is steep but well worth it. Great location to downtown. Beautiful house with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. Would recommended! Plan to come back next year

The place was very nice and was even decorated for Christmas, which was a nice surprise! There were beautiful views on the mountains and sunrises. The kitchen was well stocked and surpassed expectations. I was in town to attend the Bronco Off Roadeo in Maryville and Claire’s place was a convenient 15 minute drive to that.

The location was a bit out of the way, but it was well worth it! Not only was the space spacious and spotless, but it also included refreshments, complimentary toiletries, and cleaning supplies. I’d give it a 10 out of 10—thank you for hosting us! We’ll definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay this past weekend for our anniversary getaway. The Lodge is very comfortable, rooms are spotless. Not too far from the city. Very private. Had everything we needed. This getaway was probably our favorite one so far. Loved everything about The Lodge. Brian and the other hosts went to great pains and did an excellent job in maintaining a safe, and family friendly atmosphere. Super friendly, easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to bringing our children on our next visit.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Dani’s place. It was conveniently located and had all the amenities that we needed. Dani was very responsive and provided us with helpful information. Would love to stay here again!

A wonderful spot! It’s surrounded by trees and has a nice yard with a fire pit. The living space was clean, cozy and well-lit. I arrived after dark and there were few street lights, so it was difficult to see the house number and driveway. But once I found the correct driveway, the check-in process was easy.

This was my first experience staying in an Airbnb where the hosts lived above the unit, and it was a positive one!! Dave and Barb were exceptional hosts. I thoroughly enjoyed the cozy mountain getaway, our conversations, and their warm hospitality. Their space is comfortable and inviting, providing an ideal retreat after a day of hiking, mining, or exploring. I highly recommend booking their place if you seek a peaceful and scenic experience in Franklin without exceeding your budget. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Kay’s home was very warm, welcoming, and perfect for celebrating a friend’s birthday for the weekend! We loved the bear-themed decor and will definitely be booking with her again in the future.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the River Station Apartment! The location was great with several local restaurants within walking distance. Corie was also extremely responsive.

Second time we have stayed in this unit and it’s still our fave in Gatlinburg. It is right off the main road, but is far enough to one end of the strip that it is not especially loud compared to other places we stayed. Everything is very clean and it feels new. We loved how easily the fireplace turned on, we found absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen (including enough coffee pods to get us through the next morning – thank you!), And it was a very nice touch to have a decorated Christmas tree. :-)

Location, location, location! You can walk to the strip from the apartment so it will definitely save you money from parking on the strip. Apartment is small but ample space for what we needed. Place was clean. I really appreciated the early check in. The hosts are extremely responsive and very thorough so you can tell they are true professionals. I appreciate they have fans available because there aren’t any in the ceiling. Had no issues while we were there and would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sara and Ed apartment. Everything was clean, the location was perfect because the traffic at the city is really heavy at least in Christmas and you can go walking from the apartment to the restaurant and the most important places in Gatlinburg, just 15 minutes walking. The beds were really comfortable and the balcony was a plus because it is a good place to relax and drink a coffee with the sound of the river. We’ll definitely be back again.

Really enjoyed staying here. We picked the spot based on pre planned activities and it was perfect. Convenient and easy to get many places downtown without having to pay for parking. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I went for a little getaway and we had an amazing time. This was the perfect place to stay! Just as described. Condo was conveniently located downtown Gatlinburg, very close to everything. Super clean place, linens smelled wonderfully fresh! There’s nothing like sleeping in a bed with fresh clean linens. The condo was cute and decorated well. Our hosts were very communicative. Send very detailed instructions for check in and this made it a breeze to get settled in. They were also very sweet and ensured we arrived and that things went smoothly. We will for sure be using them again in the future.

This place is everything you need for a gate away, close proximity to everything and very private still, we love the size of the apartment our family of 5 was very comfortable and we enjoyed the views! We will back next year!

It was a great place very well stocked. Not sure how walkable it was in the winter but I’m sure better weather is not an issue. It is a large hill to come up so maybe older folks couldn’t do it. I was very comfortable. Thank you

The place was exactly as described—clean, organized, and well-maintained. It’s a nicely remodeled unit, though a few electrical outlets weren’t working. The provided hand soap seemed diluted, and if you're staying longer, bring your own dishwasher pods. Overall, a comfortable stay with just a few minor inconveniences.
