Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Santo Antão

J ai réservé mon logement à 12h30 et à 13h30 j'étais dedans. je remerci Honorina pour cette réactivité exceptionnelle. Le logement est très propre et calme. sa situation est très appréciable à proximité te toutes les activités proposées à Mindelo.

l'appartement d'Olavo est très spacieux, situé à 10mn de la plage, et près des commodités, le meilleur glacier au bas de l'immeuble, supérette à 100mètres. Le balcon fut un plus pour nous, puisque le carnaval passait au pied. Olavo est très réactif, vous pouvez envoyer un message, il répond de suite.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, conforme au descriptif. Bien placé pour accès plage et centre de Mindelo à pied. Supérette en face dans la rue. Bruno est réactif et arrangeant. Pour repérer l’emplacement du logement, il est situé à l’angle de la rué face à un centre médical et au dessus d’un cabinet médical.

Great place with a great view! Quiet and peaceful. The only thing i would suggest is change the single beds to doubles. They are to small for adult size people. Other than that it was a great stay

We hadden een fantastische vakantie in Filomena Apartments! Het appartement was top! Jammer dat de directe omgeving nog een bouwwerf was, maar daar hebben we helemaal geen last van gehad. Ligging helemaal perfect, op wandelafstand van het strand. De host regelde ons een vast contact voor taxiritten en gaf ons tal van culturele tips. Van een topvakantie gesproken! Echt een aanrader ✨

We were moved from our original booking to this apartment following a water issue in the building. Our host communicated with us and offered the change (it was un upgrade to what we had previously so it was a no-brainer to agree!) before we actually arrived in Mindelo. So hats off for being forward and helpful, we don't know what we would have done in the heat of Mindelo without water!!!! (water is very precious in Cape Verde, it hasn't rained in 3 years so don't take those issues lightly. Our host did very well by sending us into another apartment ). The apartment itself is big with 3 bedrooms. We were a group of 5 and were all very comfortable . The kitchen is big and functional . We didn't cook in there while we were in Mindelo. We indulged in local restaurants instead! And since the place is well located, we had a lot of options. The beach is literally across the street, and it's a very nice one too. And surprisingly not crowded (maybe we were at the wrong time of the year...). The beach club will provide you free wifi if you use their premises (we did. Their beach chairs with umbrellas were a blessing). All in all, we enjoyed ourselves very much and we have our host to thank for that.

Espaço muito agradável, no centro da aldeia, que nos proporcionou uma boa estadia e bons momentos, apesar de necessitar de alguma manutenção. Fomos recebidos pelo Gabi, que esteve disponível quando necessitámos. Deixamos um agradecimento à Verónica (Bar Pedra Balea), irmã do Gabi, pelos seus dotes culinários, a massada de peixe estava divinal. Obrigado Odile.

Schöne, moderne Wohnung etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, ca 5 min zu Fuß zum Stadtstrand und etwa 10 min ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig eingerichtet, sauber und hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Angenehmes Bett und Dusche mit ordentlichem Wasserdruck. Empfehlenswert! Deborah ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr einfach und schnell.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het droomhuis van Carlos. super uitzicht, veel ruimte en voldoende restaurants en winkeltjes op loopafstand. Meerdere zitjes rondom de woning en een oprit achter de poort om een auto te plaatsen. Mogelijkheid tot koken in de grote keuken, de winkel naast het huis heeft zelfs broodjes en verse eieren. Een aantal kittens en katten liepen soms door de tuin(komen niet naar binnen), deze houden wel van een extra hapje eten ;) Vergeet niet iets mee te nemen voor de veelal arme bevolking zoals de inwoners van de ver gelegen bergdorpjes, een kleine moeite met een groot effect! Wij brachten onder andere kleurpotloden, gummetjes en tekenspullen, wat waren ze blij. Restaurant Casa Maracuja is een aanrader!

What can I say about this beautiful place?! We were in awe of our surroundings and wished we had stayed longer!! The attention to detail that Mimi has put into this eco lodge, is wonderful! Both Mimi and TT are lovely hosts, we enjoyed our connection with them even with our lack of French or Creole! We cannot recommend enough!!

The stay could not have gone better. After a stressful flight, Sr. Maurits' hospitality helped us embody the spirit of the island. He recommended the best restaurants and attractions to us, helped us and was available for everything we needed. As for the apartment, excellent location in a prestigious area, newly built, all amenities, products and decoration heavy on detail. 5 stars aren’t enough, Mr. Maurits and his apartment deserve every blessing coming their way. Thank you very much, we will undoubtedly return soon 🙏🏾❤️

Sonia est très réactive et arrangeante tout c'est très bien passé

Nous avons trouvé un logement idyllique, très moderne, décoré avec soin, grand, propre et très bien équipé. Isaura était à l étranger pendant notre séjour mais elle a été en communication en permanence avec nous. Elle nous a organisé un taxi pour notre arrivée. Nous a donné des conseils très utiles. Elle a partagé ses bons plans de sorties, de liens utiles pour notre prochaines étapes au Cap Vert. Elle s' inquiétait de notre bien-être chaque jour. Un grand merci à elle de nous avoir aussi bien reçus et accompagné. Vous pouvez aller chez elle " les yeux fermés "!!!

Amazing and spacious apartment in Mindelo and I had a great experience. The place is not only affordable but also well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Its proximity to the beach and supermarket is a huge plus, making it incredibly convenient. Highly recommended for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay!

well well Angela/ Paulo Apartment is just beautiful and in a fantastic location. The balcony alone well you just wouldn't want to leave it as such a fantastic views from it's 10th floor. a whole sweeping view of the city and beach you see the cruise ships coming and going. if you love the sun like I do well it comes right into this very large balcony by early afternoon. 2 deck chairs also. The apartment itself is very large by any standard. with everything one could need. it's a perfect location for visiting mindelo. we spent a week in the apartment it was perfect and we booked our tours with these guys also which I highly recommend as they do great deal. so thanks guys for all it was amazing for us.
