This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

Beautiful and huge house, fully equipped. Also fresh due to the high ceilings. Easy checkin and checkout. My family loved to hang out in the patio having coffee. The hosts were super responsive and attentive. Recommended!

She met all of my questions and request with reason, kindness, efficiency and assurance. She is highly recommended by me and anyone considering this place… please know and understand that you will be taken care of. The location is amazing if you want peace and quiet and some privacy. You can uber anywhere meaningful in about 15-25 min. The home itself is beautiful, safe and very well accommodated.

had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I arrived really late (1am) and HOST had everything set up for me to easily have access to the house. Once inside the property itself was stunning - beautifully maintained and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was spectacular. The home is in a small gated community with plenty of doors that you can lock to separate you from the hustle and bustle. Book this home, located in one of the best areas in Santo Domingo.

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hébergement. L'appartement est absolument magnifique, décoré avec goût et attention aux détails. La lumière naturelle qui entre dans chaque pièce crée une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante. De plus, l'emplacement est parfait, à proximité de toutes les attractions. L'hôte, incroyablement accueillant et attentif, a vraiment fait la différence. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche un lieu à la fois beau et confortable pour séjourner ! Todo estuvo muy bien pero vi algo mál que la piscina cierra a las 9 pero uno se puede quedar asta las 12 hay mismo En la Piscina pero sin bañarse

Estuve allá el 29/3/25 con mi pareja, familias y amigos, fue mucho con demasiado, el lugar es maravilloso, es muy lindo, organizado, todo limpio y hermoso, un ambiente agradable y tranquilo, nosotros quedamos encantado, las personas son muy atenta tanto como Marisol y Junior son un amor, muy atento con nosotros, la explicación súper clara de la estadía, quedamos encantados! Dios los bendiga! Y volvemos pronto con Dios mediante🩷

Great place for a short stay! It has all you need. It is not on the most beautiful street of the old town, but it is safe and you can access the core of the old city in a 3 minute walk. We loved the living room with high ceilings and the small patio with a mango tree serving as a big parasol. A/Cs worked perfectly fine. We will be back!
