The price is affordable for an experience that is worth the wait. The host is kind and we love the jakuzzi and videoke.

What you see is what you get 🤍 worth the price we paid. Good for 3 person but the space was good for i think 5 haha spacious also and walking distance to market.

We attended a wedding in Farm Hills and found the Nordic Penthouse in Airbnb which is only a 10-minute drive to the venue. The place is very nice and neat! Plus points for me na the unit is located in the rooftop. 😁 Super thank you also to Sir Leo who is very responsive. The instructions upon check-in is very clear and my partner and I had no issues. Will definitely come back!

I absolutely loved the place from the location, to the decor, the AC was cold, the bed and couch was comfortable, and Ms. Beth was very easy to talk to about any questions I may have had throughout the whole thing. The check-in process was smooth. I had no trouble whatsoever. Will definitely come back soon!

The unit was clean and cozy. My son had wonderful sleep during the entire stay. The place was peaceful and there were no noisy neighbors. For future tenants please drive with caution and don’t drive at night if you have a choice. The road was too dark as the light posts were only solar lights. We almost had car accident twice in the intersections. Not the host’s fault but just warning future tenants to be careful going to the place. :)

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

Staying at the host place was so confortable. Complete kitchen. Very pleasant in communicating and always fast in response. A good place to walk about to get to the nearest store and all as it is cooling and windy even in the day. Thank you for letting us stay at your superb place. I would love to stay here again in future.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. The place is so relaxing, and being a corner unit, it offers a stunning 190-degree view of Tagaytay, including the breathtaking Taal Lake. Waking up to that view was truly mesmerizing. The bed was incredibly comfortable—so enticing that I just wanted to lay there and sleep all day! I celebrated my birthday here with my husband, and the peaceful ambiance made it extra special. I slept for two days straight, completely recharged, and left feeling so refreshed. This place is a gem, and we will definitely be coming back. Awesome 4-night staycation in a spacious corner unit! Loved the extra room and all the natural light. Plus, free parking was a lifesaver. Super accessible location, made exploring easy. Just relaxed and enjoyed the chill vibes. Highly recommend!
