We would stay here again visiting Lisbon. The location was perfect right near the metro and with so much to do right around it. Because it is central to everything too, almost everything we wanted to do locally was about a 10 minute walk in various directions. The apartment itself was fantastic, with very comfortable beds. My husband and I wanted to move in forever!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits la semaine du 31 décembre dans l’appartement de Teresinha et avons pu profiter de son emplacement idéal. Accès facile depuis l’aéroport et à deux pas du centre ville de Lisbonne, accessible à pied. L’appartement, très bien agencé, bénéficie aussi d’une très grande et agréable terrasse. Très bon accueil et communication facile. Nous recommandons vivement.

L'hôte a été vraiment gentil est serviable, malgré le fait que nous sommes arrivés très tard et après l'heure convenu, il a toujours été avenant et sourriant. La maison est super, la terrasse est grande. nous reviendrons surement lors de notre prochaine séjours à Lisbonne.

This was a very comfortable apartment which provided us with a quiet and comfortable base from which to explore Lisbon. The outside terrace was a lovely little haven where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The apartment was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable, which meant we were well rested. Would recommend this apartment as a quiet, comfortable base from which to explore. Be aware that for those who aren't able to manage stairs this may not be the best option as it is on the 3rd floor, but for us this wasn't an issue and we both enjoyed our stay. Thanks very much.

The apartment is good. It has everything what you need for a long term stay. There are a lot of sun during the winter (even for the -2 floor). Paulo is a great host, very communicative and always answered our questions. The TV and the sofa infront are perfect for spending the evenings, while the terrace is super nice for breakfasts (say hello to the cat which will definitely visit you). Good bathroom with a heater. The only downside is the mold, which appears in the bedroom. We stayed for one month and it grew significantly during this time. However, it is a very common thing for Portugal.

Um apartamento muito agradável e confortável. Sensação de ser maior do que nas fotos. Boa comunicação com anfitrião. Localização numa área tranquila, um pouco afastado das principais atrações turísticas, não vejo como problema, apenas uma característica que deve ser levada em consideração, pois não vai estar a 10 ou 15min de caminhada dos lugares. Em nosso caso, estávamos de carro e foi bem tranquilo, era desejável estarmos em um local mais afastado e tranquilo. Não consigo apontar defeitos. Recomendo totalmente este espaço.

Schönes Haus, sehr gute Lage, sauber, bequeme Betten. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. In der Küche hat uns eine Mikrowelle gefehlt, aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit, alles geht auch ohne. Insgesamt wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in Oeiras.

Wij zijn hier verbleven voor 4 dagen met onze vriendengroep. De communicatie was vriendelijk en snel. De accommodatie was naar verwachting met zeer ruime kamers. Het zwembad buiten was perfect. (zou in de winter aanraden om verwarmd bij te boeken). Er was zelfs een overkapping aanwezig wat een leuke extra fijn was. Zou het zeker aanraden.

Modern 2-bedroom apartment right in the centre of Trafaria village, just a short walk to the Tejo river front and ferry to Lisbon (Belém terminal). The apartment has been renovated to a high standard and is very well equipped with everything that you need for short or even longer stays. AC is a plus in winter. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Convenient check-in with keypad and good communication via the app. Nice small touches like a bottle of wine, and sweets/snacks as well as condiments to cook. The apartment is pet friendly, we stayed with our medium size dog and felt very welcome.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison, dans une ville sympathique et un environnement calme. Mr Neves est très accueillant et professionnel. La maison nous a beaucoup charmé. Nous avions à notre disposition (dans la maison) tout le nécessaire pour pouvoir démarrer notre séjour et nous installer immédiatement. La salle de sport et ses équipements : une très bonne idée. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Melisa qui nous attendait à l'appartement. Elle nous a donné toutes les explications avec un large sourire. Nous avons ensuite rencontré Simone qui est, lui aussi, très sympathique. Nous avons reçu de bonnes recommandations pour utiliser les transports en commun ainsi que de chouettes restaurants à proximité. L'appartement était très propre et conforme à la description. C'est très agréable d'y dormir car il n'y a aucun bruit dans la rue, le quartier est calme et nous n'avons que l'embarras du choix en ce qui concerne les restaurants. C'est vraiment très facile pour se rendre à Lisbonne en bateau, la gare fluviale est à peine à 5 minutes à pieds et le voyage coûte 1,55€ par personne pour traverser le Tage. Les cartes jaunes (navegante) peuvent être achetées aux bornes à l'entrée pour 50 cents et sont rechargeables. Je n'hésiterai pas à réserver de nouveau ce joli appartement lors d'un prochain séjour.

We were very happy to stay in Lena’s apartment in Almada. The apartment has a very good location (good restaurants and bakeries just outside the door, walking distance to Cacilhas, etc). The apartment is spacious and nice to stay in. There can be a bit of noise from the restaurant nearby, so if you’re sensitive to noise/music you might want to consider this before booking (it was not a problem to us though). Lena is very easy to communicate with, helpful and flexible. We had both an earlier check in and a later check out, which we appreciated a lot.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Cheng. L'appartement est très bien placé à proximité de l'hyper centre et de toutes les activités. L'appartement est très propre et fidèle aux photos. Je recommande ce logement !

Mein Mann und ich haben dieses Apartment für 3 Wochen gebucht und weil es uns so gut gefallen hat sogar die Reise um 1 Woche verlängert. Ja die wohnung ist neben einem Club , das weiß man wenn man her kommt und die Partys sind nur von Do/So. Uns haben sie nicht gestört, entweder waren wir unterwegs oder haben AirPods genutzt. Wir haben die gesamte Wohnung super nutzen können , es uns sogar mal auf der auszieh Couch im Wohnzimmer zum fern schauen gemütlich gemacht . Es gibt 2 duschen was Perfect ist wenn man so lange zusammen reist. Der Stauraum ist Perfect für so einen langen Aufenthalt.Die Einrichtung ist mit sehr viel Liebe gewählt und die nötigsten Dinge für den start der Reise findet man in den Schränken - sogar Sachen für den Grill ! Wir haben in der Zeit sogar 2 gegrillt - Die Lage ist unbezahlbar. Was diese Wohnung Perfect gemacht hat war die Kommunikation. Mein Mann und ich wurden krank auf der Reise und Alexandra war sofort zur Stelle um uns zu helfen . Danke für alles

Great spacious flat. Nice secure spot in highly residential neighbourhood. Living room is really large. Easy access with codes so no keys required which is ace. Cool little garden space for the little one to run around. High spec. Even had a Jacuzzi.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento n. 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento era pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è stata una vera sorpresa: non mancava assolutamente nulla! Oltre a pentole, stoviglie e ogni tipo di attrezzatura utile, c’erano anche olio, sale e altri piccoli extra che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più comodo. Il bagno era impeccabile e il letto molto comodo, con lenzuola fresche e di qualità. Abbiamo anche apprezzato le cialde gratuite per caffè e tè, un piccolo dettaglio che fa la differenza. La vista era piacevole e rilassante, nonostante la vicinanza al porto. Inoltre, il parcheggio gratuito è stato davvero comodo. È un posto che consiglieremmo sicuramente e dove torneremmo volentieri.

很高兴第二次选择了 Rodrigo 的房子，第二次入住有一种回到家的感觉，一切都那么熟悉，连 wifi 都不用重新设置了✌️(＾▽＾)✌️。床还是那么舒服，周边既宁静又便利。下次住里斯本，我还是会优先选择这里。

Just like the photos. Accurate description. Well-equipped. Very clean and in good condition. Quiet. Private. Secure parking. Easy access to Sintra, Cascais, Estoril. Big patio with morning sunshine. Good, fast wifi and decent TV.
