The house is darling and in the perfect location. Lots of walkability. It's a little tricky to find but V gave great instructions including pictures. The washing machine was a great perk on our long trip through Europe. She left fresh fruit on the counter and even a card and gift for my 9 year old daughter who celebrated a birthday while we were there. Truly the sweetest thing!

Fuimos unos días con la familia por fin de año y nos fue excelente. La casa es muy grande y cómoda para una familia. La comunicación con el host fue fluida todo el tiempo. Ojalá podamos repetir en verano para aprovechar la piscina. gracias.

Our group wanted to stay outside of the city and we found this fantastic beach house 25 minutes outside of Lisbon. Easy to go into the city for the day if you’d like. However there are great restaurants and a beautiful beach to relax at in Costa de Caparica. The host is extremely responsive and helpful, and the home was perfect for our group of 14. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Ein tolles Erlebnis weil ich mich einfach sofort zuhause gefühlt habe. Wer voll ausgestattet seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte ohne das es ihm an irgendetwas fehlt sollte sich unbedingt für Teresa's Haus entscheiden. Habe hier in der Region schon etwas mehr Zeit in verschiedenen Immobilien verbracht und keine einzige war so echt beschrieben wie Teresa das macht. Danke an dich liebe Teresa für deine Wahrhaftigkeit. Ich liebe es wenn alles authentisch und echt ist. Es un departamento agradable, se encuentra muy céntrico y tiene todo lo necesario. Es amplio lo que hizo que fuera más cómodo estar en familia. Tiene fácil acceso y encuentras lo necesario cerca.

Lovely, stylish little house, which expands perfectly to accommodate everyone. Ours was a winter stay and we were really cozy and had everything we needed. But hope to return spring/summer to make most of cute, very private patio, with seating area and showers. The property is really well equipped to eat in and nicely maintained; beds are comfortable, water pressure is good and the villa feels like a proper home. Ideal location to walk everywhere. Caparica is ideal for a beach break and to visit Lisbon, and even in winter its local shops and cafes are full of life. Beachfront is full of surfers, dog walks, runners and families out catching the fantastic sunrise or sunset. Hosts super helpful. Highly recommended.

Sonia and simon were great hosts. Very responsive, the house is beautiful. We didn't take time to explore the immediate neighbourhood, but the train station is very close by, probably 1 mile, walkable, with fast and frequent trains into Lisbon. We got an uber a couple of times to Praia Fonta da Telha which was stunning, was about 9 euros. The villa is stunning and the heated pool was great for our kids. All in all a great stay, fantastic access to Lisbon via the train and to the beaches.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist relativ ruhig gelegen, außer dass man die Flugzeuge gehört, aber da gab es von dem Gastgeber auch Gehörschutz für die Nacht!

Extérieur impeccable pour ce genre de location, soleil, piscine, terrasse, cheminée-barbecue, maison "comme à la maison" avec tout ce qu'il faut pour y vivre, bien équipé en électro ménagé, au calme malgré les chiens "portugais" qui aboient souvent la nuit mais presque pas dans notre cas, calme au niveau voisinage, le marché à 100m de la maison et les supermarchés qui ne sont pas très loin non plus, ma plage préférée (Princesa) à 5mn en voiture..

Um lugar muito próximo à Lisboa, a redondeza é muito agradável, com mercado muito próximo e a praia fica uns 10 minutos talvez de carro. O espaço é bem decorado e privativo. Tanto a área externa quanto interna é exatamente o que eu procurava para escapar da cidade e passar um fim de semana tranquilo. Tem máquina de Nespresso, aquecedores e muitos cobertores. Certamente voltarei em breve.

O espaço é ainda melhor do que as fotos. Local super tranquilo e vizinhança extremamente simpática. Era exatamente o que estávamos buscando para passar a Páscoa em família. A mobilidade para o centro de Lisboa foi fácil de Uber e conseguimos perceber o quanto a hospedagem foi pensada em acolher os convidados. Tudo muito confortável, arrumado e cheio de amenities. O apartamento é extremamente amplo. Estávamos em 3 adultos e 2 crianças e ainda almoçamos com a minha irmã, cunhado e sobrinha na Páscoa. Os cômodos estavam impecáveis e super equipados de armários, roupas de cama, aquecimento e todos os itens para não faltar nada. Nos sentimos em casa. Obrigada Patricia e Sofia por terem sido tão cordiais conosco e pelo espaço na Amadora! Com certeza é um lugar que voltando em Lisboa gostaria de me hospedar novamente.

Rafael foi muito prestativo e atencioso, atendeu todos os pedidos de ajuda, indicou espaços ao redor para refeição logo a nossa chega e a coisa mais marcante foi nos permitir ter um late check out, até a hora bem próxima ao nosso voo, que foi no turno da noite. Ficaremos eternamente grato pois não sabíamos aonde ficar para aguardar o voo. Recomendo

Our stay was very nice and enjoyable. We were able to Uber to Lisbon daily without any issues and the cost was very reasonable. Our host was very helpful with arrival and suggesting sites to see and recommending restaurants and tours. When I realized that I had forgotten to bring electrical outlet converters, they provided them right away. We would stay here again.

The apartment is very clean, pretty, and nicely put together. The description is accurate. And it does feel larger than it looks in the photos. Our arrival was delayed and we walked up the wrong street and still Olivia waited for us patiently. The instructions to find the apartment are clear, we were just tired travelers. There is a pizza shop below the apartment but, it is not a rowdy street. We found the apt restful. A Padaria Portuguesa (which is a chain) was reliable for breakfast with good seating and bread loafs for home (even a gluten free loaf). It is up the hill and to the left, past a plaza. Another good Portuguese coffee spot is next door to it. You can walk down the hill to a large main boulevard where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation. A fun memory was using the tram ( the popular Tram 28) to the Montim Moriz stop and walk up the hill home.

Great family apartment with everything you need for a longer stay. There are heaters in every room, so the apartment can be heated during colder months. CD collection, TV and toys are excellent for rainy days. Great choice of local and international cafes and restaurants nearby, plus grocery stores and a playground. Nearby bus stops and metro stations give you options to go anywhere. Friendly host to help with everything.

Luis was always responsive and helpful. The van was in excellent condition and provided everything we needed.

Un alojamiento de los que te enamoras nada más entrar,hemos descansado y disfrutado en el como nunca, bonito,limpio, cómodo,amplio.Muy cerca de la estación de tren para visitar cualquier lugar.Y los anfitriones muy amables y acogedores,era como tener unos primos en Carcavelos,muy pendientes de hacerte sentir bien. We had a great time in Lisbon. Joana and Christina had a booklet with lots of suggestions. We followed their recommendation to have a Portuguese dinner (also a vegetarian option possible) with Fado musicians performing between courses at Maria da Mouraria, really worth it. Another recommendation is the Food Temple, a 20 min walk away for amazing vegan food. When we arrived we walked up from the train station (25-30 min. Of course there are lots of public transport options available but we decided to walk) through the Alfama neighbourhood, coming across the famous tram 28 which passes close to the accommodation as well. At the accommodation we were happy to be able to use the washing machine and in the chalet there were some basics available in the kitchen. A great place and very friendly host!
