We had an amazing stay at Carlos' villa with our group of 13 adults and 3 babies. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 12 full beds and additional sleeping options on the comfortable couches. The large garden was perfect for the kids to play in, and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spacious, clean Jacuzzi. The kitchen was slightly used but very functional, offering plenty of room and every kitchen item we could possibly need to cook for our group. The barbecue area is large, though located a little far from the kitchen by the parking area. The rooftop terrace provided stunning 360° views, and the sunsets were simply beautiful. The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which we loved. While walking to the beach is easy, having a car is ideal for reaching larger supermarkets, which are about a 13-minute drive away. Parking offers plenty of space Overall, this villa was the perfect choice for our large group. Highly recommended!

What an incredible apartment! It’s fully equipped, immaculately clean, and the beds are so comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep. There are also so many useful items for kids, which makes it super convenient for families. The huge terrace and jacuzzi provide such a lovely space to relax. Hugo is truly a wonderful host—so polite and kind. I really appreciate your warm hospitality! Thank you for making our stay so special!

Beautiful house by the beach! We loved the peace and the view. The house is very comfortable and has a lot of charm (and a lovely little library). The kitchen especially is well-stocked. Since you’re surrounded by nature there are many spiders, snakes and lizards (mostly outside, thankfully). We visited in November and the temperature in the house really dropped at night (from 20C to 15C). The only option to heat is a small and somewhat noisy space heater, so if you visit in winter be prepared with warm clothes. That was the only thing we found difficult during an otherwise extremely pleasant stay. Pedro was a very friendly and engaged host!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Isabel und Renato sind Gastgeber wie es sie vermutlich nicht allzu oft gibt. Die Begrüßung übertrifft alles was man auch aus besten Hotels kennt. Sie sind so freundlich. Ich finde es super das den Gästen Spülmaschinentaps, Geschirrhandtücher, Strandhandtücher, Kaffee und vieles mehr als Grundausstattung gestellt wird. SMan muss sich dadurch um nichts kümmern und kann direkt den Urlaub genießen. Im Sommer ist es sicherlich ein absoluter Traum. Wir hatten sehr Pech mit dem Wetter deswegen kommen wir im Sommer wieder :) Fast täglich kommt der Bäcker. In den Wintermonaten kommt Freitags der Fischer vorbei gefahren (hubt). Er spricht super deutsch. Im Sommer kommt er wohl auch Dienstags. An den Klippen kann man Gleitschirmfliegern zuschauen. Muscheln sammeln geht quasi vom Haus aus. Wir haben Muscheln zum Essen selbst in der Lagune gefangen. Da reicht ein Eimer. Auch hier haben Renato und Isabel passendes im Haus und haben uns das Wichtigste dazu erzählt

Espaço igual ao das fotografias e host sempre muito acessível. Não pedi o berço atempadamente por falha minha, mas a host Cláudia arranjou maneira de entregar o berço em 10min quando solicitei.

Wonderful home that matches the host. Stunning from inside to out and very well maintained. The children (and adults) were very entertained with the arcade room and others. Great bbq which I recommend using as not many restaurants for large groups (unless you drive a bit) the kitchen was excellent, not only was it fully equipped, but the equipment was all in very good order to use. Good size grounds where the kids could burn energy and it’s helped to have such large car space at the front as we had 3 vehicles. As we went in December with the cooler weather the pool didn’t quite heat up enough to use (although the daring kids braved the chill and went in a couple of times). Also due to the cooler months it was difficult to get longer periods of hot water so we had to be mindful of when taking showers etc. Overall this is a 5* property and host and couldn’t recommend enough!

Foi uma semana de férias bem passada, onde tivemos tudo o que necessitamos no apartamento (utensílios/serviços/máquinas) como nos foi comunicado pelo Sr. Luis. Nas redondezas encontram-se excelentes locais de gastronomia com boa relação preço/qualidade. O local é calmo e com bons acessos tanto para andar a pé como para descobrir de carro novos destinos.

Que estadia incrível! Desde a localização, que abraça a natureza e traz uma calma incrível, até à casa em si, equipada com todos os utensílios necessários para uma estadia perfeita. Tenho ainda que agradecer à Adriana e ao seu pai pela facilidade de comunicação e toda a atenção dispensada! Com certeza será um local a visitar novamente!

Lugar Maravilloso. Tranquilidad absoluta. La casa es una pasada y su terraza y jardín aún más. La dueña pendiente en todo momento y nos dejó pastelitos típicos, pa. casero y zumo, leche y batidos para poder desayunar. Además el tiempo acompañó haciendo de nuestra estancia algo inolvidable. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

Had a lovely few days at Maria’s gorgeous house in a great location inside the city walls . A charming place with so much character! Near everything but not too busy or noisy , perfectly positioned to explore the area . Maria was very informative and helpful on local recommendations. Highly recommend !

Sehr großes Haus mit privatem Pool und wirklich riesiger Dachterrasse. Wir waren nur zu zweit hier, es gibt Betten für 6 Personen und 2 Badezimmer. Für das Auto gibt es eine Garage, auch genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Zum Surfen: nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Baleal und Supertubos ist noch näher. Danke an Celia für die schöne Zeit!

Très bon séjour chez Célia qui a été une hôte remarquable par sa réactivité et son accompagnement tout au long de cette semaine. Idéal avec un chien avec sa petite cour et un bébé pour sa fraîcheur même en été. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

We loved our stay at Licinias place. The house is nice and light, kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable, secure parking in the garden behind a fence, nice calm area. Licinia is a great host who responded quickly and proactively to questions. We'd definitely be back when we're in the area.

Fatima hat ein kleines Paradies erschaffen! Dort kann man super entspannen und abschalten. Es ist sehr ruhig und möchte man etwas Privatsphäre haben, ist das auf dem weitläufigen aber verwinkelten Gelände möglich. Es gibt überall kleine versteckte und liebevoll eingerichtete Ecken mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück war perfekt. :)

Really nice spot to stay in Baleal! Iuri was a great host, he responded right away when I saw the toaster was broken and brought a new one the next morning.

Uma maravilhosa moradia para quem busca relaxar em um ambiente agradável e aconchegante, ao mesmo tempo com opções de conhecer alguns pontos turísticos. A moradia é excelente para momentos com a família e amigos, bem equipada e com tudo para nossa comodidade. A piscina é um dos destaques da moradia, uma temperatura agradável mesmo estando dias frios… ficamos surpreendidos com o tamanho da mesma, pois nas fotos aparenta ser bem menor do que realmente é. Amplos quartos com uma excelente estrutura uma sala de estar que proporciona momentos de relaxamento, boas conversas e convívio. Minha família e Eu ficamos muito felizes por nossa escolha. Aproveito para agradecer a recepção que foi maravilhosa, assim como o chekout. Agradecemos e com certeza vamos repetir…

Nice house for two families.

Lovely to meet Jose and his wife who checked us in. House and pics as described. Clean and tidy. Bed linen and towels all crisp and clean. House has everything you need. Secure parking and safe for doggy. Lovely quiet location at the top of the village, fantastic sunsets. 5 mins by car to the beach and big supermarkets.... all you could ask for Pool a bit cold this time of year, only got my toes in, but can imagine its beautifully positioned for summer days.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Filipe’s place! The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Filipe was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great local tips and making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Ericeira area and will definitely be back next time I'm in town. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed here for 10 days over New Year and had a fabulous time. The apartment is very comfortable and extremely well equipped for a holiday rental. A lot of thought has gone into this to make it so. We had everything we needed. The owners are very responsive and it is obvious that they care a lot about their apartment and the people staying there. The local property manager, Elisa, is very friendly and readily available. We really would love to return one day.
