I stayed at this farm airbnb with my girlfriend and we felt so lucky to have picked this place to stay. The airbnb was charming and quaint, and we felt super cozy. Paulo and Inés even provided us with a bottle of wine, some snacks and fresh herbs from the farm as a gift for our stay. Paulo gave us an in depth tour when we arrived, and they were super flexible with our arrival time. The restaurant located on the farm was exquisite, and we loved each of the six courses, or "moments," of the dinner. The staff was extremely well mannered, informative, and pleasant to be around. Also, being able to enjoy the property and walk around the farm freely is worth staying here alone. The pool and the hot tub were clean, and the farm dog was so joyful. I would stay here many more times. This airbnb alone almost makes it worth a trip to São Miguel. Lastly, the airbnb was squeaky clean, and there were even space heaters for the colder days (we were there in November). Shoutout to Paulo and Inés!

My family and I stayed for a week, they left and then friends joined me for a week - so 2 weeks in all. The pool was cool (it was january) but some did try. The hot tub was fabulous and was enjoyed by everyone. The house is spacious and perfectly clean and tidy with good supplies. The owners and the cleaning service were very helpful and responsive to any messages which was appreciated. The island is wonderful and we loved everywhere we visited.

Der Aufenthalt in unserem Airbnb war einfach super. Die Fotos entsprachen der Realität und man hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Whirlpool funktionierte ohne Probleme. Der Check-in mittels Türcode funktionierte reibungslos. Bei Ankunft wartete uns eine frische Obstschale, eine Karaffe mit Wasser, Milch, sowie Kaffeekapseln. Es wurden auch extra Handtücher für das Schwimmen in Thermalbädern gestellt. Eine Reinigung in der Mitte des Aufenthaltes wurde vom Gastgeber angeboten und von uns gerne angenommen. Die Kommunikation war schnell und freundlich. Es wurde sich mehrfach erkundigt, ob für uns alles passt. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. PS: Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Steak-Restaurant, in welchem wir zweimal essen waren. Wirklich lecker! Aber Achtung, eine Reservierung am Vortag ist empfehlenswert.

Helder hat sich ein kleines Paradies geschaffen. Derzeit gibt es auf dem Gelände einen großen Parkplatz, Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen, (Essen wird ganz unkompliziert am Vortag bestellt und ist hervorragend!), Swimmingpool, Whirlpool, Liegestühle und - gerade im Bau - ein kleines Fitnessstudio mit Laufband und Hanteln. Ich habe den Aufenthalt zu 100% genossen. Falls ich wieder einmal in der Gegend sein sollte, werde ich mit absoluter Sicherheit wieder bei Helder wohnen.

Die Kommunikation mit Victor war ausgezeichnet, vom Buchen bis zum Check-out. Die Unterkunft ist zauberhaft und modern. Der Erholungsfaktor war hoch, dazu zählt auch insbesondere die ruhige Lage, das ausgezeichnete Bett, das geplegte, eingefasste Grundstück und die Aussenbadewanne. Regelmässig bekamen wir neue Handtücher. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war die Deckenklimaanlage im Schlafzimmer defekt, jedoch wurde mit einer mobilen Einheit abgeholfen. Wir waren positiv überrascht, dass wir trotz Glasfassade Privatsphäre hatten. Alles in Allem: Ein wurndervoller Urlaub in diesem Haus und bei Victor. Vielen Dank!!

Great quiet place to stay on Sao Miguel! The place is very spacious, and there is lots of room to hang out or sit outside and enjoy the weather and the sounds of the ocean. You are within a 1 minute walk of ocean views. The only difficult we had was getting our 9-passenger van into the small parking area, but we ended up just parking on the street just down from the house with no issues. I would highly recommend as a quiet place to stay!

Beautiful and unique Villa in a peaceful setting minutes from Furnas center . Easy walk to Furnas Lake . More like an upscale eco resort with hotel amenities with than an airbnb . So glad we stayed here rather than at the 4 star hotels in town.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf Sao Miguel, wozu insbesondere die wunderbare Unterkunft und der besondere Gastfreundlichkeit von Max beigetragen haben. Das Haus ist traditionell und sehr liebevoll gestaltet, die Lage direkt am Meer und an Naturpools im Meer ist überragend. Die Ausblicke von den verschiedenen Terrassen und einem nur vom Grundstück aus zugänglichen Aussichtpunkt sind überragend. Max hat auf alle Anfrang in kürzester Zeit und äußerst hilfreich reagiert. Insgesamt können wir diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Le logement est absolument parfait. grandes chambres, un salon/cuisine des plus agréables, un extérieur spacieux. la maison est d'une propreté impeccable, parfaitement équipée et idéalement située, à 2 minutes à pied de la plage et des spots de surf et d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan. pour les randonneurs, un chemin splendide se trouve à proximité. Andres est un hôte prévenant. Allez y les yeux fermés!

Eleni is an unbelievable host and her loft was absolutely perfect for an anniversary getaway. The property is magical, right on the ocean with a fantastic view. Although Eleni lives in the house below we felt like we had the property to ourselves all week. The location is also ideal, with a quick walk to the supermarket, various restaurants and downtown Villa Franca do Campo. This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had, and I think a lot of that is down to the environment Eleni creates. The recommendations she gives in a message after you book, her knowledge of the island and even the snacks she leaves for you when you arrive. You really feel like you are being hosted by a professional. I cannot recommend this property and Eleni more highly. We will be back!

The charm and warmth of Fatima’s home is outdone only by her kindness and hospitality. Off season in Sao Miguel can be chilly but we were perfectly warm and cozy. We found the lighting a little dim on cloudy days, but this is easily remedied. The only sound at night was the roar of the ocean, just perfect. The locals at Music Hall and Lait Museum (both are cafés) were welcoming, I highly recommend checking them out! My thanks to Fatima and everyone in Maia, I could have stayed for weeks!

Sven was an outstanding host! Early proactive communication included detailed directions and instructions, flexible timing for our check in, and recommendations on shopping, restaurants, etc. We had a minor issue with the washing machine, and Sven quickly got a repairman to fix the issue for us! He even had wi e and fruit as a welcome basket. We saw Sven (and met his cute dogs) a couple of times and really enjoyed him.

A casa é incrível! Super limpa, bem decorada e muito confortável. Tem tudo o que é preciso para uma estadia agradável e tranquila. A localização é excelente, num sítio sossegado, mas perto de tudo o que é essencial. Os anfitriões foram muito atenciosos e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Recomendo sem hesitação e espero voltar em breve!

Vi var en gruppe venner, der boede i dette skønne hus hos Trandicampo ved Nordeste ifm. nytåret. Vi blev taget særdeles godt imod af Rui, der gav en masse nyttig informationer. Boligen ligger i flotte, rolige omgivelser tæt på både by, natur og en masse vandreruter. Kæmpe anbefaling herfra.

Sehr schöne Anlage in Top-Lage. Es gab spontan ein Problem mit der gebuchten Unterkunft, aber Maria hat uns einfach in einer größeren Wohnung auf dem Anwesen untergebracht. Vielen Dank dafür!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Pedros Unterkunft. Es war sauber, schön eingerichtet und die Lage war top. Man konnte alle Bereiche der Insel schnell mit dem Auto erreichen. Zudem hat Pedro auch immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Wir sind mit dem Hund leider nicht gut klargekommen, aber nachdem wir Pedro Bescheid gesagt hatten, hat er sich sofort gekümmert und wir hatten keine weiteren Probleme. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage im Februar hier. Das Frühstück war super, es war alles super sauber & die Lage ist trotz der zentralen Erreichbarkeit sehr ruhig. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen & die Unterkunft in jedem Fall empfehlen! Den Pool & den Garten haben wir leider wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen können.

We loved our stay here. The views out of the windows are majestic! The kitchen is fantastic. The bed is super comphy. The host was super responsive and we really appreciated the yummy goodies basket upon check in

What a gorgeous location overlooking the ocean. Beautiful landscaping that Jose has developed over the years. He upgraded us to the larger house with an even more idyllic view of the ocean. The constant sound of the waves was extremely relaxing. Comfortable house with comfortable beds and bedding. Everything you need in the kitchen. AC/Heating units in every room with modes to cool, dry, heat. We used the heating and dry modes as it was mid Dec and the proximity to the ocean can get a bit damp. Worked like a charm! House cleaning mid week was a nice perk. Jose was very nice and helpful with local recommendations. The small village in walking distance has a market for groceries and a small restaurant. Be sure to rent a small car for the narrow winding roads and narrow entrance to the steep driveway. We look forward to coming again and enjoying the lovely pool next time! Breathtakingly beautiful vistas on walking trail nearby. We also caught a view of Santa Maria island on a few days.

Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gepflegt und wunderschön. Helena+ Felix waren perfekte Gastgeber und haben uns in unseren 3 Wochen Aufenthalt mit selbstgemachte Kuchen, frischen Obst usw. verwöhnt. Gerne würde ich mehr als 5 Punkte vergeben.

merci Paulo pour l'accueil le logement est situé dans un endroit très paisible et agréable sans aucun bruit alentour juste la nature il y a le nécessaire dans le logement le seul petit bémol étant beaucoup d'humidité en hiver dans la salle de bain malgré la ventilation mais j'imagine que l'été il fait bien chaud tout était correct et accueillant sinon le ménage est fait à mi séjour ça c'est parfait et les instructions et conseils par Paulo ont été bienvenues et claires je recommande fortement de plus il y a une. piscine commune j'imagine que l'été c'est le rêve pour en profiter à bientôt !
