Maria is one of the most hospitable people I’ve ever met! She made me feel very welcome and encouraged me to reach out with any questions during my stay. I loved the location—close to grocery stores, the city center, and major attractions. And the pool table was everything! ❤️

O João foi excecional. Foi muito atencioso, rápido a responder a todas as questões colocadas e recebeu-nos muito bem, explicando como tudo funcionava e como nos poderíamos deslocar na cidade. Recomendo.

Paul sent a text to welcome me as soon as my plane landed. He met me right in front where my taxi driver dropped me from the airport. He walked me up to demonstrate the key fob and elevator, then walked me through the apartment. Natersia had left fresh supplies - oranges, milk, juice, butter, bread, coffee, cookies and a Douro Wine, all were appreciated and enjoyed. During my stay I called Natersia because I couldn't get the TV to work. She came right over and replaced the batteries in the remote. She also sent me a list of favorite restaurants in the immediate area for me. I really enjoyed my stay. The view of the harbor is beautiful, and the most fun thing I discovered is being able to see the runway at the airport so clearly - seeing the planes land and takeoff. Thank you Paul & Natersia for a wonderful Ponta Delgata holiday stay.

Had a great time at this stay. Plenty of good restaurants nearby also a grocery store 1 block away. I had rented a car and had a little confusion with parking but was cleared up fast. You can park across the street in a parking lot, the right side is free parking all the time. I would recommend this place to anyone . Thanks again Ron and Pina

What a perfect location! We’ve stayed at multiple locations across the city, this is our favorite to date. Groceries right around the corner, walk/run/bike path next to the water just down the block, our favorite pubs/restaurants within 5-10 mins walk and if we wanted to head out of town- the taxis were at the other end of the street! The photos don’t show the size of the apartment- it’s much larger than we anticipated, comfortable. Everything needed is provided throughout the apartment and Paulo and Chris are very much available. The bedroom is conveniently located at the back of the apartment, easy to close the doors to the front rooms and keep it quiet enough to sleep at night. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the afternoon sun with a bottle of wine and watching the ships in the harbor, the people enjoying the historic church just in front… We will absolutely be returning to this ideal location. We had a wonderful time staying at Jorge's and Teresa's place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Jorge and Teresa were incredibly helpful and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and great recommendations for everything from local restaurants to outdoor activities. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting São Miguel. We hope to return someday!

To był krótki i udany wyjazd. Czas spędzony w jacuzzi gdzieś na środku Atlantyku to będą niezapomniane chwile! Dziękujemy za przyjęcie, a także polecenie restauracji i atrakcji w pobliżu, to było bardzo pomocne. Cały pobyt w tym miejscu i gospodarza oceniam na 5 gwiazdek, jednak miejsce wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia. To na pewno poprawiło by ogólne wrażenie! Pozdrawiam

Das schönte Airbnb in dem wir je waren! Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist umwerfend. Mosteiros ist ein urtümliches, herziges Dorf!

Manuela was there to greet us and show us around. She answered our questions and had local restaurant recommendations. ( Cais 20 was my favorites and within walking distance ) There also is another restaurant nearby Jardim do Mar, with a small play area for kids. The house was exactly as depicted and clean. The view of the water is amazing. This location is close to downtown and night life. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

I've stayed in hundreds of airbnbs and this was definitely one of the best. Even though it was just two of us, there was plenty of room for much larger groups. The apartment is centrally located and less than a 10 minute walk to the town and the beach. We had no issues finding parking in front of the apartment. The wifi worked great (~136Mbps) for two digital nomads that needed to have reliable internet. Guido was very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ponta Delgada

Lagoa is not part of the hustle and bustle of the city. We came during off season so I’m sure it’s much more lively on season. The home was gorgeous and had amazing views. The people were super friendly. When we wanted to get to Ponta Delgada we walked up a couple of blocks to the taxi stand and it was less than a 10 minute ride. (About 12 euros cost.) The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor space and open sliding doors made it feel even more tranquil in the mornings when enjoying our coffee.

La casa es preciosa, con unas vistas increíbles al mar. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. Además, la anfitriona siempre estaba atenta y respondiendo al instante cualquier duda o consulta que tuviéramos. Gracias a este alojamiento, pudimos disfrutar al máximo de nuestra experiencia en las Azores. Sin duda, si volvemos a las Azores, repetiríamos sin pensarlo. ¡100% recomendable!

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Deinem Apartment, Helena. Die Kommunikation war stets unkompliziert und perfekt; Helena hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Fotos. Alles war sehr sauber und die Lage der Wohnung ist toll: in wenigen Schritten ist man direkt am Meer - unmittelbar am Meerwasser-Schwimmbad. Wenige Meter entfernt befindet sich der tolle schwarze Sandstrand, wo man toll den Surfern zusehen kann. Vom unteren Balkon kann man das Meer ein Stück sehen, vom oberen Balkon aus hat man einen noch schöneren Meerblick. An der Promenade kann man kilometerweit entlangwandern. In der Unterkunft gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Die Unterkunft eignet sich hervorragend, um sich zu entspannen. Es war in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles, Helena!!

This place was great! It sits directly across from the ocean and the waking/bike path. We walked, even at night, and felt safe. We rented a car. Parking was tight but we were able to park next to the apartment. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time staying in Água de alto. The house was perfect for our group and Selma was an excellent host with lots of great recommendations. The house was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The view is amazing and the stairs to the beach are just outside the gate. The location was central to a lot of the things we wanted to do with short drives into Villa Franca, Ponta Delgada, Furnas, and Ribeira Grande. We can’t wait to come back! PS The road into the property is tight, but we were able to fit a small rental SUV with the mirrors tucked.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara’s place. Communication was good, check in was a breeze. Sara was very accommodating. The pictures are accurate, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable, it was a very inviting place, the apartment is toward the back of the building which made it very quiet ( which we really loved), it felt like home. I would stay here again!

Vi är nöjda med Marianas lägenhet! Mycket tack vare balkongen lyfter lägenheten, den är helt fantastisk! Stor och med fantastisk utsikt! Mysigt också att strand och vattenfall är på gångavstånd. Det kan vara bra för er att veta är att det endast finns ett sovrum (med dubbelsäng) så om ni är fler personer så sover några i en del av vardagsrummet, avskilt med draperi. Mariana har varit tillmötesgående och vänlig i all kontakt. Positivt har också varit hennes tips på vad att se och göra på San Miguel.

Locuinta a fost perfecta pentru un grup de 4 persoane, bucataria si zona de dining a permis organizarea micului dejun si a meselor usoare. Apartamentul este situat aproape de marina, exista o plaja cu nisip foarte aproape. In zona se organizeaza foarte multe excursii pe ocean, scuba diving, canoe, etc. La aproximativ 20-30 de minute de aeroport cu masina. Locuinta are un loc de parcare. Zona foarte linistita, restaurante bune in zona. Recomand!

Maria, was a fantastic host - I think the best we may have ever had! She allowed us to check in early after flying overnight from Toronto and she also let us check out late. She was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Maria's place was colorful, welcoming, cozy and centrally located on the island. She provided us with fresh breads, cheese, wine, jams, coffee, tea and a delicious pineapple! We had a wonderful time and we hope to come back and visit beautiful São Miguel again. ❤️☀️🌴🍍🐄

Great apartment in an excellent location. Close to beach, supermarket, bar, cafe and on the bus line. Very quiet area. Our hosts were very gracious and friendly. Their hospitality and generosity exceeded our expectations to ensure that we were comfortable and that our stay on the island was enjoyable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment

Francisco's apartment is perfectly located in Ponta Delgada, very close to the city center but also close to the exits of the city. The view from the apartment is also very peaceful, me and my boyfriend we really enjoyed spending time in the morning for our coffee on the balcony. But what I loved more was the hospitality and attention to the details of Francisco. He is a great host. For sure we will stay again at Francisco if we will visit Sao Miguel island again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A fabulous location and easily walkable to many restaurants and the waterfront! Very close to the swimming area at the waterfront. The building felt very safe and secure. Easy parking for our rental car. Highly recommend!
