Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung um die Nordküste Madeiras zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und sehr schön eingerichtet, alles wichtige ist vorhanden und kein unnötiger Schnickschnack. Durch jedes Fenster blickt man aufs Meer. Obwohl wir im Januar da waren und die Wohnung Richtung Norden blickt hatten wir beim Frühstück Sonnenschein im Gesicht :-) Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt und wird gerade noch weiter gestaltet. Supermarkt ist in 1 Minute fußläufig erreichbar und auch für Restaurants und den Strand von Seixal braucht man kein Auto. Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

We had a brilliant 7 nights in Helena’s fabulous apartment. As others have said, it is up a steep hill but you are rewarded with an amazing view and after a packed we day of site seeing it was nice to just be able to relax and take it all in. The weather wasn’t the best so it was especially good to have somewhere lovely to come back to (great showers, smart TV etc). I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment and location for a stay in Funchal.

We loved the apartment and Cristiana who greeted us was very nice she was always responsive The only downside was im 62 and my partner 71 the apartment is up a steep hill we managed to walk down ok but got taxis back up which where very cheap around 5 euro so we managed. There are plenty of restaurants down the hill and a few local to the apartment. The owners also arranged transfers which was great as driver new where to go

This was the perfect stay for my Madeira getaway! I was greeted by my host who was friendly and welcoming and showed me everything I needed to know, and then he left me to enjoy the spectacular view of the ocean. My host was always available to answer questions and even helped me with a transportation recommendation to get to and from the airport. I found the location to be ideal for everything that I wanted to do, and grocery shopping was close by. I am already thinking about my next trip to Madeira and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Such a magnificent apartment! Perfectly located for traveling both to the mountains and the city, just 20 minutes from the airport. The stunning city and sunset views can be enjoyed from both the balcony and the bedroom. The apartment is beautifully equipped with high-end appliances. The kitchen has everything you need and much more. The bathroom is excellent. Everything is new, with great design and attention to detail. Miguel is a very attentive host—we are very grateful for his advice and recommendations. Convenient private parking is available right next to the entrance. A large Smart TV with all the necessary apps is also provided. At night, it is very quiet. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here for a long time. Highly recommended for any length of stay!

This place is such a lovely spot with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The flat was very spacious and clean. Parking available on street. A bit of a hill walk to Sao Vicente but nice for those who can handle it. A lovely dog also says hi to visitors. We had a magical stay. Thank you Sofia!

Very spacious and luminous appartment with tasteful furniture. Extremely clean at arrival and stunning view of the ocean and banana plantations. Nice (but not heated) swimmingpool. Enough space to park 4 cars inside the private ground. Very easy and secure access. Well equiped kitchen and lots of restaurants in Ponta do Sol (accessible by car because roads are very steep and dangerous to walk, especially with kids) Same for food stores. Sandra is a very thoughtful and proactive host and we'd gladly return to Villa Inanda whenever we go to Madeira again :)

prima huisje op een prachtige plek met mooi uitzicht. Even wennen aan de steile en smalle wegen maar na een paar dagen ben je het gewend. Met de uitleg van Johnny kun je een heel steile weg naar het huisje vermijden. Garage aanwezig met een steile inrit. Het huis is voor 2 personen erg ruim maar voor 4 volwassenen KAN de huiskamer net te krap zijn door 2 minder comfortabele stoelen. Bedden lagen heerlijk en waren perfect. 2 badkamers, 1 met bad en 1 met een heerlijke douche. Het terras buiten ligt op het zuiden met een prachtig uitzicht. Funchal ligt op 45 minuten rijden, grote supermarkt binnen 15 minuten. Keuken in goed uitgerust. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad in dit perfecte huisje waar je alleen zit, zonder eigenaar op hetzelfde terrein. Alles perfect alleen de huiskamer heeft een flinke echo door de lege vide. Maar verder een complete aanrader als je een auto tot je beschikking hebt.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. We were a family of six and the place was perfect; spacious, south facing and sunny, fantastic views across the Atlantic, quiet and with our own pool. Bruno was a fabulous host; helpful with suggestions of places to visit and restaurants, always responsive to texts and very friendly. Couldn't rate the place more highly!

Stayed for a week at Mariana and Miguel's house, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind after exploring the island. Excellent shower! HUGE bed. The little kitchen has everything you need to cook basic meals and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, everything was spotless and their cats are super cute! The shared gardens and pool are beautiful, we enjoyed sitting and watching the sunset - really lovely sea view! Would definitely recommend hiring transport to get around, we rented a scooter and there was a parking space available for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, would love to come back in the future :)

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und die Lage ist sensationell. Es war alles da was man braucht und uns wurde auch vor Ankunft das Reisebett aufgebaut.

Maria’s home reflected pride of ownership throughout each room. Her home was immaculate and well-appointed. The view from the terrace was sensational. We had initially wondered whether it would be more practical to be closer to the downtown core, but a) the view was better from here and b) the steady influx of cruise ships created congestion. It was far easier to reach the highway from this location.

Tout était parfait comme sur les photos, bonnes chambres avec de très bons matelas, Toute la maison est impeccable. l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Madère, Merci à Andreia pour tout.

Angela's place was a great size for 4 people, beautiful view of the ocean, sunsets. Angela met us personally for a tour of her place with instructions on everything. A good location to sights on the Southwestern side of Madeira. A reasonable drive to other parts of the island. A grocery store right around the corner came in real handy. The cake and a bottle of wine were a nice gesture.

Overall good apartment I would stay again + private Parking + Not far from Funchal if you have car. Walking to Funchal will be difficult + Road to get to place not supper narrow + Garden + Good bed + Wine and fruits on arrival + Good electric kettle ~ Air can be damp but opening balcony door helps immediately. This is probably due to Madeira climate ~ There are four other guest. Which might be a problem. But on our stay other guest were barely noticeable. We stayed on first floor. - Coating on pots and pans were scratched. Probably unsafe to cook on them. Best to have pots without any coating. Other kitchen appliances in good condition

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und sauber und bis auf das Bad alles neu renoviert. Die Ausstattung ist super, vor allem die Heizung wussten wir bei den nächtlichen doch noch kühlen Temperaturen im Februar/ März sehr zu schätzen. Die Umgebung ist lebhaft, wir hätten sie uns aber etwas ruhiger vorgestellt. Die Lage gut, mit Mietwagen ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Super ist auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz und Aufzug! Der Kontakt mit Carlos war sehr sympatisch! Vielen Dank auch für die Snacks :-)

We had a wonderful stay in Daniella’s apartment which was just as the pictures portrayed. The apartment was very clean and modern with everything that we needed for four nights of self-catering. Daniella’s communication was very good with clear arrival instructions and the goody bag of local produce was very thoughtful. We loved the location with its beautiful views towards the mountains and the sea, and we managed to enjoy the roof top seating area for a while in the evenings. We didn’t try any of the local restaurants down in the town preferring to stay in after a day of walking, but a visit to these would require a taxi ride. We would definitely recommend the apartment (which was one of four) and would happily stay again.

Ce séjour chez Annikka était une superbe expérience. L'appartement est idéalement situé, ce qui permettait d'être à moins d'une heure de route de toutes les activités de l'île (location de voiture fortement conseillée, voir obligatoire). La zone est calme et l'appartement offre une vue sur l'océan même depuis le lit quand on se réveille ! Il est rare de trouver une place disponible sur le parking privé de la résidence si l'on souhaite se garer en soirée, cependant nous avons toujours trouvé une place dans les rues avoisinantes comme nous l'avait expliqué l'hôte (en face de l'hotel Baia Azul par exemple). Tout est bien équipé et les instructions étaient très claires, nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter ! Laura & Rio

It was our second stay in Fatima's apartment and we were once again very satisfied. The view is spectacular and the apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped to do some cooking. Also, the restaurant at Paleihro Golf nearby is really good and closeby - if you have a car. Fatima is quick to answer any questions. Thank you for another lovely stay!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Adrianas Wohnung. Es hat sich angefühlt, als wären wir die Ersten. Sauber und gemütlich, modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super und die Ausstattung bis auf eine Spülmaschine perfekt. Einzige persönliche Präferenzen wären weichere Matratzen. Wir haben außerdem immer einen Parkplatz vor der Wohnung gefunden. Der Pool ist zudem super um nach einem Ausflug zu entspannen. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Seixal is great place. It's calm and quiet (despite wonderful Ocean sound). Apartment is new and clean with beautiful view. I can definitely recommend it for active people. Tiago is very helpful. it was pretty cold and rainy during our stay and therefore it was also a little cold and wet inside apartment but Tiago organized two heaters that helped with that situation (there is no air condition or heating). There is about 100m steep climb from place where you can park to apartment and driving in from of apartment to leave all stuff can be challenging for some drivers (narrow and steep roads are everywhere in Madeira so it is nothing special). The apartment is in the attic so taller people will hit their heads (only bathroom doesn't have slopes). Some wardrobe would be nice (there is no place to take clothes from the suitcase). Despite all of this I can definitely recommend Tiago's apartment as we had a wonderful time during our stay.

This was by far the best air b and b apartment we have ever stayed in. Additionally it was wonderfully equipped. Lauren was a wonderful host. The location was perfect, close to everything you would need. Thank you so much for a memorable stay in Funchal. We will be back!
