Ariane Therese is a really nice host. She is very accommodating and responsive. She prepared everything we need in her place and made sure to make us feel comfortable like we're at home. She's one of a kind. She's so far the best host that we've encountered. We are looking forward to book her place again in our future vacations.

Balai ni Momena, the place is so nice it has a very big space, it has a separate kitchen and a living areas, they have also a two parking carport space and you can fit in a motorbike. All the rooms are fully airconditioned, clean and so tidy, you can hardly hear the aircon system, it was so quiet. Our host is so nice and kind enough that if you have some questions and concerns, they quickly reply and do something about it, very accommodating and we will definitely be coming back here, thank you so much to our lovely host Jen.

Thank you again for another perfect stay in Gensan. We just felt so at home in your place with everything we needed on hand and very close to malls. I must say the gated community is very welcoming and the guards and trike drivers are just unbelievably friendly and have become goods friends over our few visits here. I would highly recommend Celeste and her team if you want a peaceful, hassle free stay in Gensan it is just the perfect place 👍

Maganda po ang unit ni Maam kim maganda ang dining at room good for 2 person lang talaga siya yung bed room, I love the aesthetic style ng unit at mabait ang neighborhood at guards😊! walking distance lang din ang convenient store and laundry area sa loob ng subdivision! ang concern lang namin ni partner yung wifi po kahit phone lang gamit namin medyo mahina po talaga😞! but overall staying for 19days in Maam kim’s Airbnb is feels at home talaga at Beautiful unit🥰🥹😇❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼.. .

The aircon unit in one of the rooms does not cool as much given that is looks quite old and may need some maintenance work. Besides that, this house was perfect for our family’s trip. The host was super kind and responsive to my queries. They know their stuff and checking in and out was a breeze. Full kitchen and dining utensils was the unexpected cherry on top of this wonderful unit. Beds, pillows, blankets, and towels were either new or they were kept well. The house was also spotless. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the city!

I had a bit of trouble finding the place. There were clear instructions, I just got confused with the 1 way roads. The check in was hassle free, the location is in a subdivision. It is peaceful at night but the parking area is a bit complicated. The place is clean, there are snacks and beverages for sale. The payment can be made through gcash which made it easy. The internet is fast but I wish the TV was on the room instead of the living room. Still, the host was very responsive. If you ever need anything, you can just simply message him. I would recommend it.

The host is great & responsive to my queries. The place is very nice, spacious & clean. We were able receive a few guests while we were there. We had our own access to the main gate & we felt secured, parking our vehicle within the property's enclosed perimeter. The place is also very accessible to the main road.
