Magnifique maison et très bon contact avec Prapai ! Super séjour

My stay in chiang mai was made by the way me and my friends were treated by Prapai. As well as the villa its self being absolutely beautiful. The space was such a chilled vibe and wasn’t far from any shops also just off the main road where we was able to easily navigate to the city centre when needed. As a host I could not have asked anymore from prapai, she sorted everything for us before we arrived had our mopeds ready to use and when one of my mates fell off she was extremely helpful and guided us through the whole process and helped every step of the way. A huge thank you to you prapai I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

I absolutely loved staying here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The property is amazing with saunas and ice baths. The place backs onto a little pond and it’s so peaceful. They also have a really cool place for drinks and food. Although the location is a little far from Chiang Mai it meant it was so peaceful and it’s easy ride in if you rent bikes. If i’m ever back i’ll definitely stay here again. It’s also super clean and has great amenities. Also grounds are kept so well. Overall beautiful property, very value for your money, very satisfied. Host is also quick at responding.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Nous sommes un couple de Français et avons passé un peu plus de deux semaines dans ce logement, et tout était parfait ! L’appartement est propre, conforme aux photos, et offre tout le confort nécessaire. La résidence est top avec une super piscine pour se détendre et surtout une véritable salle de sport ! Contrairement à beaucoup d’Airbnb qui mentionnent une salle de sport sans équipements sérieux, ici, on a des haltères jusqu’à 25 kg, plusieurs bancs de développé couché, un rack à squat… Bref, de quoi vraiment s’entraîner correctement. Autre gros point fort : l’emplacement. Il y a un mall moderne juste à côté avec un food court, parfait pour manger varié et facilement. Si vous cherchez un excellent rapport qualité-prix à Chiang Mai, n’hésitez pas, c’est ici qu’il faut venir ! Nous recommandons à 100 % et reviendrons sans hésiter.
